He came to our table after hearing about our concerns, but instead of focusing on the quality issues we raised, he seemed more concerned that my husband refused to order a replacement meal. That spoke volumes about where the priorities were. The one bright spot was our server, who was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the meal. No complaints regarding the server as he was extremely apologetic with our experience. To our surprise, the restaurant also added an automatic gratuity to our bill.
