Expected more from Five Guys since we have been to other locations and food was great. This location however was not up to par to say the least. We ordered our regular burger and fries & I got a diet soda(my concoction lol) & my son got an Oreo milkshake--all to go. First let me say the guy who took our order was friendly and patient. The rest of the staff were literally standing around doing nothing. Yes, the place was empty except for the occasional stragglers coming in but to see staff standing around when they could have found something to clean or refill etc. That didn't leave a good impression to begin with but we waited for our order none the less. We received our order and got in the car to find out the fries were cold! How could this happen if they weren't busy and I can't imagine we were served fries which had been sitting for a while and not cooked fresh? We then checked the burgers and they were just Ok. So food quality for this location is 1/5! Now to the prices-this location was the highest priced location I have been too & frankly worst food of all locations. I paid more here for 2 of the smallest burgers and fries than I have paid at a decent restaurant for same items!! Overall impression is not great! Food was not good and overpriced! Save your money and go somewhere else. 2/5 overall & that's being generous. Thank you to the man taking orders-the rest need training on time management and food prep. Just avoid this location before someone gets ill from poorly cooked food!

Much better experience on this visit. Stopped in for dinner and, again, opted for curbside pickup. This time my online (app) order was to my vehicle it about 8 minutes! The employee was friendly and courteous the food was hot and perfectly cooked. A major turn around from my last visit. Very happy with this experience and will return. Hopefully, the last visit was just a fluke. Check them out and let me know your experience.

Pardon the sloppiness. It got a lil smushed in the bag.

Kosher-style hotdogs, low carb burger options, and a freestyle Coke machine. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms with weirdly-slippery floors.

They have a steady flow of customers, many regulars, and of course passersby who see the cars in the lot. Many parked cars mean good food, and this turned out to be a treat. Go up the steps and see the basic menu clearly posted with prices, order at the screened window. Cash discount, but they do take cards and offer a military discount. The orders are prepared as given, and all is fresh. My husband wanted the 2 sausage sub...10", green peppers, and fried onions. It was slightly spicy-Italian sausage. This was the combo for about $15, which comes with fresh cut fries and a soft drink. They were kind enough to give a free refill of Pepsi products. He loved it and half came home. Oops, they forgot the fries, so I went back, and they made them up. I got the Pit beef, rare, raw onions, and horseradish on the side in a little cup. Huge and delicious. I melted into pit beef lala land. Then the daydream began, we ate at a picnic table out front, devouring the fries and watching the busy world go by. Time paused for us. Condiments, many of them, are available on a high bench opposite the order window. Yes, even malt vinegar for your fries! We will definitely be back.

They had a $3 beer special (rotates I believe) which was amazing. I tried KOL (I think) and also tried their red ale. My bf ordered chicken pot pie which he enjoyed. It was a large serving and I had a few bites of his and thought it was tasty as well, maybe lacking a little seasoning for me, but overall good. I liked the variety of beer and food available. Overall, this is a really cool spot to get some food and/or drinks and I'd return if in the area!

This was a grilled chicken breast, RBS crab dip, bacon, cheddar on a potato roll. He liked it, the only comment there was it needed a bit more crab dip. All the food was good, my only comment would be to offer plain french fries rather than the.coated ones. The coating takes away the good and honest french fry taste and texture. I think next time i'll see if they can substitute something in their place. The bar side and part of the dining side was all decked out for Valentine's Day. Really tastefully done...hearts, twinkling lites hanging down. Just perfect, the customers ovèr there were definately enjoying the ambiance. They stayed awhile. Plus outside you could watch the ice skaters having winter fun right next to the outside dining area. We will be back!

I ordered 1/4 chicken white, plaintains, & yuca fries, which was about $15, which is a little high compared with some other places, but I was going with what was convenient in this shopping center as I was pretty unfamiliar with restaurants in the area. Incredibly, the cashier said we have bottled water for sale. I explained what happened at CAVA, and that it would be incredible if 2 restaurants in this shopping center gets 1-star on Yelp because they denied me water (I saw this CAVA next door was only my 26th 1-star ever, so quite rare percentage wise, less than 4% of my Yelp reviews). And also said that in addition to the 1-star, you aren't getting a dime from me from the food you made. The cashier was smart and said that I could have a bottled water. However, if their normal policy is denying water, this is why they don't get 4 but 3-stars. Food was pretty good. I've had some better Peruvian chicken places, but it was solid, above average overall. Sides were solid too. Portion size of the chicken was kind of small too. Considering their normal policy is no courtesy cup of water but gave me the bottled water only because I threatened no business & bad Yelp review, they got my one pre-tax sale of about $15 (which should've been about $13 or so), but I wouldn't return here.

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. $15.99 for a…read moresteak sub!!!! Stick to the chicken!!

If you're talking Baltimore pit beef, Chaps Pit Beef has been a staple for years, and after coming here for over a decade, I can confidently say it still delivers every single time. Their new location, just a stone's throw from the original humble shack, is a huge upgrade. You get the same iconic food, but now with a much larger dining room that actually makes it easy to bring a group without fighting for space. It's the best of both worlds. Same old school flavor with a more comfortable setup. On my most recent visit, I stuck with my go to. A loaded hoagie absolutely packed with pit beef, corned beef, sausage, and turkey. It's massive, messy in the best way, and exactly what you want when you're craving something unapologetically Baltimore. I paired it with a large order of fries, which were piled high and perfect for sharing. Decided to switch it up a bit and try the Holy Cod fish sandwich too, and that ended up being a sleeper hit. Huge portion of crispy fried cod, topped with fresh coleslaw on a soft bun. Not something you usually go to Chaps for, but honestly worth ordering. Everything came out crazy fast, which is always impressive considering how busy they can get. Quick stop at the condiment bar is a must. Load up on the free pickles, onions, Carolina Gold mustard, and that tiger sauce. The horseradish and mayo combo just hits different on pit beef. Bottom line, Chaps might not be a hidden gem anymore, but it doesn't need to be. It still outperforms most spots in the pit beef game and continues to be one of the best sandwiches you can get in Baltimore.

It didn't even have the smell or feel of a proper pit beef place. Customer service also needs improvement. The cashier taking our order seemed more focused on watching the baseball game on TV than helping customers.
