1st time trying out that spot. I heard/ read great things about BB so we (I) decided to try give it a go. Upon entering, I noted the incredibly friendly / professional staff. Thankfully, we didn't have a long wait at all (for 2 people). Selections: 1) Large lemonades - Generous size and nice flavor. My buddy had a flavored lemonade and mentioned it didn't have much of the other flavor. Otherwise, they were decent lemonades. 2) As a native NYer, I love a messy burger. These were not that. They were neatly layered and the condiments used, yielded minimal flavor. These burgers required some doctoring up. 2a) The Bean: Vegetarian chipotle black bean burger w/ cheese & bacon w/ blue cheese, pickles, red onions, caramelized onions, jalapeños, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce. One would think with everything listed here, this would be one juicy veggie burger PACKED w/ flavor. Nope. Not the case. It wasn't a bad burger but it needed a lil more attention. The patty itself was ... DRYYYY *cough cough*. Don't need another black bean burger here. 2b) The Chicken: Crispy (or grilled) w/ cheese, lettuce & tomato. The bestie enjoyed his sandwich. It was a decent size and he enjoyed the flavor profile so... SCORE!!! We also split an other of the Large Tater Tots. It was a generous sizing and did what they needed to do. Nothing bad. Nothing great. Just flavorless tater tots - crispy outside, pillow like inside. They weren't even dusted w/ salt but... I digress. Overall, I can say I've been. It's been years since I've been here, so my memory of that experience is long gone. So... I was recently feeling like a late night burger, typically when most burger spots are closing up. With their late hours and short drive, BB made sense. The place itself is simple and no-frills, just like the menu items. My dining friend had a burger and I opted for the crispy chicken sandwich with a large order of tots to share. The sandwiches were okay- not great not awful. Both required some doctoring up to elevate them lol. The tots, however, were the star of the show- crispy with good flavor. I really wanted a burger the day I decided to come in and check this place out. I ordered a regular cheeseburger that I requested to be lettuce wrapped with ketchup, mustard (which they put in the side in condiment cups), and pickles. They did not wrap my burger, rather they just put some shredded lettuce on the bottom and the top. It was good. Not dry or anything but a little on the small side, portion wise. I paid a little over $20 and really expected a more satisfying burger. It was just ok. The young lady at the register was kind but she misheard me when I ordered and therefore, forgot to add bacon to my burger but no biggie as I just chucked that up to not needing it. Fries were ok and extra came in the bag. The place had ample seating and wasn't at all busy. Paid street parking and lots for your car. I was able to get a spot right in front. My only thing was the restaurant had this minor smell, almost of the plumbing/sewage which wasn't great to smell while trying to eat. My favorite place to go for a chicken sandwich! I've been going for years--even when the owners changed. It's a chill spot with friendly staff. I always get the grilled chicken sandwich. I've had Burger Bros on my radar for a good little while & was in Towson on business & decided to go for it. I ordered "The Burger" which is just what it says it is. A traditional cheeseburger w/ grilled onions, American cheese & fries. All in all, my burger was good as well as the fries. There was no other customers in the building, so there really wasn't much of a wait, what I will say is mid way through my wait, I leaped up out of my seat and made my way to the register to request my burger be cooked medium bc I wasn't asked during the ordering process. That's something the cashier should remember to add to their verbiage while placing orders bc there's nothing worse than a well done burger. Overall I gave them 3/5 stars. My burger was good and so was my fries but it didn't blow me away as I hoped it would. read more

The place is the I've gone several different times and it's always been really clean and neat inside. Burgers are pretty amazing. Many topping options to choose from. Every single time that I have visited - my order has been consistently perfect. I have watched them construct orders behind the counter. They are pretty serious about the construction of the burgers. The food was pretty good but very pricey. Our bill was double the price it would have cost at a fast food restaurant and more than a similar meal at a sit down restaurant like Friendly's. I've heard about this place as being a place you have to try but unfortunately for me, Towson is not close to me. There is only a certain narrow condition that I can make it up here for any reason. But I finally made it and here is my review. Because its over an hour away, I would not make a special trip for this place. There are similar places near me that has the same quality food. However, the quality of the burger is quite good. This place passes itself off as a fast food place. However, they cook your burger to order. The rarest burger they'll make is medium, but the fact that they allow you the option is amazing. Quality of the food. As i said, its a good burger. Its not a great burger. The fact that they open until 2am is amazing. I would place their burger below Five Guys unfortunately, but way above the legacy fast food places like Mcdonalds or Burger King. Fries. They remind me of five guys. They are good, but they don't give you the same amount as five guys for the same price. I had a craving for a juicy burger and fries that wasn't from a commercial spot and my husband recommended Burger Bros. He would frequent this spot when he worked in the area some years ago. Food is made to order so expect 10-15 minutes wait time. It's a build your own burger (or meal) spot which I prefer. I ordered a burger + cheese/bacon and toppings and a large fry. The food was hot and fresh. The fries were overflowing and crispy. It hit the spot. I'd definitely return for a quick meal. Note: Because you build your own meal, add ons can get costly. I drove by a few months ago expecting to be able to walk in and order something. But when I got there, I couldn't find parking. The parking lots appeared to all be payment required, so I just gave up. Oh my gosh this was the best burger I've had in a long long time! It's kind of like a 5 Guys type of place, in that there are all kinds of toppings you can add to your burger. What I love was they toasted the bun. And gave a significant amount of cheese on the cheeseburger....there were a lot of different cheeses to choose from. I had blue cheese on my burger, and caramelized onions. The burger is a 6 ounce burger and it tasted wonderful. BF and I split an order of medium fries. They give you fries to fill the cup, and then an extra scoop just so you would not run out of fries. I really wished I lived closer to this business, because I would love to come back. First off like most places the burger looks nothing like the ad featured here,although it was good I was not thrilled to pay .50 cents extra for mayo, .50 extra for ketchup and. 50 mustard and .35 cents for tomatoe and then only wanted to give me one slice. If I weren't extremely exhausted and starving I would have asked for a refund. I was going to get a milkshake but the ygman that was going to make it was emptying peoples dirty trays, answering the phone and handling whatever else no sink in sight. The precautionary measures that most of the world took during covid are really BASIC sanitary methods that should have been practiced all along especially when handling food. I hadn't been there in awhile and I doubt that I will return. Nickle and diming a customer for basic condiments that should be included in the $11.50 price for a little burger is pure greed and shows me that I am not a valued customer. First time trying Burger Bros, due to being in area for an appt. I ordered to go as I had to get back to my side of town lol. The guy who took my order was very friendly and repeated my order back to me. The location is really close to campus and on a busy street. Parking was decent. Picked up my order and it was presented in nice sturdy brown paper bag. The contents were organized very neatly, food was still hot. The presentation of the burger was A++. You never know what you'll get with to go orders these days. All the toppings even the ketchup and mustard were arranged so there was no spillage on outside of my burger. It was thick and well seasoned. I also ordered tater tots which were also seasoned and cooked perfectly. I would recommend Burger Bros if you're in the area. read more

With my cancer treatments, it's been months since I was in a physical condition to eat something as genuinely heartwarming as a burger and fries. I was close to Burger Bros this week, and decided to have my re-entry meal with them. A lot has been said about their quality, and my review wouldn't differentiate from that at all. In fact, I would go out of my way to skip Five Guys to come here. What I'd like to point out is the excellent counter service I've always enjoyed at this eatery. Everyone has always been pleasant, but the courtesies their staff extended given my existing challenges in simply speaking and eating will keep me as an enthusiastic patron for as long as they continue to serve. The management/ownership/customer service has gone down tremendously since new ownership took over. The older gentlemen that worked here previously were quick efficient and gave great customer service. However, the new teens that works here makes it difficult for me to consider going back. Apparently all the burgers are cooked medium and the cashier knows how a burger should be made since age 10 (she is 17 now). She asked if I have ever been to a steak house and I immediately laughed because what does that have to do with anything as they ask how you want the steak cooked. When I pushed back she had a ghost face with her mouth wide open and her eyes as well. Super weird. She refused to make my burger over and said that I can pay for another one. Kids!!! However, The manager came right over, apologized and made me a new burger. I didn't have time for this at all today. We got there around 1:25am, they close at 2AM. It was a bunch of playful and loud college kids in there. They were ahead of us and all of them ordered. So we knew the wait time was going to be pretty long. The customer service here was on point. Which I absolutely loved. I feel like other establishments would've kicked them out or caught an attitude. The guys working here still showed great customer service. And aye it's homecoming so they probably expect it to be lit this week. GO BEARSSS . The boneless wings were just okay. The burger was good as hell tho. Three stars because of sanitary issues. One of the guys took a refill for lemonade AND took a whole transaction with the same gloves he touched food with. I watched him to see if he was going to take them off and he didn't. Any burger is better than starched and pressed fast food burgers, in my opinion. The price though, was worth it. I didn't feel cheated at all. The burgers are a great size and super juicy. The fries salt to crunch ratio was perfect and lordddddd, the cooks are very generous with the amount of fires they throw in the bag. I was a little disappointed that cookies and cream flavor was not one of the milkshake option but the strawberry was pretty good. Overall I give burger bros a 9 out of 10 read more
