Taco Bell has been horrible to me. I am so concerned for my wellbeing as well as theirs. I do believe most of their team does indeed need DEEP therapy. I walk in one lovely Sunday wanting a taco as one would. I was so scared. What I saw was.. top notch terrifying. All the workers were just staring.. can they blink.. HELLO?? Absolutely disgusting. Therapy is all I can say they need. Quite concerned for their eyes tho. Maybe they need eyedrops or something idk.. but very weird. I've also witnessed a lot of weird behaviors coming from they team. If sonic the hedgehog decided to purchase a Taco Bell location, I wouldn't be surprised if it was this one. One word: FAST! I mean I've been here and waited when there's a line but that is in fact, how a line works. There were a lot of people wishing for a taco. However, when there is no line, it is in fact like sonic the hedgehog himself is hand crafting each individual piece of my Taco Bell order down to the fact that each bag is filled thickly, each nacho cheese jar is cheesed to the max. I love having somewhere like Taco Bell to go to at midnight and being treated with great customer service. Marcos R. was super friendly and I didn't feel half as bad eating 2 tacos in the middle of the night. (It's my go to for that midnight cravings!) This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to hahahaha We went through the drive through and then were told to park and wait for our food - the parking lot was completely full of drive through customers waiting for their food and stuck back in the back of the drive through line because of nowhere to go. We had to go inside to look for our food, where there was a line of about 10 people and no cashiers. Unbelievable. Still no one has come outside to bring food to any of the ten+ cars that came out since we ordered. The parking lot is hazardous and pure chaos. Have seen multiple people from drive through walk in looking for their food to no avail. Never coming here again. Edit: when I finally got our food, I felt bad for the woman who was put in charge of bringing orders to the cars. It turns out that the women taking orders at the window was not writing names or order numbers on the receipts - either way, there was no system at all for getting people their food and the whole place was full of people from the drive through who had to go into the store. I will first off by saying, I LOVE Taco Bell and I love the food (I go at least weekly). However, I am beyond fed up with this location. The service fluctuates so often- with quality of the food and the execution of the order. More often than not, my order is incorrect. It is so frustrating to take my to-go meal home and find out it is wrong. I am a vegetarian and ask for "bean", not beef. Yet I come home with beef way too often. The last three times this location has done this. I am so over the poor service at this location. read more

We have visited this Taco Bell twice and they are always quick and efficient. It's clean inside the dining area and bathrooms. The staff are friendly. The food is good as usual. They have quite a few tables. It looks like it's a great stop for regulars on their breaks. The parking lot is an okay sized lot, it's easy to turn into on the main side but if you're in the other lanes you do have to wait a bit for traffic to go by. Overall it's a good representation of the business. They had a table with applications available as well if anyone is looking for a job. read more

Every time I come here, it's always an issue; they are either messing up my order or poor customer service. The most frustrating time is when they over charged me and didn't realized it until I got home. I ordered a box for $5 and when I check my bank account, I noticed there was a charge for $14.50. I tried calling them that same night and no answer. So not only they over charge me the wrong items, I can't even get a hold of someone there or able to speak with a manager. I only ever go through the drive thru, I've maybe eaten inside once or twice, but the employees that work the window are always some of the most customer service-oriented that I've ever seen at a fast food chain! Seriously, even with Chick-fil-A and their "my pleasures," this Taco Bell is the best. I usually only come here in the evenings, most times after a long day serving customers myself... But having been the manager of a restaurant, I'm always completely impressed every single time I go here (shout out to Brianna, my favorite by far)! This is the best Taco Bell I have been to by far. I usually always go through the drive thru and it is always the best service! The line moves fast and my orders are always correct. I even stopped checking the bag before I pull off! I trust these Taco Bell employees more than some of my own family members! Heck, sometimes I even forget where I'm at because I feel like I'm at Chick-fil-a! The drive thru workers are always enthusiastic about serving customers. I came here after a night out right before closing and I thought for sure the workers would be frustrated because they would be trying to clean up for closing.. nope! The employee took my order with enthusiasm and had a smile! I got my order quick, was in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes! I so appreciate this Taco Bell and it's employees! I've been here a few tims now and have started noticing some trends. The food here is always fresh and hot off the grill - press. You can always tell you haven't been served old food. The staff takes their time to take your order if you order in the restaurant, the front counter is frequently left unattended. Food comes out very very slow. If you get your food in under 10 minutes, it's your lucky day. The last time I went they forgot to START making the food and I left after nearly 20 minutes. Despite the lack of speed, you won't have to worry about bad food, it's very clean. read more
