This is a little gem in Dundalk... A small establishment with limited seating inside, and outside seating which is not recommended during this time of the year. Service is friendly and pretty fast. I had the baby back ribs, tender and tasty. Half slab was delicious, but next time I get the full rack, so I can have seconds. It comes with 2 sides, coleslaw and fries in my case. Good combo with the ribs. I'll be back in this part of town to get me some Smokin' Joes

Omg we found this hidden gem while out looking for a quick lunch and it did not disappoint. It's situated in a small neighborhood area so you may pass it but we found it and during the time it was. It busy at all. All the food is cooked fresh and prices are within reason. I ordered wings and my hubby ordered chopped cheese (cheesesteak) and fries. We both had plenty left over so that is always a place. It's a small quaint restaurant but the staff was great and even provided samples of homemade items to try. This is another spot on our list when we return.

Customer service - 5 out of 5 Wait time - 5 out of 5 Atmosphere - 5 out of 5 Cleanliness - 5 out of 5 Food quality - 4.5 out of 5 My co-worker has often talked about how good the food is at Smokin' Joe's so we decided to order from there for lunch. Food was amazing! I ordered the Classic Bacon Cheeseburger cooked medium. The temp was closer to medium well, but the flavor was good and the portion is huge! I also had the beef hotdog with chili and cheese added - also really good. The black bottom cupcake was decent, but in my opinion it was a big overpriced. The plain cheesecake was decent as well. I personally wouldn't get dessert from there again, just wasn't worth it. Customer service was phenomenal! The owner was really personable and professional. Interior and exterior was very clean. Seating is limited, but diners have the option to dine inside or outside. With a nearly perfect score of 24.5 out of 25 stars, I give this place an A+ rating I will definitely return

Stopped by because I saw the sign and wanted to try it out. Big parking lot and I guess lots of people eat here. I looked at the menu but I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat. I was thinking brisket sandwich looked good so when I got in and asked the cashier he said they ran out of it. I said ok wow. Must be good them. I ordered a roast beef sandwich minus the roll prepared medium. He said it will take a few minutes and I said ok. I had taken a seat and waited. The front of the house is kinda small but has a few tables for people to eat and it looks clean with a few pictures around. Drink machine on the far wall waiting for some action. I did not order a drink so not going to get any action from me. At the counter they have a cold case with various deserts you can purchase. I was good so I did not order any. Finally, the sandwich arrived. Sorry no pics but trust me it was good. The beef was cut thin and tender. The aroma of the meat was smoke and warm and juicy. The Roast beef was delicious and if I had the roll it would have been even better but for me if the meat is good it should be able to stand on it's own without bbq sauce. The roast beef was seasoned with salt and pepper and spices that reminded me of Texas style bbq. The gave me one small mini cup of bbq sauce. The sauce was delicious and taste. It was thin like ketchup. I like it. Good flavor with a hint of Kansas city flavors. I like Carolina but Kansas city is ok. This is a good spot for roast beast. I will try the other bbq another time so I can give the thumbs up on this spot for good food. Cheers!

As much as I love five guys or burger fi... you have to give this place a shot over those places any day! This place can cook a mean burger and cook it perfectly! Every time we have ordered from here, the food is done with precision and flavor! They have a great selection and the price is very reasonable ! Their pit beef and turkey is also excellent! I would recommend that you eat this quickly after picking up as the bottom bread gets so wet from all the juices.. and that was the only thing that made it less enjoyable. In terms of sides I love their fries and macaroni salad. Personally I wasn't a big fan of their cole slaw and I loveeeee cole slaw but theirs was very runny and not enough slaw IMO.

I visited again and the glizzy was AMAZING. This place is top notch. It's pricey but good is exceptional.

It wasn't my choice but I enjoyed my meal. The cashier was new and in training yet very pilot and tried to be thorough. There was a constant flow of customers which was a good sign for me, a first timer. There's a couple tables for eating in, which we did. It was clean and stocked with supplies & condiments. It wasn't "fast food" but it was hot & fresh when it came out. We all loved the fries!! My Smashburger was tall and tasty! I'd go again; saw some things, salads & such, I'd like to try. You should too.

I have been here a couple times now, The food is good...the service is okay. I came for dinner last night and ordered 20 wings, a triple cheese bacon burger with fries and a drink, an order of mozzarella sticks and an extra order of fries. When ordering the wings I had asked to have half mild, half honey garlic and the lady immediately got aggressive and said they can't do things like that so I asked to have the mild sauce on the side. To say the least, I never got the Buffalo sauce. I will say the wings were delicious, albeit a little over cooked since they were kind of hard. The burger was huge, just half of it filled me up. We were missing an order of fries and the mozzarella sticks were over cooked where some of them had all the cheese exploded out of it. Overall, smokin joes isn't my first choice for dinner but I do like their wing flavors. I think they are typical for what you would expect in Dundalk.

My friend said I had to come here. We did. As soon as we stepped out of the Uber the adventure began. The building is so out dated but the entrance door held its charm. Neon lit Edgar portrait reading from a book his Annabel Lee. Complete with a bouquet of flowers. To the right more words of the writer surrounded with a few tables and chairs for those willing to chill in the cold. Inside was no different. Several crows, skulls everything you'd expect. And a well stocked bar. Many writings on the wall, articles, awards, etc all added to the vibe and theme. And of course dimly lit but you could still read the menu. We were guided to the back for our party of 5, in a corner away from everyone else. That made it easy for us to converse as we perused the menu exclaiming this and that of the dreadful names used and deathly ingredients mixed in. It definitely made it more appetizing. After working all day I was ready for a drink and settled on the To Isadore; gin, lavender syrup, lemon squeeze topped with segura cava. That hit the spot. Unfortunately, I had eaten quite a bit on this trip and forced myself to order the Chef Salad. Nothing more to say there. My wife, though, ordered the seafood lasagna. Never had that and it didn't sound like something I could get into. I was wrong. This is Baltimore. The seafood here is astounding. It was delicious and had to take a couple spoon fulls. My friend ordered the double beef patty burger. I was jealous until he offered me a bite. That was really good too, and juicy. If you're looking for an experience and are not too afraid you may want to visit Annabel's. I do recommend it and do insist coming after the sun has been well down.

I actually found Union Hill while planning my friend's 40th birthday dinner from another state, and from the moment I reached out, everything just flowed. I inquired about hosting a dinner and one of the owners, Matt, got back to me within a day. From there, the planning felt effortless. He answered all my questions, stayed in communication, and really helped bring the whole vision together. We had close to 30 people for the dinner in one of their private dining areas, and when I say the staff was impeccable... they were ON IT. My friend had no idea where she was going, so this was a full surprise. Once we gave the staff the green light, they were ready and immediately started accommodating everyone. Everything just flowed from there. We did family-style appetizers, which I loved because everyone got to try a little bit of everything. Everything was flavorful and came out at the perfect pace. For my entrée, I had the salmon and it was so good. And listen... I hosted the whole thing, ate there that night, AND still had leftovers to take home. That's always a win. They were also super accommodating leading up to the event. I was able to drop off the cake and cake pops the evening before, and I was even able to decorate the private dining area, which made everything feel really personal. What could have easily been a stressful experience ended up feeling seamless. The restaurant atmosphere is beautiful. The private dining area worked perfectly for our group, and they even have an upstairs outdoor area as well as a downstairs outdoor space, which I didn't get to experience this time but definitely want to the next time I go back. I'm so grateful I came across Union Hill Kitchen & Craft Bar. It made such a special occasion even better.
