Today, while placing an order in the drive-through, I had an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience at this McDonald's. The employee who approached me was not friendly or welcoming in any way. Her attitude was openly rude and disrespectful from the start. After I placed my order, she made a nasty and completely unprofessional remark, saying, "All in my face--what the f**k is wrong with people?" This comment was unnecessary, offensive, and shocking to hear from someone representing a business. This was clearly poor customer service and a terrible reflection of this establishment. If you ever visit this McDonald's and are served by a young woman with multiple facial piercings, be prepared for disrespect and ignorance. Because of this incident, I canceled my order. Very slow. Go 2 mins up the street to the other McDonald's. 1. The fries were not only not salted well (which is the best part of McDonald's fries) it was also room temperature. 2. I got a McFlurry and saw the woman just pour the Oreos in my cup and hand it to me with a regular spoon. When you go to McDonalds you need to order the quarter pounder. The quarter pounder is the only meat that is not frozen. If you want a bigmac you have to ask them to make it with quarter pounder meat. Fries were awesome as always but there was an onion on my burger bun. Never, ever again. The dining room is locked, the place is dark and the drive through is pathetic. The service and order accuracy levels have plummeted. Twice in as many weeks they've messed up our orders. Tonight takes the cake. Due to gluten intolerance, my wife special orders two quarter pounder patties, plain, no buns. Last week they gave two little burger patties. Tonight they got it right. We also ordered two Quarter Pounder Deluxe burgers. We get the order home and ONE OF THE BURGERS IS MISSING THE BEEF. Even though I had to bypass the line out to the road for the drive through by going inside and still had to wait over 10 minutes for my mobile order, I am still giving this location a 5 star. From what I could see, there were only 5 teens working in kitchen and they were rocking it. Even the young man in the button down who I presume was the manager on duty was running around getting things done. I'm glad I went in to see how hard these kids were working. I can't say I saw a rhythm but I know they had a system figured out and they were doing their best to accommodate all of the customers as quickly as they could. If I could write, this restaurant is zero, I would. There is one disgruntled adult employee who yelled at us. We asked for sweet-and-sour sauce and he yelled "it's right there in the box" it was in an open box which was behind the counter. To Whom It May Concern, This is in reference to McDonalds Restaurant # 5168 located at 934 York Rd. Towson Md. 21204. On January 23rd 2023 @ 3:51pm I visited this location to order carry out food. Upon entering I noticed that there was no waiting line, which was nice for that time of day. I was greeted by a lady at the cash register and she took my order. She then left the building after saying goodbye to some fellow employees. I then waited for my order, which I discovered they were calling out receipt numbers. This is when I realized I didn't have a receipt for credit card purchase. I asked the person with my order if I could get a receipt. She stated that there wasn't any receipts being made by the register at that time. I asked for the amount so I could write it down for my records. She didn't reply and never turned around to address me face to face. I asked again and she ignored me. I then asked again with no reply. This is when I noticed a young man at the exit door with a handheld tablet computer. I asked him if he worked there and he said yes. I requested his help and he immediately left his post and went to the register and found that my receipt had been printed and laid on the counter behind. (Ticket # 202) I then addressed the young lady about her rudeness and lack of customer service. She still never turned to address me and or confirm my existence. To say the least, I will never return to this restaurant and maybe any McDonald's location at all after this incident. I was hungry and had a taste for McDonalds. (I know, first mistake). Anyway, I ordered a Double Smoky BLT combo (fries and a Sprite), I ordered it to be delivered by UBER (second mistake). So the guy arrives and requests a PIN number for his phone. I had no idea what he was talking about and he eventually went back to his car. And then called me with another request for the PIN number. I went back onto the laptop and found a PIN number (3550). I called him and gave him the number and he eventually left. So, time to eat. Instead of the double burger it was a single. Instead of fries it was a hash brown, So I washed it down with my "sprite" which was just the soda water-no sprite. So that was a grand waste of time and money. This McDonald's is usually pleasant in the morning. The drive thru is quick, although it does get really busy. I also like the fact that they're like the only McDonald's that has ice cream til 3am. However, I usually have a really bad experience coming at night. The drive thru is always really long and slow. My fiancé and I sat in the drive thru the other night for 15 minutes just waiting for their new cheesy bacon fries and two McFlurry's. The fries had no bacon and a drop of cheese (picture included). Other times I went, they ALWAYS mess up my order in some way. I'm always missing something from my order or they're out of something and don't tell me until I get to the window and pick up my food. I am not sure what their game is but they ALWAYS short-change you on french fries when you use the drive-through. The containers are always half full. I mean the McDonalds in Parkville gets it right. The McDonalds in Timonium gets it right. EVERY other McD's gets it right, but the people running this outlet are SKIMPY on the fries. Moreover, if you take the bag back into the store and ask for the fries you paid for, they look at you as if you are trying to rip them off. This is quite literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The Buns for the burgers are routinely stale. The line is almost always out to York Road, but not because there are that many people, because it moves incredibly slowly once you've ordered. The staff, if not rude, often seems unprepared and unprofessional. They often give me the wrong sized meal and/or wrong drink. It's truly a game of chance whether I'll get what I ordered or something completely off. I continue to go here because it is literally on my ride home. But the wait times alone make going ten or even twenty minutes out of my way worth it. I could go into specific examples of how terrible the service/quality is, but I'd have written a novel by the time I was through. It seems like when people make orders here they just push random buttons. They don't actually care what food they just put in. Yesterday they put my order in twice and I thought i was lucky when they gave me double food. The food was half cold and half creamated. yalls sprite has always been fucking tonic water. I don't think a worst McDonald's exists. 20+ minutes just to place your order, another 10-15 minutes to get only 1 simple small order. The food is often too salty and cold and the tea is always slimy, old and rotten tasting.
