Placed my order at the counter. I got the chili cheddar burger with fries and a drink. The meal total was 13.5 for the Thursday special. It didn't take very long for my food to be ready. Came out within 10 minutes. And I young lady even brought it all the way out to my table. Their iced tea maker was out of service so they allowed me to get a bottle of iced tea with my meal.

While waiting for my order to be ready I went over to fill my drink I noticed the floor was very slippery. It had been raining off and on all day so maybe that was why. One of the reasons I keep coming back to this location is because the staff is usually upbeat, engaging, and makes the experience enjoyable, so this visit stood out for the wrong reasons. I'm not saying she was rude, but there was definitely a lack of warmth and customer engagement. My suggestion would be to remind staff that while it's important to ask about add-ons, promotions, and other menu items, the delivery matters just as much. I also don't like when they take your order with gloves on. You have to pay close attention and make sure they change them, which should be a rule. Before you take an order discard gloves. Customers can tell when those questions are being asked because they're part of the job versus when they're being asked with genuine enthusiasm and good customer service. A positive attitude and friendly energy can make a big difference in the overall experience, and unfortunately, that seemed to be missing during this visit.

Hubby and I visited because it was late, and this place was one of the only places open. My food was sooo good. The 2nd time was last Wednesday, and I ordered online for pick up. I ordered their House Rub Wings (could be called something else), and Tater Tots. When I arrived, my food was ready on time, piping hot and absolutely delish. Because we are frequent diners we have gotten to know the servers and they have all been great. A manager typically stops by during our meal to see how it is going. We know they are measured to stop by each table but they do it all the time. Consistency with servers working there a long time makes for good management. We typically like to sit in the bar area. There are some nice booths and it seems to be more quiet than in the main dining room. I know this is a chain restaurant but our experience has been great and we keep going back.

They were a little overcooked and greasy. The taste of a cheesesteak was there but it was not to die for. For the price of $16+ tax and it was 2 small eggrolls I will not consider this again.
