When we were walking in he opened the door for us, he was patient with our order, and while we were eating inside we noticed this gentleman going inside/outside constantly with orders all while having a big smile on his face. He kept himself busy and was very respectful, great manners. I feel like these days workers do the bare minimum but this young gentleman was going above and beyond. There are many options on how to get your food now, post pandemic. They have had the option of drive-thru pickup which has been great. The drive-thru line is super speedy... if you don't get behind someone who doesn't know what they want or they have a van full of 10 people! The food is quintessential Chick-Fil-A. I've had a little bit of everything at this location and haven't been upset about it. I have recently began working over the past year at a new location where we need to cater in some larger quantities of sandwiches and with this location being literally around the corner, they come in handy! Fair prices, good food, and great service. Interior is clean with plenty of seating. Food always comes out fast and fresh in my experience. Parking lot has plenty of packing for people dining in, curbside pick up, and the 2 lane drive through. Only issue with this location would be people recklessly turning in and out of the parking lot onto York Rd. People should be turning onto Industry Ln at the light, and entering/exiting the parking lot from the side entrance, but this is not the fault of the restaurant. They have a huge sign directing people to enter from the other side and added barriers to the drive thru to get people to enter correctly. read more

I was surprised to see how packed the drive through was & they had 2 lanes taking orders with employees coming up to cars with iPads (I think) to expedite the order process and they were directing cars who to merge behind into 1 line. After that line went pretty quick! Got to drive through window and they confirmed my order accurately and promptly gave me my order and change with a pleasant attitude. This used to be my favorite location when I worked in this area. All Chick-fil-A locations are busy but this is super busy. Traffic must be directed during lunchtime. But the people they have working do an awesome job do everything ran smoothly. I had a training in the area so my coworkers and I went as a group of 4. We decided to dine in. 2 of us had a free sandwich on our CFA app so that saved me $4! Can't beat that! Anyway I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe with pepper jack cheese and the white peach tea lemonade which is a summer flavor. It's so good but I hate that the large cups aren't the same size as the normal lemonade. Anyway the lines weren't very long because there were at least 3 lines open which was nice. On my trip to this Chick-fil-A, I got a vanilla milkshake, chocolate milkshake, and a mac and cheese. First off, the mac and cheese was very burnt on top and was unappetizing. The cheese sauce of the mac and cheese was overcooked and tasted so bad I could not finish it. Secondly, both of the milkshakes were not stirred properly and therefore, both had a big thick clump of ice cream at the bottom that was unable to be drank with a straw, so I had to ask for a fork. Overall, I am disappointed as all 3 of these items I have gotten at other Chick-fil-A's and this one did not meet my expectations and ruined my experience. How many horrible things can I say about this place? Well, there is one employee that is in such a rush to talk to his friends that come in constantly, he rushes through your order and is not attentive at all. Another employee does similar. Every time I go through the drive-thru, this guy asks me "IS THAT ALL" several times after I say "No, one second please" while I'm deciding on what else to order. Each time he says it, he gets louder. Somebody should probably duct tape his mouth shut. Let's see, what else... Oh, I once bought a fruit salad that had mold on the grapes. I only go through the drive-thru. I love coming here. The service is always fast, the teller is always nice, and when I pull up to the window they greet me with the biggest smile and ask me how my day is going. Every time I go, they're in there laughing and having a great time. Their energy is infectious and improves my mood after being stuck in rush hour traffic and is a great start to my day if I go in the morning. My food is always ready when I pull up. I only had to "wait" once - I pulled up and my fries weren't done yet, so they apologized and told me to pull up and wait by the door. As soon as the car behind me pulled up to the window, an employee ran out of the door and gave me my bag and apologized again. I wouldn't even count that as waiting! So i did a review 7 months ago, but I have to do another one today.. 9/7/2017 Lately I haven't ate here as much. Not sure what is going on, but the chicken is not as good. It started with a #1 chicken sandwich. The chicken tasted different and it wasn't that thick chicken breast I've had countless times. Then it was the nuggets. Those has some grizzle looking pieces in a couple, so I don't feel as safe just biting into them anymore. Then it was the wraps, and that's where all the difference is. No longer do they have nicely cut strips of chicken, you have these weird tiny pieces. It tasted ok, but not nearly as good, especially for the price. It seems they are either using different chicken for the wraps now, or they ground up some chicken. Today I had the grill chicken, it was awful! Weird pieces all on the sides, even this cold soft piece. Gross! I remember a friend of mine telling me (he worked at Quizno's) that stores can opt for different quality levels of meat. When the store he was in opted for a cheaper quality, he noticed the customers disappear. He had no control over it, as it was the owner's responsibility. I think that's what I am seeing here. It's sad too because they have a prime location. I love Chick fil A, but I don't want bad food. That's what I am getting lately. My suggestion is for this location to address the quality. Trim the chicken if you need to. Last thing, be careful if you are walking in for dine in or carry out. There is no sign for the pedestrians to walk through the Drive thru and drivers constantly park on the cross walk. This location is always busy, and you'll most likely have to park by the hotel. So you have no choice, you have to walk through the drive thru. Just be careful! Sorry but I'm going back to the Hunt Valley location. I received no hash browns but instead a box of 6 chicken nuggets which I did not want. In my other box I received 4 pieces of small bread and only three had a piece of chicken on them.
