Excellent Italian cold cut subs. Slightly expanded menu under the new management. A nice little place to eat in the heart of Towson

Mind you I live around the corner from this spot and have never been, so glad I finally stopped in…read moreon this past Friday and it was so good. This past Friday it was really chilly and my work colleague wanted some hot tofu soup. Not to mention this is one of the best Korean Pocha spots in the city, with a 70-80's retro street vibe features traditional Korean cuisine, Korean BBQ & other specialties. The wait staff was really nice and inviting. They were very knowledgeable about the various food options. It was really cool to hear catchy K-pop songs playing as week. The food is fire hands down. I went ahead and got the Teriyaki mayonnaise Cup Bap( rice bowl topped with the korean fried chicken, teriyaki sauce and mayo). So delicious, my friend got he soft tofu soup with seafood and we split a hot sake to share. I am still mad at myself that I have not come here sooner, I will definitely be back. Their fried rice dishes look amazing. I also love the price point here as well. For both of us it was $40 bucks. So if your in the station north area, please stop in. You wont be dissapointed SYOY

Great Hot Pot Spot just outside of Baltimore…read more Pros: Check out this revolving Hot Pot place, sides keep coming on a conveyor belt! The food quality is awesome, we loved the tender beef, chicken, and fatty beef. The crab balls were good too! I loved the Pork Bone Broth. Everything was DELICIOUS! The waitress was ON TOP OF THINGS! Constantly helping us if we needed anything and open to suggestions of her favorite items. Free Ice Cream at the end!!! Cons: While the sauces were awesome, you have to create your own. They have suggestions, but it is hard to figure out how to make them. The hot bar was sitting out for awhile (fries, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice) and wasn't too hot.

Amazing experience!…read more New Generation Hot Pot was my first foray into the world of hot pot. Essentially you pick out your base, vegetables and proteins and noodle style. Those items are placed in your own pot which cooks in front of you. New Generation also offers a bar with lots of different self serve sauces and additional flavorings. The waitress assigned to my wife and I was very friendly. She took the time to go through the process with my wife and I. She offered many suggestions, answered our questions and was very attentive. She cheered us on if we were debating something and essentially was like "do it". Since it is all you can eat, she kept coming back, checking in and taking additional orders from us. The prices were not cheap but considering it is all you can eat and they have some ingredients that are a bit atypical, I didn't mind paying the price.

After browsing their menu online, I decided on the miso ramen since it was vegetable-based, and I planned to add chicken for some extra protein. Walking in, I was pleasantly surprised at how cute and colorful Seoul Fusion is. Really a warm & inviting atmosphere. I placed my order for miso ramen with chicken and, although tempted by their massive menu, I kept it simple. However, I did notice a pricing issue. I was charged more for adding chicken than what the menu indicated. The cashier explained that the upcharge for chicken wasn't listed on the menu, which was a bit confusing since their menu has an "add more" section that shows a lower price for chicken. I've attached pictures showing the different menus for reference. I wasn't going to keep arguing with her since my food is being made by them so I just noted it to add to my review later. I took a seat at the counter and watched as the staff prepared drinks and took care of other customers. They offer a wide variety of items--bulgogi, bibimbap, smoothies, bubble tea, and fresh tea refreshers, just to name a few. I requested no corn in my ramen, and they were happy to accommodate. When my bowl came out, it looked beautiful. I was excited to dig in, but unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The chicken wasn't seasoned, and it was a bit dry and cold. Of course, I know it is cooked ahead of time but wow don't make it so obvious. It didn't have time to absorb the broth's flavor. It reminded me how much I prefer duck in ramen which is richer, more tender, and full of flavor. Next time, I'll probably stick with duck elsewhere to get the full ramen experience I love. They also offer Korean hot dogs, but I'm still on the hunt for one with a hot dog inside and crispy potato on the outside--hold the cheese! Until I find that perfect combo, I'm staying on strike. They also serve musubi, budak fire noodles, and yakisoba. While I haven't written off Seoul Fusion entirely, I did leave a little disappointed. If I return, I might order the chicken again but save it for last or maybe try something new from their extensive menu.
