We went to a different location this time and I was impressed with the friendly staff and the quick service. I was a bit confused about their prices and the young man ((Devon-hopefully I spelled it right) took the time to explain the difference between them too me. He was extremely patient and friendly. 5/5. The inside seating area was clean, but I didn't stay since we were getting ours to go. I'd give the cleanliness of location 4/5 Parking is somewhat tricky if that part of the strip mall is busy. They do have handicap parking! Kudos 4/5. I will definitely be going back to this location -Whitagain for a burger and fries! Definitely recommend.

Quick service with a great attitude! Thanks to the crew at Five Guys in Cockeysville!

Thanks for the quick service and great attitude. Much appreciated. Thanks Five Guys Cockeysvile! Now it time to eat! Cheeseburger All the way!

We come in once every week or 2, we tip, we're always nice and respectful. The crew wasn't even that busy tonight. There was one customer ahead of me, then halfway through my food being made, a different customer came in. With one dine in table that was already eating their meals. And 3 crew members, which seems to be the norm, even on busier days. As a matter of fact, a 4th employee was just leaving for the night as I walked in, too. So there's really no excuse. We always ask for the fries to just be cooked a little extra longer to make them crispy. So when I ordered from the girl at the register, I requested them to be extra crisper than normal. I noticed she didn't relay the message to the tall guy who was cooking, and that seemed to be in charge, nor was it noted on the register or my receipt. So when the tall guy handed the food off to the customer ahead of me, I reminded and asked again. The guy was seemingly annoyed and answered me in a mocking tone that "they got me." Yeah, they got me alright. Not only were the fries not extra crispy, some were half cooked and half raw still. Honestly, it wouldn't have been that big of a problem cause we could pop em back in the oven, but they were way over salted. Sometimes, you come across a fry that's under cooked or over salted, but this entire batch was this way. Is it ignorance? Incompetence? Or just laziness? I'm gonna guess all 3. It doesn't even take extra effort to just leave them in an extra few minutes. But to undercook and over salt is just messed up. So tonight is our last time giving this spot our repeat business. There's another Five Guys Burgers that's 4 miles down York Rd with free and easy parking that is heading towards Towson with much better reviews. Tame the extra few minutes and go there instead. Order #88 on 9/20/2023.

    I didn't get my food until 3:15pm.

Normally this place is fine. but the new crew is the worst. They left my burgers on the counter for 20 minutes. The one girl with the septum piercing shouldn't be in this business since she's slower then molasses, ITS FAST FOOD. meant to be fast, not watching my food get cold while she finally drops fries after my foods been sitting there for 20 minutes. It will be a while before I ever try this Five Guys again.

    Little Bacon Cheeseburger
    Ryen E.

One of my favorite burgers and fries. Everyone is friendly and ordering is easy to customize toppings. Food is cooked to order and so fresh. My go to is the little bacon cheeseburger with lettuce green peppers and jalapeños with a small order of fries. There is always more fries in the bag than you realize it's delicious.

This was supposed to be a GRILLED CHEESE
    Kay M.

Wish I could give this place a 0. My husband went here to get me a grilled cheese (7 months preggo over here) and he came home with just two buns with pieces of bacon on it. He paid 6 dollars for this ? I called to let them know the manager hung up on me. Don't go to this joke of an establishment.

Time due for pick up and time of refund - NO FOOD!

Typical fast food restaurant. Service, food, and cost are all what you would expect. My go to there is always the Cajun Fries.

We usually call in the order, get in the car and by the time we get there, the food is ready. You can eat at the picnic table out front, or in your car. Sometimes we wait until we get back home. You've probably blown by Church Road a thousand times. Go west, one block. Charcoal Deli is on the right. And there's a hispanic grocery store right there in case you need to pick up a few things. Here's a picture all dressed up for Summer with the awnings and umbrellas.

I got a pit turkey for lunch the next day! Same concept, very great tasting turkey, but a little too much roll. The Pit chicken my wife had gotten had a delicious taste to it. The fries come a plenty! A little salty, but fresh cut! The location was convenient right off the main drag near Cockeysville. Service was great! They messed up the order, but we're quick to fix everything and gave a little extra fries for the mishap! The location itself was unique. Baseball cards were plexy glassed into the counter. We went at night time, unsure if there was seating or not. We got ours to go. Quick little to go counter worked well.

We were able to find a table to eat in. The dining area is cozy with a fireplace and shelves full of stoneware, bowls, and other kitchenwares for purchase. We ordered the cheeseburger, hot chicken sandwich and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly with the in-house made burger sauce. My husband lived the thigh chicken meat buffalo sandwich. The buffalo chicken was not overly spicy but provided a nice heat. Fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. On our way out we bought an American Waygu Denver steak, tallow, and lard which we cannot find at our local butcher. The steak cooked nicely in our cast iron but it was not a buttery or melt in your mouth as Japanese A5. I also recommend stopping by the coffee shop for a cup and pastries. The brown butter chocolate chip cookies was soft and delicious. The brownie was rich and decadent

It had a great bun and a delicious burger sauce. Definitely a smash burger style. Fries were a little soggy for my taste but still good. The menu is small with only about 3 other sandwiches, I think this burger is the main reason to come! The store itself is small but has a few craft food items like smaller batch chips, chocolates, assorted ingredients, and of course, a butchery. There's a few tables inside in the back and outside as well. Note that while they do sell beer and wine, they cannot on Sundays. This place is worth a stop!!

Thankfully, we didn't have a long wait at all (for 2 people). Selections: 1) Large lemonades - Generous size and nice flavor. My buddy had a flavored lemonade and mentioned it didn't have much of the other flavor. Otherwise, they were decent lemonades. 2) As a native NYer, I love a messy burger. These were not that. They were neatly layered and the condiments used, yielded minimal flavor. These burgers required some doctoring up. 2a) The Bean: Vegetarian chipotle black bean burger w/ cheese & bacon w/ blue cheese, pickles, red onions, caramelized onions, jalapeños, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce. One would think with everything listed here, this would be one juicy veggie burger PACKED w/ flavor. Nope. Not the case. It wasn't a bad burger but it needed a lil more attention. The patty itself was ... DRYYYY *cough cough*. Don't need another black bean burger here. 2b) The Chicken: Crispy (or grilled) w/ cheese, lettuce & tomato. The bestie enjoyed his sandwich. It was a decent size and he enjoyed the flavor profile so... SCORE!!! We also split an other of the Large Tater Tots. It was a generous sizing and did what they needed to do. Nothing bad. Nothing great. Just flavorless tater tots - crispy outside, pillow like inside. They weren't even dusted w/ salt but... I digress. Overall, I can say I've been. For the price paid, I can't say if I'd return. Maybe other locations season/ flavor their dishes a little more. I dunno...

I was recently feeling like a late night burger, typically when most burger spots are closing up. With their late hours and short drive, BB made sense. The place itself is simple and no-frills, just like the menu items. My dining friend had a burger and I opted for the crispy chicken sandwich with a large order of tots to share. The sandwiches were okay- not great not awful. Both required some doctoring up to elevate them lol. The tots, however, were the star of the show- crispy with good flavor. Summed up, you can't go wrong for a decent late night meal at a reasonable price.
