I later learned that he was the manager. They were just as rude when I arrived. The food taste is completely different from before and also compared to other Americas Best locations. I was halfway through before I got a good taste of steak or the guacamole. For a $17 burrito I certainly expected more of the protein and veggies. The flavor was ok, nothing spectacular. For the price I definitely expected better. I truly have never had a worse experience consuming a burrito. I thought it was a fool- proof food. I can say that I've had a better experience at the Loch Raven Bubbakoo's location. I remember having a quesadilla there that was very flavorful (albeit still pricey). I hope they're able to improve the quality at this location over time.
