Can't comment on the food. After telling my coworkers about this place after getting the food. We just decided to eat somewhere else and discarded the food without even tasting it. Despite the name of the place sounding like a "Wing Place". This is nothing more then a souped up Chinese carry-out. Upon entering I noticed it was blazing hot inside. They don't have their AC on. Also the cashier was not wearing a mask until I got near the counter. Decided to order anyway since it was for me & my coworkers. The cashier was very friendly and professional. But upon me leaving the counter. She removed her mask and I seen a "OPEN cold sore" on her lip. Which is a major red flag when working in a food environment. I asked for a refund but she declined. Then a few minutes later the cook comes out with the same gloves hes cooking with and touching everything. SERIOUSLY???? After getting the food I just left and discarded it and said NEVER AGAIN. I've drove past this spot MULTIPLE TIMES and was curious about it, until today!!! Today I stopped in and got myself a 5pc garlic pepper wing combo. The wings were an okay size and flavorful. I wish I could give up a 3.5, only because the woman behind the counter wasn't welcoming when I walked in. Plus to add they don't give you dip for the wings that's 50 cents extra....LIKE REALLY!!!! The cashier lady is very nice but she does get overwhelmed with the amount of customers she sees and I believe that does affect her customer service. An oldie, but always a goodie. The chicken boxes here are perfection. There's no way this place would still be up and running in a shopping center where basically everything else is shut down if it wasn't the bomb dot com! My friend and I decided to dine in on our most recent visit to take in all of our memory lane visit. This place has tons of certificates and awards displayed for their delicious food selections. They are all about community as well. They allow Morgan State University students to advertise their events. They also post photos of various sports teams in the community. Horrible customer service! I placed an order at 6:52 pm, went to pick it up at 7:30. My order wasn't even in the process of being made. The cashier as noted on my receipt as Byong Choe, responded to every inquire about my order by stating it was "being made" or "one more minute". She even went on to blame me for the order being late. I requested a refund and was initially told no, because it was being made. Half of my order was then made bagged and left sitting on the counter. 10 minutes later, I insisted on a refund. The cashier proceeded to yell that she was not taking my order again, argue with one of the cooks and snatch the bag of cold food from the counter before processing my refund. If I was informed of any issues with my order or told there would be a wait, I wouldn't have complained. The cashier could have noted the wait/issue when I ordered, when I arrived or even after the 3rd time I requested my food. However, the employees lacked the basic communication skills one should possess when working with the public. Sadly, after being a customer at the original Sunnys (@Northwood) for years without complaint, I will not be patronizing this establishment again. I will not pay for poor customer service, a lack of decency and decorum; all of which the cashier possessed. read more

I've only tried the fried chicken so far, but dang it was good. I grew up eating Baltimore chicken boxes and I can't remember the last time I've had some decent wings. Thank God I found this carry out. Everyone knows the best chicken boxes are from little hidden gem carry out joints. Their chicken was light, fresh, crispy, and not greasy. The meat falls off the bone. They also have so many different wing flavors, that they could give BWW a run for their money. Can't wait to try lake trout next. I also heard their cheesesteaks are bomb. Will have to try them out too. read more

I went here for the first time tonight.. I got some of their hottest wings, some thai wings and some Fries. The wings were absolutely delicious, the thermonuclear were the hottest I've had in town, the thai wings were delicious.. all nice meaty wings. The fries were also really nicely prepared and tasty. Will definitely be back for more wings! Only thing that could be better is more than 2 pieces of celery per wing order.. but that's easily remedied by ordering extra, albeit for .50 cents. Oh, and the soda fountain was on point, mixed right, lots of carbonation.. better than most wing places I've visited in town. They may well be Baltimore's Best. read more

Their fried chicken is my favorite, hands down - so crisp, flavorful, and not greasy! Rude and customer service is horrible! I needed to change my 10 piece order to all flat wings which I had no problem paying for and at first they told me ok, 10minutes. Then a few minutes later the owner/lady that takes the orders and runs the register came back yelling at me saying "I can't remake it", "I can't serve you". I was so confused because she had just told me ok and I was ready to pay whatever I had to pay because I knew changing my order was on me not them. She flipped out so fast so I left! As I walked out the door she's yelling "she always does!" LIES! I went into baltimore best wings today AkA sunny the place was very clean the rest room were awesome and I loved the fact that the place was set up So nice as soon as I walked in the cashier greeted me with a smile and said welcome to best wings I was very pleased with what I ordered the ( fried whiting and shrimp combo and steamed veggies ) although I had a special request asking can I please have half my shrimps fried and they were happy to accommodate me I was out the store less then 20min even thought the lines were very long did I mention THAT the food was AWSOME and I will be returning also I am a vegan But still was able to get the meal that I wanted read more
