Came out within 10 minutes. And I young lady even brought it all the way out to my table. Their iced tea maker was out of service so they allowed me to get a bottle of iced tea with my meal.

You can customize it so I took off the tomatoes and added bacon to mine. The bacon was an additional charge. The combo came with fries and a regular fountain drink. Looks like there was just a father and son inside working this day. It's a small local business. There was only one other person in there waiting when I went. My food was ready pretty quickly. I took it to go. The burger was delicious. Tastes like it was made with fresh ground beef. Fries were natural cut and tasted fresh as well. Excellent meal and I would definitely come back again.

A lot of their customers in the surrounding businesses order ahead and receive a text message when the food is ready. Onboarding onsite is also very simple using their kiosk. Wait time was about 15 to 20 minutes and we will certainly be back. The menu is expansive and the food is high-quality. My suggestion would be to remind staff that while it's important to ask about add-ons, promotions, and other menu items, the delivery matters just as much. I also don't like when they take your order with gloves on. You have to pay close attention and make sure they change them, which should be a rule. Before you take an order discard gloves. Customers can tell when those questions are being asked because they're part of the job versus when they're being asked with genuine enthusiasm and good customer service. A positive attitude and friendly energy can make a big difference in the overall experience, and unfortunately, that seemed to be missing during this visit.

While waiting for my order to be ready I went over to fill my drink I noticed the floor was very slippery. It had been raining off and on all day so maybe that was why. We know they are measured to stop by each table but they do it all the time. Consistency with servers working there a long time makes for good management. We typically like to sit in the bar area. There are some nice booths and it seems to be more quiet than in the main dining room. I know this is a chain restaurant but our experience has been great and we keep going back.
