I ordered this meal from Door dash and it came in a decent amount of time. The food was still hot as well when it came. I ordered the brisket platter with Mac and cheese and the greens. I really enjoyed everything for the most part. The brisket was on a bed of fries but the fries were a little hard which I contributed to the traveling. Fries do not travel well as when they cool down the texture changes so I can't blame them too much for that. The brisket was good but a little more fat till attached than what I am use to. Some of the smaller pieces were more fat than meat. The texture of the brisket was pretty tender and the sauce on top was very good. I think it definitely added to the flavor of the brisket. The mac and cheese had a good amount of cheese which I appreciated. It could have been seasoned a little but I still tore it up. I appreciated the noodles not being elbow macaroni! I think that helped with the cheese distribution. I added a little more salt but I'd definitely order it again. I also got the greens on the side. They were also very good and spicy which was a pleasant surprise. I'd order that again as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with my meal besides the fries. I'll try to reheat them in the oven or the air fryer especially since it was so much fries that they gave me. read more

Surprisingly this food was very good for a food truck. They were set up in front of my daughter's school on back to school night. There wasn't much of a line so I wanted to give them a try. They pulled porch sandwich was only $16 and came with side. You got fries, baked beans, and cole slaw. The pulled pork was seasoned well with ample amounts of bbq sauce. The roll was fresh. The baked beans were good but had a cinnamon flavor to them that I wasn't a fan of. Cole slaw was good though I never eat cole slaw I tried it out. Fries were good when they were hot and fresh. Not bad! This place specializes in smoked barbecue options. The owner of the truck stood proudly by and took his time to chat with folks. The food came out relatively quickly and was very hot. The food was fine. Nothing earth-shattering, but not bad either . They have smoked wings, pulled pork or chicken sandwiches (which come with fries for $15 total), but they are most proud of their "Smoked Love" bowls. These bowls are basically loaded fries with cheese, barbecue sauce, and a protein of your choice (including a vegetarian option). Smoke 'n Wheels BBQ comes to my work building about once a month or so, but I was unaware of their existence until a few weeks back because I always pack my own lunch. When I saw my supervisor come back from our cafeteria with Smoke 'n Wheels protein bowls and desert, I had to ask what she had gotten. Although I'd already eaten my lunch and wasn't hungry, I went down to grab a piece of their Banana Pudding Cheesecake. It was absolutely sensational, unlike anything I'd ever had before, and now I'm on a mission to try and make one for myself. I'm mine will not turn out nearly as well, but going forward any time I hear that Smoke n' Wheels is our 'guest chef' choice, I will definitely be going to get some more of their delicious cheesecake - and probably a protein bowl next time.
