The sprouts were nicely roasted with a balanced tender but not mushy texture and simple salt and pepper seasoning. The burrito was absolutely elevated by the mole sauce, which was one of the best that I've tasted in a while. Rich, evolving, with a slow subtle spice. The burrito filling left a little to be desired--the cauliflower paired well with the potato, but I got barely any beans or salsa. Overall, hard to measure up to its sibling Clavel, but Nana seems to be holding its own as a tasty more casual offshoot that I'd happily revisit.

I think Nanas is in a good location to offer great tacos in the county area, and I'd love to frequent more often, but I'm still on the fence about the food. I do plan on going back to try one of their hot dogs because they sound pretty tasty.
