Birria Tacos

Amazing birria tacos! The meat is so tender and well seasoned. The sauce is delicious, and I loved how they have the classic birria "drip" but they weren't OVERLY messy, if that makes sense lol. The rice and horchata were also amazing. 10/10, highly recommend!

Taco truck in pleasant plains shopping center in towson. Food is phenomenal and prices are reasonable. I spent less than $20 on 2 tacos (1 lengua, 1 chorizo.), an elote, and a LARGE tamarindo. The gentleman who works there is also very kind and the wait is about 10 minutes so its still quick but you also know it's nice and fresh! Not gonna lie, I wasnt gonna get the elote today but Im glad I did... I should have gotten two!

If you're looking for authentic Mexican tacos, this is your place to go. I love their birria tacos and their steak tacos are delicious. The cost is very affordable and not super expensive.!

The food is still delicious as ever. But the service is still pretty slow for a food truck. They were somewhat annoying as 3 people ordered after me and they all got their food before me. Also $13.70 for 3 street tacos???? I'm convinced they change the price based on who's ordering because they blanked out all the prices on the menu, and there's no way they charge everyone this much for 3 tiny street tacos. RIP OFF!!! This shouldn't EVER be more than 3.50 per street taco. The food is authentic and delicious, but overpriced and very slow, and I think the operators charge different people more unfairly and prioritize certain people's service. I'd like for that to change!

So last night we decided to order out and decided to try this food from this food truck. Call us lazy, but we were tired and could've easily either drove or walked to the truck... that is how close we are to their location. Now this truck has been around our area for over several months and have seen a lot people lining up for food. The first time me and my neighbor stopped at the truck, they advised they had to shut down early due to a mechanical issue with the truck and could not serve us any food. Hubby had the California taco special and I had 3 tacos( chicken, pulled pork and steak). Inside the container you get some spicy sauce, a lime wedge and sliced radishes. I was surprised how those 3 tacos filled me up. Now the flavors were banging, and I did experiment with the sauce, which had a big kick to it! The pulled pork was very favorable and might be my favorite over both the steak and chicken. Hubby didn't let me get a bite of his tacos, but I did manage to sneak a piece. Yum yum! So if you are in the Parkville are, I highly recommend stopping by. I see why people love this spot. Bye bye to the name brand Mexican food spots.

Californian Valley Girl Approved No words. Just eat. As a southern Cali girl and West Indian, this is the closest authentic Mexican food I have had on the east coast. I wish they had some horchata the day I was there but I'll be back. Service was quick!

Service was quick and the lady serving me was nice. However the cost to quality didn't make sense to me. Their prices were not listed on the truck, I asked how much their birria tacos were and it was $16.50 for 3 which is $1.50 above average for the area I get my birria tacos and one of my sauces was literally wrapped up tightly in a bag. I gave the food a chance because I was hungry and it was good but NOT at that price point and birria is hard to mess up

Nachos

Enjoyed this taco truck! The nacho covered in chicken and cheese and other stuff hit the spot, and were more than enough for a meal. And for the price? Heck yeah. I ordered and sat in the AC in my car while waiting. Staff was friendly.

I've found myself craving the California tacos here! The flavor is epic and that combo of Birria and cheese have become my go to when I have a taco itch to scratch. Many of the things that were a turnoff in my initial visit/review have improved. The trucks signage has a refresh, so the menu and pics are clear and updated. Packaging is decent they do improvise when necessary but overall service is fast and always with a smile.

Great tacos! The pastor and lengua were really delicious! No other places in the area have this amazing flavor! They just got a new loyal customer!!

Some folks people watch. I food watch. I've noticed this food truck close to my neighborhood since last summer. First, I was shocked to see them set up in the shopping center parking lot. Especially, since there are brick & mortar food establishments at the center. I thought they were going to get shut down with the quickness. Welp, I began noticing a few customers. Then more customers. Then one day I noticed TWO trucks. My food tasting senses started to ignite. I decided to stop by. Purchased the chorizo burrito and chicken nachos for about $21 Let me say I felt like I was transported back to the ancient times of making authentic food with the nachos. The chips were crisp. It had this hint of lime. I typically hate refrained beans, but somehow these were delicious. There is an abundance of chicken. The only thing I would change is by adding more shredded cheese. I ate until I was stuffed. Took a nap and went back for another feeding. That's how much was in the box. My daughter had the burrito. She forgot to tell them no tomato & lettuce (since she doesn't like either), but she ate every single drop. Both items came with two sauces. Let me warn you now, don't stick your tongue in it sauce, if you're not used to spice. Once sauce is hotter than the other. However, the food was flavorful without them. We planned to go back, but decided against it for the time being, because that food coma was no joke. JK, I'm going back tomorrow.

Their Taco's California is delicious. They're basically birria tacos. I got to chat with the owner and he came across as a really good dude.

These tacos were not good. I paid $15 for three tiny tortillas with some dry tasteless chicken. Very unhappy.

The owner should really consider adding a window filter. We ordered the steak fajitas and the pork burrito. To our surprise, the meat was high quality and very delicious. However, the rice was disappointing--very dry. The pork burrito didn't come with black beans, so I had to order them on the side. It's odd that they don't include them with the burrito. The black beans also weren't blended, so they came out chunky. The service was top‑notch, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. The restroom was very clean but extremely cold due to the lack of heating--I can't imagine how customers tolerate the freezing toilet seats. Overall, we enjoyed our date.
