Food was hot & fresh. This chicken really is perfect & so good. Fries are just crinkle fries, nothing special. And while my daughter loves the toast, I just don't get it. Lemonade is just meh, could use a little more tart. Chikfila lemonade is better IMO. Service was standard, nothing bad or over the top. Bathrooms could have used some attention, but it is next to a college campus so I bet they keep the workers pretty busy. Decently sized place with good amount of seating.

They've got to do something about how people stand in line, would be so much better if there was a way to redirect the line. The way it is now, it forces people into the doorway and some people end up standing between the doors even though there aren't that many people in line. It's not pleasant. The chicken was good and portions were big. Inside of the restaurant was pretty big and spacious, reminded me of a typical sports bar. 4 stars for the food, service can be improved upon.

Solid place for late night cheap delicious food in Towson. Raising Canes has a good standard and this one meets it. The service was quick and friendly. Could be a little cleaner but doesn't take away from the food!

After all the hype I guess I should have known it would be hard for Raising Cane's to meet expectations. It was fine. Nothing bad but nothing particularly special either. The chicken was lightly fried, which was nice, and didn't feel too greasy. It was mild in flavor. The sauce it comes with is good, akin to a chik Fila sauce. The fries were fine, a little soggy but not bad. The slaw was decent. The Texas toast was good but it's hard to screw that up. The one thing this place has going for it is the price. It is very cheap. The 5 of us ate for $48. I don't think I'd go out of my way to come back but if someone brought it to a party I'd have some.

Inside of the Towson location -- cool decor!

As someone who is obsessed with Cane's, I had high expectations tonight when I visited this location in Towson. It's the first Raising Cane's even remotely close to where I live and as luck would have it I happened to be just close enough tonight that I could justify I visit. My order was fresh, prompt, and 100% accurate: the tenders were crispy, yet juicy and plump, fries crunchy, and the Texas toast had that balanced, buttery, supple texture you pray for. So as far as the food goes, everything hit the spot. The service was also on point, but Raising Cane's as a chain has a reputation for good service much like Chick-Fil-A does. The inside of this location is very lively compared to other locations I've been to on the West Coast. Maybe it's because Towson University is only a few blocks away, but I'm not mad -- the disco balls here and upbeat design makes for a really fun and pleasant dine-in experience. If I had one gripe, it would be that this location is walk-in only i.e. there is NOT a drive-thru. They do validate parking, but it would have been nice to know before driving out of the way to eat here. They also have a walk-up window outside if you just wanna grab and go. It's also worth noting that my visit here was on a Sunday night a little later in the evening so it's possible things get more chaotic during peak hours. I could see this place getting slammed with drunk college kids during the school year especially since it stays open later.

I finally made it to try Cane's chicken in Towson. From my understanding this place is located mostly in the south. Also my understanding is that this chicken is by far the best and trumps any chicken place.. This place is located in Towson on York road and this area is quite busy. Upon my arrival I quickly learned that they did not have parking and they recommended parking in the garage a block over and validating your ticket. I managed to find a spot off the side street. When I walked in I was greeted by the host and they quickly took my order. I order the 3 piece tenders without the drink. I'm not a fan of crinkly fries but oh well... that's what they had. I haven't been eating bread but I had to taste the Texas toast because everyone raved about that. The bread was soft and had a good taste. So my thoughts... their food is several steps below Chick-fil-a. The chicken was absolutely nothing to rave about, the "Canes sauce" was nothing more than 1000 islands dressing, and their food was over priced. Perhaps down south this is a hit but in Maryland not so much. I gave it a try and that's all I got.,

Caniac Combo- 6 tenders, fries, cane sauce, texas toast, coleslaw and half n half

The anticipation was real to try this place after seeing line after line, all hours of the day, rain or shine! While my experience overall was great: -I ordered online (no wait!!) -Scored decent parking by the library -my order was ready timely and packaged well (drinks were even in a carrier ready to go) The actual food was a bit of a let down. I got 2 Caniac combos and an extra toast which was enough for 3 adults and a tween to get a good taste of everything. My parents enjoyed the coleslaw and we all liked the half and half, but the fries were lukewarm at best . We had mixed reviews on the texas toast overall it was comparable to the boxed kind in frozen section at the market. The cane sauce was ok but nothing any of us would crave or have to have. We actually swapped in some hot sauce! The chicken tenders were the star as they should be. Not to heavily breaded, juicy, and flavorful. We all gave them a thumbs up but simultaneously agreed it wasn't stand in a line in the rain, freezing cold, etc type of good. I've personally had better at Gino's and Rofo!

I am sure my review will be a far better because I did not have to stand in line for the grand opening. We placed an online order earlier that day with the anticipation that there would be a long line! Low and behold, the line wrapped around the sidewalk by the Whole Foods entrance. I am not sure how long most of those people waited but when we got inside, all the tables were packed too so no seats were available and of course too cold to sit outside at 630 PM on a January night in MD. Our food however, was delicious and just how I remembered it! The cole slaw is probably my favorite because it's so chopped fine and reminds me of the old CFA slaw. The tenders were moist and the breading was well seasoned and the bread was so warm and soft! The only thing about RC is the price. The platter costs almost $20 for a 6 piece meal... *sigh*

I arrived 11 minutes after the pickup time but could not find my order. I asked and found out the reason my order wasn't ready was because the cookie I ordered was not available. I had to settle for a cookie I didn't even want. The macaroni was completely overcooked and mushy. I threw most of this away. Oddly enough, Potbelly sent me a review request which I was happy to provide feedback with all of the above. That was 6 days ago. Part of the review process, they asked if they would be able to contact me to follow up regarding my feedback. I provided my contact info, but have never heard back. I guess they really don't care about customers either new or repeat. Their lack of feedback has solidified my view on my experience and I will not be back. Not even to redeem the free cookie they promised for my feedback or the free sandwich they promised for using the app.

Each year has been phenomenal service from beginning to end. From the placing of the order to me calling to verify, and then my picking it up, it's always been smooth, friendly, and professional. Always top-notch sandwiches, salads, chips, and cookies as well as sides/toppings. Everyone that evening thoroughly enjoyed the food! I highly recommend the Towson location and certainly will use them again!!!
