I also avoid meat on doctor's orders. But I run marathons and other races. I then stop at a McDonald's for a double fish sandwich. That reminds me of childhood. I wish they still made those fried apple pies. I've been using the smartphone app since it came out. But it has been hit and miss. I'd estimate a quarter of the franchises don't have the order ready. There is a delay and confusion. Here, they had my name and I went through lickety-split. I believe what has happened is better training. The computer program is perfect. The failure is on the human side. It is what they call PEBKAC. With more folks using the app, the staff likely have improved in the workflow.

I visited the restaurant to pick up dinner to take back to my nearby hotel room on a Saturday evening. First, know before you go that the specialty is chicken fingers so there aren't many other food options (maybe a chicken sandwich unless I missed something -- no salads that I saw). The food was decent but nothing I would crave. I stopped in because it was very convenient. I would possibly stop in if back in this area and pressed for time.

The fries were good but taste even better when they ate pipping hot!! I loved the Kane sauce! They need to sell that separately like chic fil a do in grocery stores. The main reason I gave this place 4 starts is because of the luck of diversity within their menu. All they have is chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw and a chicken tender sandwich. Not many options. Being a chicken place, I am surprised they don't have traditional wings or more side orders to choose from. Also it's was really crowded in a Thursday evening and only 1 person working the register (but they do have a kid if you want to self serve your order). I gave this

I was given a card my first visit to Shah's when I ordered the chapli chicken platter, a bowl with ground chicken patties with spices, and included a few pakora chips. I didn't know about the promotion, but it fit my plan to try every type of bowl! The bowls are customized at the counter, adding sauteed peppers'n'onions, black beans, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, hummus, chickpeas, etc. I usually keep it simple. They are very generous with their signature white sauce and you might want to ask for less, and the green sauce is tasty too. The pakora chips are very good, I recommend anyone skip the french fries this time to try them instead. I wasn't a fan of the pita, thick and without much flavor. The fish had just the right amount of coating and was very good. I'd skip the chicken kofta, it was too dry. Overall, good.
