The drive thru was long. I ordered my food and it was cold. The sweet tea was nasty so I just threw it out come on McDonald's.

I ordered my food online and showed proof of ordering it and they won't give me my food. Now my friend is crying ( balling her eyes out) because they were mean and did not given me my food. 934 York Road if you want customer service do not recommend going. Also when was the last time that place was check for rodents i'm pretty sure i saw a mouse. It it was mot a mouse i'm pretty sure that it was hair which is still very unhealthy. Do not recommend going if you want clean food or any food at all. I really hope i get my money back read more

Folks, this is a McDonald's joint. I rate it against other fast food/McD places. Pros -large area in front of the cashiers inside the restaurant -large, modern TV screens displaying most up-to-date specials and prices -friendly staff -custom food modifications made to order correctly -convenient location Cons -1 star off for the floor in front of the soda machine being dirty -some of the tables inside the restaurant are not wiped read more

McDonalds? yes i'm reviewing this place! Why??????? - Comparing to NY branches, this place is Bigger, cleaner, Friendly Staff. - Has a Redbox DVD Rentals - Offers SMOOTHIES! - Food is fresh and Hot Fries - Plenty of Parking spaces - Brand New Renovated. Happy Customer. read more

This location is one of the best on the Baltimore area. It is clean (bathrooms too) the food is hot, and they get the food orders out quickly for the drive-through. The workers are friendly and professional except for one time when a girl who was standing outside to take orders for the drive-through rolled her eyes after taking an order. To be honest, it was hot outside and she looked like she was miserable in the heat but--if you don't like what you're doing, don't make the quality of your service suffer, just do something else. Other than that one occasion with that one random employee, this place is great as far as McDonald's goes! read more

Sorry, the staff at this location absolutely leave you wanting more. Craving A steak egg and cheese bagel I pulled into McDonalds this morning. What a mistake that was. I am someone who truly cares about customer service and I believe the new generations have forgotten the necessity of good customer service. I pull in and a snarky child walks up to my car and says 'What do you want" I stopped her and said well, Hello I am doing great thank you so much for asking, how are you? She looked taken back and answered my question. What I would like to know is why? I was not greeted appropriately? Does the management here not train their employees correctly... After all if we as customers did not choose to pull into your establishment you would not have a business. So I suggest you get your shit together and learn how to treat your customers.... Then I go through the drive thru.... Window one! This is what I got, A woman who looked like she just woke up....didnt even tell me my total.....looked at me said NOTHING and waited for my credit card, swiped my credit card handed me my reciept and credit card and said nothing............ \Window two...... He was a REAL treat..... didnt even look at me......handed me my orange juice and my food and said NOTHING!!!!!! After being annoyed with utter disrespect as a consumer i couldnt bite my tongue any longer..... As i was about to pull off I looked at him and said I am sorry can you not talk? He looked at me like i had three heads. I politely told him you work in the customer service industry i suggest you learn to talk. I hope you have a wonderful day and treat the customers behind me better than you treated me...... Due to the blaten lack of customer service I have chosen to never return to any McDonalds after this experience. The corporation is honestly a monopoly and they do not care nor invest in customer service...... They truly are a disgrace to the fast food community and its about time this conglomerate gets a reality check and a face lift.... CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS AND IT IS ENOUGH TO KEEP ME FROM RETURNING! AND SADLY THIS ESTABLISHMENT DID ME IN.... BYE FELICIA read more

This place seems to focus on the drive through rather than their inside customers. There is nothing fast about this location.

I under that it's a McDonald's and everything and can be rude, but this McDonald's takes it to a whole new level. Everytime I come here it's horrible and I've stopped coming. there's been times where I've waited 30+ minutes for food. one time I went up to the window and say "hi can I get a..." and the person was like "can you wait?!" with a whole attitude. I learned in marketing class bad reviews help get the store become better so here I am. Please don't come here read more

Terrible. Waited in line of the drive thru for 30 minutes. Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. Would not recommend 0/10

Why should I take the time to review a fast food restaurant, especially when there are so many other entries to be placed? It's because I've ordered a lot of spicy McChicken's in my time and I feel the need to compose a comparative analysis here on Yelp. No, not really. The spicy McChicken at this McDonald's was actually probably the best I've had. As a McDonald's connosseur, having eaten at stops from California to New York, I felt obligated to let the public know that whoever had crafted my sandwich had unknowingly perfected the perfect chicken to mayonnaise ratio. Too many times I've had globs of mayonnaise slathered onto the buns. Biting into those just made me feel disgusting. The mayonnaise is supposed to be spread lightly, enough to complement the chicken by providing a rather sweet component. Unfortunately, this would have been the perfect sandwich if not for the skimping of lettuce, important in establishing the crunch factor and giving the sandwich some texture. Recommendation: Who can resist a $1 spicy sandwich loaded with protein? read more

Update from OG post with 1 STAR: (2 years after posting original) The restaurant has gone downhill recently. Everytime I go through the drive thru there is something always missing from my order or they messed up my order entirely. More recently, we went through the drive thru and both the 1st window and 2nd window had employees on their cellphone and socializing by just laughing around while working. Please do your job! How hard is it to put food in a bag?! OG post with 4 STARS: I'm a student at Towson University and have been eating here off and on for the past four years of school. Comparing McDonalds here in Towson to other restaurants across the nation I've been to with traveling, this one is better than most! It may have some generally slow and impolite employees most of the time but all-in-all, the restaurant has been recently renovated and cleaned up quite a bit. The service is generally really fast. Something that makes a difference is that most people in this restaurant respect you when your eating. Everyone tends to mind their own business, which makes it nicer to not have to worry about people looking and staring at you. This restaurant should have four stars but I labeled it with three due to the employees that work here. They are rather slow and take their sweet time with a lot of their tasks, including serving you. Other than that, it's a great collegetown McDonalds. read more

At 1130 pm they closed the drive thru and tell people to come in. The doning area is filthy the beverage bar a disaster no napkins. Seems to be enough employees. Young manager clueless not helping and oblivious to the world. McD corp should come by this store. Eat elsewhere. read more

If I could not leave a star that would be fucking perfect. But this is the slowest McDonald's ever. Food is always cold and their staff is horrible. I am tired of continuously keep coming to this location and on numerous of occasions and this place is either closed early or their curbside pickup take about 45 minutes to get your order. This is completely unacceptable and this location needs new management. Is someone agrees with be PLEASE SEND HELP ! THEY NEED IT!!!! read more

This place is awful, i went to the drive through with no answer for 5 minutes. i said hello? and someone rudely replied "hold on!" so i waited 5 more minutes and no one answered. i drove to the window and the lady looked at me and didn't move. i went inside and as the only one inside, it took 15 minutes. the sprite also was just sparkling water without the syrup. new management is needed badly. Don't go here read more

HORRIBLE, this McDonald's had me in line at the drive thru for over an hour, for them to literally make the food as I was at the window. AND some how my food managed to still be cold. And even at the mic to order I said hello three times and they had me sitting there in silence for like 7 minutes and no one responded. read more

I can count the amount of bad reviews I left on ANY restaurant ever one 1 finger. If you were to take out all of the salt in the ocean that makes up 75% of the earths surface the hash browns would still be more salty. The chicken sandwich in which I received was as stale, hard, and dry as the box of a 204 year old woman. I think if I could and would eat a strippers butthole it would taste like a heavenly dessert compared to what I ate this morning. I am petrified read more

Extremely busy in the morning. Cars line the building and street. I go to this one often. This is a very busy spot, probably the busiest McD in the region. Very nice staff and managers are always on top of things. If things go wrong they'll make it right! Ms Grace takes care of business the right way, she's been there for DECADES, the best !! Always delicious food and courteous service. read more

Closes drive thru when speaker works. Not sure how this makes any sense. Not fast food when there is a mob of 20 people inside. Its less organized and not nearly as quick to function this way. Idiots. read more

While the person taking orders was masked, her bad attitude was not. We arrived to McDonald's and waited very close to oncoming traffic due to the line. When it was finally our turn to order the very popular "travi patty", the lady taking orders walked away from our car without any warning. She proceed to take the order of the person behind us as we were heckled through the speaker by another worker. I came for a meal to ease my hunger but instead I was given a birthday gift I didn't even ask for, a harsh attitude. read more

there seems to be no real incentive to get food out in a timely manner. fries are usually soggy and often taste like they were cooked with the nuggets/in old grease. supposedly open 24 hrs, but employees will claim over the speaker that they are closed, at decently busy times of night (9-11 pm). overall a frustrating experience most times read more

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's branch I've ever been in. I ordered on the touch screen around 11:07pm and got a simple snack size oreo McFlurry. The screen asked if I was dining in or taking out so I selected dining in. The screen then asked me to put in a number for the next available table marker so I typed in 53 and took a seat with my friends after they had done the same as me. I did not receive a receipt from the machine from which I placed my order in. After 20 minutes, I became worried about my order considering it was not busy and it was a small order. My friend Emma went up to ask about the orders and they started by rolling their eyes at her after she had waited 10 minutes in line. The employee said, "We called your number so we threw it out because you did not come up to get it." Let's refresh. My friends and I did not receive a RECEIPT to know the number that they were supposedly calling out. When we explained to them that we thought they would bring them out to us because we were asked to type in the table marker number, they told us that they do not bring food out after 8pm. How are we supposed to know that? Who gave them the right to belittle us in public like this? After this, they continued to complain that they are "just trying to clock out" while still avoiding the fact that my friends and I STILL do not have our snack size McFlurries. When they finally decided to make our flurries, they made 2 M&M and 1 Oreo, when we had just told them we ordered 2 Oreo and 1 M&M. I understand this is a fast food restaurant and I should not expect much but come on, it is supposed to be fast isn't it???????? p.s. there was a dead fly on the table. Goodbye. read more

Why would I give a McDonalds four stars? Basically because this location has a really friendly morning staff. So seldom will I actually eat McDonalds, but when I do, it's usually here. My order comes out within minutes and again, really nice and competent people work here. read more

This McDonalds was so much better. They were quick and fast. However I ordered a milkshake and they were out so they gave me a Large frap instead. The Customer service was great too. I may go to McDonalds again? and I may just stick to healthier options. read more

Don not go here late at night. Management is an absolute joke. I really don't expect anything from mcd's employees but who looked to be the manager wearing the red shirt needs a reality check. I asked about when they'll have mozzarella sticks and this lady was howling from across the room towards the drive-thru window in some sort of disbelief telling me to go to burger king - pretty sure I heard her say "we don't have that shit". What a ridiculously unprofessional person. Food was hot but it took at least 10 minutes and they act like they are performing a service giving It to you. First time I had fast food in months, certainly will not ever go back to this ****hole. read more

Went through the drive through during what was an "off-peak" dining time. It took 10 minutes from the time I placed my order at the intercom until I reached the payment window at 2:10pm. Was told at the food pick up window after receiving only my soda that the rest of my order was not yet ready and was asked to pull into one of the reserved parking spots to wait for it. Three different employees came out to my vehicle with other people's orders. After the third, and waiting nearly 20 minutes since paying, I was finally brought the correct food, but incorrect sauce. Another employee brought me the sauce with an attitude. I left and then opened the bag to find the food was ice cold! It was probably sitting there ready the entire time! I will never return to this location... read more

lady was rude to me when my friend and i were ordering. the store is disorganized and dirty and no one is running the drive through. giving this place two stars because their ice cream machine isn't broken. read more

I would give 0 stars but it doesn't seem like thats an option after asking for help with my order after not receiving a receipt i got zero response and the lady at the counter after finally realizing i existed just completely disregarded my questions with no help even though i could see my order sitting on the counter and pointing that out to her. In short... this location made me not want to go to Towson University. read more

By far the worst place to get customer service. More than one occasion has our order been incorrect, we'd always wait 30 minutes just to get our food, and just tonight had dictated our decision to never eat at this particular McDonalds again. My friend and I paid for 2 LARGE meals, and walked out with 2 medium fries. We just wanted what we paid for. So imagine our surprise when we spoke to the manager to correct our order, they were unwilling to correct it until we "returned their medium fries." The manager thought giving us 1 large fries will compensate for their mistake, but, like I said, WE WANT WHAT WE PAID FOR. Our prayers to whoever got our hand-me-down fries, and it blows my mind how they think it'll "save them money" to return fries, but whatever helps your business LMAO. Never thought I would ever need to write a review for a McDonalds of all things, but the experiences at this particular establishment have been extremely disappointing and extremely frustrating. Good luck LMAO you're gonna need it. read more

Ordered two sausage McMuffin sandwiches at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. They tasted like they were made at 8 o'clock in the morning. If they're going to do breakfast 24 seven then they need to make breakfast fresh. They also need to do this with their other sandwiches. read more

ORDERED a large Mocha Frappe it was all watered down. Service is not good at this Mc Donlands

Solid, clean McD. Had any drink for a buck and 49/99 cent for plain/dipped soft serve cones...

Milkshake! Can be very busy between 12 & 1 with lunch crowd from local businesses.

The worst ever McDonalds McFlurry never gets shaken in their machines and the Oreos just left on top, drinks are disgusting and today I got an orange juice had to wait 10 minutes for it because they didn't have it and then I asked them if they had them in bottles and they did so I parked outside and waited another 10 minutes then when I got it it was warm and the guy forgot the straw read more

Let me just say that Uber eats is unreliable. But DeShawn the awesome McDonald's worker is not. Our Uber waited 45 mins to tell us they couldn't pick up our order, so when we made the trek in the rain to go pick up our food it was surprisingly not there. DeShawn quickly put together our order and got it to us ASAP. This is the type of customer service every establishment needs. He needs a raise and definitely high fives all around. Thanks again! read more

Worst McDonald's ever! Asked for a quarter pound hamburger at the drive thru and was told only had quarter pound cheeseburgers. Told the girl to go to the second screen. Was told they only have cheeseburgers and cheeseburgers with bacon. Told her again to go to second screen. Went through this several times. Someone else came to the speaker and also had troubles. Finally found the quarter pound hamburger on the second screen. At the window I told the young lady that she shouldn't continue arguing with the customer. She had an attitude so I asked for the manager. Had to ask twice. Manager came. I explained the problem. Young lady stood behind the manager and called me a "BITCH' and gave me the FINGER. I got upset and told the manager and she asked the young lady to go away. The young lady stood further back staring at me the entire time. I got a second manager ( dressed like an employee) and asked for the young lady's name (no one wore name tags). The young lady told me her name and even spelled it out for me. I was then asked if I wanted my food. I took it but it ended up in the trash. The final insult? I have waited almost 2 weeks for a reply from the "Hot LIne" for a response. read more

A clean, friendly, and modern McDonald's. I've made several trips to this McDonald's for years now. Even before the renovation it was still nice and clean and even the decor then looked fairly new. Now that the 2018 renovation is complete, it is even better. They added 4 large screens to order on, which is especially if the cash register has a line. It also allows for easy customization of your meal and getting a more compete picture of what they offer. The staff is wonderful. The ones I have interacted with are all kind and happy to assist in getting your meal as efficiently as possible. I observed the Manager on duty was effectively leading the team, taking orders during a busy dinner hour, and making sure orders got to customers timely. Later on, after the rush, I saw her putting fresh flowers into the vases in the dining room and I stopped to tell her that I loved the new restaurant and the screens and the McDonald's experience just improved all the more for me. She told me her name was Tanga and I left feeling happy this was my neighborhood McDonald's. Thank you Tanga and the team for a great experience time and time again. read more

I stopped in to get my son a sundae after a doctors appointment. While waiting in line, I witnessed an interaction between a customer and who I'm assuming was the manager, a short-haired African American woman. The customer was complaining at length and being pretty unpleasant but the manager never lost her cool. She was kind, polite, and professional to the customer and even redid the order twice when the customer continued to complain. After this ordeal, she then turned to us with a smile and asked how our day was going. I don't associate fast food with great customer service but this manager deserves a shoutout. She's setting a great example for her employees... and everyone else! read more
