This QDOBA location is awesome! The staff is really nice. They were helpful when I went there for the first time. They give you generous portions of ingredients and everything is seasoned super well. The meat is marinated really well and it's not dry at all, I especially like the adobo chicken. I like that all the toppings are free and don't cost extra, including the guacamole and queso. You really get good bang for your buck here. I ordered online a few times and they are accurate and still give you generous portions. They are quick and the restaurant is clean. read more

After the experience I had in Timonium, this location was a breath of fresh air. I can't say the place was spotless. It could have used a good sweep and mop. But the tables were all cleared and looked clean enough. Also, it was nice and spacious and not cluttered with boxes like the Timonium location. The girls there were friendly, happy and efficient. When there was someone at the counter they were there ready to work. Then in between customers they laughed and had a good time. Some people may frown on this because there were other things they could be doing. But I for one was happy to hear employees enjoying their job and one another's company. I've been to this location quite a few Thursdays in the last few months. I feel like this location is better than a lot of other Qdobas and is obviously superior to Chipotle. With that being said, there is some room for improvement. The area where the food is behind the counter could be cleaner. The cheese/salsa has had containers dropped in it and left without being removed. The food isn't always hot, which could definitely use some improvement. Otherwise it's a pretty good place to get a quick eat that is pretty healthy and good. read more

If I could this this place 10 stars I would. This was my first time at Qdoba and you can imagine my surprise when I didn't have to pay extra for queso and guacamole, like what!!!! So obviously I'm thinking if you don't have extra if can't be good. Boy was I wrong! The queso was 2 times better than chipotle. The pickled onions were so good. The portions were enough for 2 meal. Went here because l was craving nachos and didn't want to pay for delivery. At first I was happy that they offered curbside pick up and I will say the man who gave me the food was very friendly and greeted me by name. Now on to the food... gross. My husbands burrito was 90% rice he counted 4 pieces of meat in the whole thing. My "nachos" were basically a huge bowl of queso with lettuce on top. There was no texture just mush with maybe 3 piece of chicken you would surprisingly bit into.. I don't know if they forgot my sour cream and guacamole or if it just melted into the queso mess ‍. I ended up taking the chips (which were overly salted) and make nachos on my own so $30 in the garbage. Never getting food from here again read more

I wish they would really put an effort in . When we get food to go and order online it's never ready, it's a surprise when it is accurate. We don't order anything super complicated and the details are printed on the receipt. Today I ordered a craft 2 , my burrito bowl was missing guacamole and peppers but my salad was horrible! There was no dressing, no black bean mix and there was an absolute puddle of liquid at the bottom, it looked and tasted more like soup! I like qdoba, I like their selection and that their food is fresh , however this location is always letting me down . Every so often there's a really good order that ropes me back into thinking things have changed and that the quality is back to qdoba standards that I love so much. This is definitely more than someone having an off day or that it was crowded, no one was in line when the order was picked up . The guy that printed it out looked like the manager and handed it off to a girl to make the order . I just don't understand why they have a pick up time online if when you arrive you still have to wait for it to be made , I'm not sure if there's a system glitch between the website and the store receiving it or what the issue is. Man oh man. I have been a die hard QDOBA fan since they surfaced in MD. Being that there's none local to me anymore. I visit the first one I see any chance I get. Sadly, this location totally disappointed. Without salsa I would not have been able to notice any flavor in the food. Upon entering no one greeted us. The two male employees behind the counter, finished their conversation before addressing us. They were very friendly once we had their attention. After we sat. They went back to chatting. The girl working tonight on 8/14 @ 745pm was so careless with our food, she didn't close the containers and my boyfriends food slipped all over the bag and his tacos were mushy and we had to scoop up the meat and cheese out the bag when we got home. I thought I would try Qdoba since I haven't eaten there in a while. Boy was I disappointed. The chicken bowl was not appetizing. The lettuce was turning brown on the edges, the guacamole was brown and didn't taste right, it was cold (even though I did carry out but wasn't 5 minutes away), and they didn't have the drink I ordered. When I got there the lady behind the counter offered me other drinks but all options were soda or water. Spent a lot of money on a lunch that I didn't even finish. Preferred over Chipotle. Fresher ingredients, tons of extras without the extra charges, slightly cheaper, less salty, less of a rushed feel. See I dunno what the other yelpers on this place's review thread were doing but I made out like a fat rat on my visit to Qdoba. They (and you) can feel free to hit me up for tips on how to make the best of a situation when you're a fat girl with a skinny wallet LOL This location is set off near a business park across the street from an Applebees so there isn't much traffic on this side of the street. The store itself was brightly lit and clean. Customer service was great as well and the food preparers fielded my questions with kindness & even made suggestions on cheap meal options...although they were unaware that I was already *in my Rakim voice* Thinking of a master plan...cuz wasn't nothing but a 10 inside my hand =) Anyway, they have a "Craft 2" deal where you can get two choices out of a wide selection of options (2 tacos, naked taco salad, tortilla soup, nachos, naked burrito, etc) and you get this deal for only $6.39! And what also rocks is that these options all come with your choice of steak or chicken at no additional charge so it beats out the price differential you see with the individual menu items. Then it was a Monday so that means you can get a kids meal for just 99cents extra, so what did my fatness do? Why I got me a kid's nachos and small soda for a dollar extra! So total price for 2 chicken soft tacos, loaded chicken nachos, chicken quesadilla & a small sprite? $8.46! And hungry as I was (I started on the nachos before I buckled my seat belt), I was too full to eat the quesadilla. So guess what will be co-starring as my lunch item today, yepyep! Sometimes restaurants provide you with meals. Sometimes they make you wish you were dead. I went here with my children last Wednesday since they had off for Thanksgiving. I had heard that every Wednesday this Qdoba provides a half-price entree for students, so I figured I would get my children a cheap lunch. Priscilla is in first grade and little Baxter just started preschool--any sane person would call them students. They are in school for Pete's sake! Anyway, I peeled the children out of bed at eleven in the morning, all the while their mother was shrieking at me that I hadn't bothered to invite her along. Because I was so desperate to get away from my wife's Thanksgiving stress-tantrum, I threw the kids still in their pajamas into the Plymouth with a pile of clothes, figuring they'd dress themselves while we drove to Towson. Once we had gotten halfway there, Priscilla yelled from the trunk, "Daddy these are your clothes!" That was when I realized that I had pulled the clothes out of MY laundry hamper and not the kids'. After a few quick curses I pulled over to the shoulder of the highway to come up with a plan. Gas is too expensive to turn around and drive back to the house, so I had to make those clothes work. Baxter had wet his bed the night before so pajamas were out of the question. That was when I remembered that I had a few dozen zip ties crammed in the glove box. So with the zip ties, I managed to fashion belts to hold my pants on them and used more to tie the cuffs of my shirts and pants around their wrists and ankles. They looked like they were wearing cotton parachutes, some MC Hammer nightmare, but I had no other choice. Baxter thought the clothes were hilarious but Priscilla said they made her look stupid and threw a tantrum saying she wanted to wear her own clothes. There was nothing to be done. When we arrived at the restaurant, she was still screaming and crying and no matter how many times I told her she would not be quiet. So we finally got to Qdoba and found it nearly deserted -- just a few groups of office workers and layabouts eating and ordering food. I still couldn't manage to get Priscilla quiet, but I dragged her up to the counter and ordered her some kind of burrito. To their credit, the staff honored Baxter's order of nothing but "lotsa cheese" for his burrito. When we approached the cash register and I attempted to cash in our well-earned discount I was told that I needed valid student ID to claim my discount. What elementary or preschoolers carry their students IDs on them at all times? After several minutes of heated debate with the cashier, I demanded to see the manager. The manager Peter PLAYED sympathetic with me, but eventually said that it's "really just for Towson University students and the catholic high school across the street that lets its students leave for lunch." Not to be deterred, I assured the manager that it was not over. I was a paying customer with two hungry children who deserved better. So I loaded the kids back in the minivan and drove to the Dollar Tree down the street on Joppa. I bought several cardboard placcards and sharpies and some makeshift sticks, duck tape and glue and made signs saying "QDOBA LIES" in an attempt to stage a boycott. By now the kids were getting pretty cranky so I bought them some doritos and mountain dew to hold them over. Priscilla spilled an obscene amount of the two-liter bottle I bought her all over my clothes which turned her from a court jester in baggy clothes into some aquatic horror. With our new made signs we drove back to Qdoba and camped out by their front door. Others must have been angry too because almost nobody went in. I paced back and forth in silent protest outside the door. I tried to get the kids to join in, but Priscilla wouldn't stop whimpering about being cold and wet and Baxter just wanted to climb all over the patio furniture. After about 45 minutes the manager came out and warned us that he would "have the law eject us from the premises" if we refused to move. I thought I was calling their bluff, but I was mistaken... THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON US! FOR PRACTICING OUR FIRST AMMENDMENT RIGHTS! I will not go into detail about how rude Officer Grunwald was or how he made my children cry or how my rights were obstructed. Instead I will just leave everyone knowing that because Qdoba DOES NOT HONOR THEIR OWN PROMOTIONS that two CHILDREN went without lunch the day before thanksgiving! read more
