I'm on my Korean BBQ kick, so I got wing of a spot in Baltimore that's good, they just needed some help. I pulled up, & I was surprised!! This spot is actually pretty good!! Let's GO!! . Where I am: Be-One Korean Bbq *No Social Media Presence, they are on Google* . Location Reviewed: 2016 Maryland Ave., Baltimore M.D. . Items Reviewed: *Their All you can eat dinner for $27.95* LIKE THAT!! Their Sides (watercress, potatoes, kimchi, fish cakes, spicy cucumbers, cabbage, side salad, cucumbers, bean sprouts, chicken katsu, & rice). I dipped into each one of these, they were all fresh, & tasty!! STAMP!! Their Proteins (spicy pork, spicy chicken, spicy bulgogi, garlic shrimp, & pork belly). These were all nicely seasoned, spicy, & tasty. The pork belly needed more flavor...DELICIOUS. STAMP!! Their Seafood Panjun Pancake ($17.95 with shrimp, calamari, onions, eggs, cheese, veggies, & soy sauce). Surprisingly good!! Crisp, meaty, & fulfilling!! STAMP!! Their King Galbi Tang ($24.95 a short rib soup with a thick rib, rice, & veggies). Mild flavor, beefy, hot, & good!! STAMP!! Their Fried Dumplings ($7.95 with pork, & soy sauce). Crispy, with a tangy soy sauce!! . Parking: Decent, but Rough!! . Recommendations: A quaint spot, with good food, & service!! . Accessibility: It's wheelchair friendly, & it's differently abled persons friendly. 5 Stars=STAMP 4 1/2 Stars=LIKE THAT 4 Stars=DELICIOUS 3 Stars=DECENT 2 Stars=PASS 1 Star=NAH #Bigschlimsreviews

We originally came here for the all-you-can-eat but were told it no longer exists? Not sure! Either way, we got their meat combo (pork belly, bulgogi, chicken, etc) which was enough food for two, along with some tasty banchan! Lots of indoor seating with built in grills at each table. Service can be a bit slow, but overall very friendly.

This is a very affordable option if you don't want to spend too much for Korean bbq . Not too far from downtown and the place and workers are very friendly . Everything I had was delicious

Came in for all-you-can-eat kbbq on a wednesday evening, during our 1.5 hours there, only one customer came in while we were dining. To start, the meal was $32.99 per person, after ordering a side of rice and tip - each person ended up paying about $50. The small sides came out first, it was a variety of things like kimchi. They also have you order a starter/larger side with the ayce meal, we were very confused when ordering however. Each person ordered something different, but some of the stuff was brought out for sharing and some for each individual person, would have been nice to know before ordering. The meats then began to come out, they were delicious, they just put a cookie pan on top of the table grill which I hadn't seen before, but it worked. Also although we were the only ones in the restaurant, there was a long wait time before each meat came out. This place had pretty good food, but the service and atmosphere were lacking

TLDR: One of the best AUCE KBBQ spots in Baltimore/Baltimore County. Great selection of meats and side dishes with speedy service. Vibe: 3/5. Located in a strip mall in Station North, there is plenty of free spot parking making it easy to navigate to. The area can be a little suspect at night, but fortunately the parking lot is well lit with normally alot of foot traffic. The inside of Beone is that of your typical KBBQ restaurant. Several 4 top tables w/ burners and ventilation fans overhead. KPOP music videos play on loop throughout the entire restaurant as well as said artists adorning the walls of the restaurant in Soju advertisements. The restaurant can get stuffy with all the burners running, so dress accordingly! Service: 5/5. Service did a great job in tending to our burner and keeping the meat flowing. As KBBQ connoisseurs know, a server who is proficient in grill management is critical to a good KBBQ experience, especially when it's endless. We always had well cooked meat on our plates and was quick to change grill pans when needed. Food: 5/5. Every cut of meat we had was delicious and well prepared. Beone gives it's AUCE diners over a dozen meat choices to rotate through as well as a half dozen Korean side dishes such as tteokbokki and fried sweet sour pork. Highlights include the paper thin brisket and the pork belly.

I went to high school in Seoul South Korea so this place feels like "home". Great for lunch time. Friendly staff. Quick Service!

There are several Korean restaurants located within a few miles of each other off Maryland ave. I have to say this is probably the better of the three. They offer an AYCE BBQ option which is what I love most! I recommend the pork belly, brisket and spicy pork. If you're normally a fan of rib eye (jumuluk) which I am, I wouldn't recommend getting it here. It is marinaded like other places but they serve it in a round cut so it tends to be tough and not tender like it should be. They do also offer additional sides in addition to the bbq items. Definitely get the rice cake and steamed egg. The service is quite nice too! The owners always there and very friendly and attentive. Don't be too scared of the location, but do stay mindful of your belongings out in plain sight in your car. They do have a great big parking lot so you don't have to worry about parking or walking far.

If you're talking Baltimore pit beef, Chaps Pit Beef has been a staple for years, and after coming here for over a decade, I can confidently say it still delivers every single time. Their new location, just a stone's throw from the original humble shack, is a huge upgrade. You get the same iconic food, but now with a much larger dining room that actually makes it easy to bring a group without fighting for space. It's the best of both worlds. Same old school flavor with a more comfortable setup. On my most recent visit, I stuck with my go to. A loaded hoagie absolutely packed with pit beef, corned beef, sausage, and turkey. It's massive, messy in the best way, and exactly what you want when you're craving something unapologetically Baltimore. I paired it with a large order of fries, which were piled high and perfect for sharing. Decided to switch it up a bit and try the Holy Cod fish sandwich too, and that ended up being a sleeper hit. Huge portion of crispy fried cod, topped with fresh coleslaw on a soft bun. Not something you usually go to Chaps for, but honestly worth ordering. Everything came out crazy fast, which is always impressive considering how busy they can get. Quick stop at the condiment bar is a must. Load up on the free pickles, onions, Carolina Gold mustard, and that tiger sauce. The horseradish and mayo combo just hits different on pit beef. Bottom line, Chaps might not be a hidden gem anymore, but it doesn't need to be. It still outperforms most spots in the pit beef game and continues to be one of the best sandwiches you can get in Baltimore.

It didn't even have the smell or feel of a proper pit beef place. Customer service also needs improvement. The cashier taking our order seemed more focused on watching the baseball game on TV than helping customers. The space is basic, but the food is what keeps people coming back. The portions are big without feeling sloppy. The chicken katsu is solid: crispy on the outside, still juicy inside, and not drowned in sauce. The BBQ plates are dependable -- sweet, smoky, and cooked well -- especially if you like a mix of meats. Nothing feels overdone, and that's kind of the point. The mac salad deserves a mention because it actually tastes like mac salad, not some watered-down side. Creamy, simple, and it pairs well with everything else on the plate. Rice is cooked right, which shouldn't be a big deal, but it is. It's not trying to be trendy or upscale Hawaiian food. It's just straightforward comfort food that fills you up and tastes good. If you're looking for a reliable spot when you want something hearty and familiar, Halo Hawaiian gets the job done.

I also got some teriyaki sauce on the side and I'm glad I did because the pork definitely needed a little sauce. There were onions in the pork that I wished were cooked a bit more, they basically steamed. The flavor was delicious but the takeout bag leaked pork juice (?) all over my other groceries so that kinda sucked. That's the only reason for my 4 stars this time, but the food was amazing as always!
