The latte was little on the sweet side for me, but the flavor was decent. The breakfast sandwich I got on an asiago bagel, and it was pure deliciousness. The chicken sausage was seasoned nicely, and the asiago bagel was so soft and pillowy. I thoroughly enjoyed this sandwich. And the muffin was quite tasty too. With so many items to try on Joanna's menu and their good customer service, I'll definitely be back to try some other things when I'm in the area.

Even though all of the staff seemed to be extremely busy, we were allowed to wait for a table that would seat us comfortably while being a bit out of the way of the hubbub. The redone U-shaped bar area is very large with plenty of seating at the bar and around it. There are multiple long, high top tables too. The other side of the restaurant is filled with booths and tables with plenty of room to accommodate any size party. I saw tables that fit at least 10 people there. There is also an outdoor area that is under construction, but looks like it will be a very nice addition to the bar. Now on to the food and the drinks. They had so many specials for St. Patrick's Day and a large variety of them too rather than just the typical corned beef and cabbage or Ruben's. They had lots of other Irish delicacies like shepherds pie, and bangers and mash. They had all kinds of drink specials, including green margaritas, Guinness, and lots of other fancy drinks to choose from. They have plenty of beers on top and basically a full bar where you can get anything to wet your whistle. I had a two guys burger, which was basically a bacon cheeseburger, and it was cooked to perfection (not to mention it was probably close to a half pound of ground beef on that burger) along with some fries and a salad. My friend had a Reuben, which she thought was very good. My husband who loves hot turkey sandwiches ended up getting one of those and a side salad too. I politely brought it to the server's attention, and she apologized, saying she would have four additional flats made and brought out on the side at no extra charge. The extra flats arrived, but when I received the check, there was an additional $5 charge for them. Since the original server had left for the day, I explained the situation to another server, who then brought over the manager. After I explained what had happened, the manager seemed skeptical at first, as if I was trying to get something for free. Eventually, she agreed to remove the $5 charge. To make matters worse, when I asked for a to-go box and a side of blue cheese because my original blue cheese had been thrown away, I was told it would cost an additional $0.75. At that point, I was frustrated that I was being charged for a replacement of something that had been discarded by the staff. I paid it, but the entire experience left a bad impression. The overall interaction felt like the restaurant was constantly looking for ways to add extra charges and nickel-and-dime customers. Customer service should focus on making things right when mistakes happen, not creating additional frustrations. Unfortunately, between the service issues and food quality, I won't be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to others.
