Had the chicken schnitzel platter and it was very good, tender with a crispy coating and fantastic seasoned fries. Came with a Caesar salad. Service was fantastic. Well, that was a disappointment. $13.00 & choose as many toppings, sounds good. Gluten free crust is an addl $2.00 + tx=$15.90, ok. Asked for spinach & got arugula, large chunks of artichokes, carmelized onion not sliced (slab), green olives. Red pepper,mushrooms,roasted garlic. All vegetables partially cooked and the dough turned out limp. Masks on servers but no smiles from their eyes. Manager, owner?, came in to berate the employees & wasn't wearing a mask. I went for lunch, the food was good but nothing to brag about. Good affordable lunch spot, oh and it's KOSHER, if you are in need of a place that is. The menu is VAST! American cuisine and sushi all at one place. I had the Turkey Avocado wrap, and to be honest there was more Turkey and lettuce then there was Avocado and I am a huge avocado fan so I was a little disappointed. This place is great- I keep going back! The food is 5 star, I gave 4 star because of the service-Always a long wait to get the food, probably due to the place always being packed and not enough staff. Pros: Food is above average! Servers are very friendly. It's always very clean, including the bathroom. Family friendly. Cons: Ambiance is Ok. They're always out of red potatoes! Sushi isn't amazing. Very few allergy friendly options- like no wheat free soy sauce, low sodium soy sauce, or gluten-free wraps, and all of these things are pretty easy to get. And they don't seem to have any salad dressings that don't have mayonaise in them. I would LOVE to see a nice vinigarette on their menu. Their french fries are all breaded, which I think is unnecessary. French fries don't need flour! read more

Food is not all that. Way to expensive for basic meals. One staff member wasn't the friendliest. I paid 12 dollars for a basic chicken wrap, and let me add only because I was very hungry and there was nothing else. Their wraps should at least come with fries for 12 dollars man like cmon. It's walking distance, so if you don't have a car and don't feel like making anything I guess they are the next best thing. Food definitely not worth the money. read more

If this is kosher food I might as well eat non kosher because somthing is wrong here. This place has terrible customer service, they are very rude and unorgenized. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it is just plain bad and sloppy. Not to mension the high prices This place should lern some manners as well. Came to Accents twice for lunch on a recent trip to Baltimore. I ordered the same things both times (matzo ball soup, and Caesar salad with grilled chicken strips). Both were delicious! The atmosphere is nice, too, located in the atrium of an indoor shopping center which is perfect for people watching. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. The prices, though about what I expected, were fairly reasonable. read more

My experience here was so atrocious that I had to download this app and leave my first-ever review just to share it. I could tolerate the poor seating and the cold, undercooked burger. What I really didn't appreciate was your employee following my 80 year old grandmother outside after our meal to make snide comments about how she didn't tip enough before rudely returning her change. Totally unbelievable, she's been in intensive care with my grandfather all week, this was her first "real meal" and outing in weeks and this is how your establishment chose to treat her. I used to REALLY enjoy the food here, but over the last year, the food has solidly gone downhill. I used to order the wings 10x a week. Then they started getting smaller, older, and just not worth what I'm paying. Last week when I got them, they had forgotten to mix the "hot" with the wings, it was just dry and I had to throw it away it was so inedible (I almost always order it "to go" which is why these details make a big difference because I'm miles away when I notice the issues). Today I gave them one last chance and the wings were disgusting - worse I've ever had. Firstly, I only received 10 wings, not 12 which is how many are supposed to come in an order. Secondly, it was like the wings were a week or two old and had been cooked two, three, four+ times. It was the last straw for me. I'm never ordering from there again. There's no love in the food anymore, and one thing that really upsets me is when a restaurant increases their prices and decreases the quality and quantity of their food. I've brought this to the manager's attention on MANY occasions, but to no avail. So, that's my two cents. I hope if you do choose to eat here you have better experiences than I've had. I've been a loyal and regular customer since they opened their doors and am upset to see a restaurant with such potential, stop caring. We can taste it when you do. read more

A decent corned beef sandwich but hardly worth $12.50 and chips aren't an option but an extra. Classic deli sandwich should have chips! More expensive than competition and yet not really any better than any other restaurants. Staff was very friendly, a tad slow but nice. read more

I get food here on a regular basis and am very happy with the taste, quality and freshness. The kids are happier when I get some of the foods here than when I make it myself! The deli is exceptional too. Staff is eager to please and place is clean. read more
