I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, but a little kindness goes a long way. A friendly greeting, some patience, and a positive attitude would make a big difference and create a much more welcoming experience. The food is worth coming back for, but I hope the staff receives additional customer service training because it would really improve the overall experience.

There was a really nice girl that came from behind the counter to help me because she could tell I had not been there in a while. It had been a year. I guess it showed on my face . We talked and she walked me through the sauces with a sample of the ones she recommended. Again super nice . The restaurant was clean and bright. Some employees were cleaning and greeting customers as they entered. Keep up the great work. I can't wait to go home and indulge. And.... I had a birthday brownie waiting me ?!
