I will drive out of my way to go to a different McDonald's. Not once have I had a good experience at this location. I had a mobile order and went to the drive thru. They said their system was down and I would need to come inside. I do so, and wait 10 minutes to get help. Finally someone comes and I tell them about my order. The worker takes my order and says they're working on it, and I wait 20 minutes before I walk up to the counter again and wait another five minutes before someone comes to ask me what I need! Come to find out my food had been ready and was sitting on a counter in the back, and no one bothered to bring it up or call my name. The food was cold and I was extremely irritated. Every time I go to this location, the food is always below average. It is always cold and never tastes quite right. The workers are always curt and slow to respond. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The other evening, my wife and I went for a treat, as we do not frequent "fast food". We placed our mobile order at 6:03 pm for in-restaurant pickup. We waited for more than 25 minutes until our meals were handed to us. There were at one point 14 other customers in the front of the store all waiting for their food. There were 6 staff behind the counter, no idea how many in the "kitchen". Needless to say, there were many angry customers and many snarky comments back and forth. I'd say if you want or need McDonalds, perhaps think again. For a similar price, there is a well-run Chick Fil 'A across the street. This store has been bad forever - it needs to change! read more

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the county. My order is consistently incorrect. During my last "attempt" at redemption, they never brought my mobile order to my car. After 15 minutes, I realized they weren't coming so I had to get out and bring my daughter into the store with me to retrieve my meals, which were sitting on the counter, now cold, waiting for someone to bring it outside. I waited for the cashier or anyone working the back area to greet me or at least tell me they would be right with me but no. I along with a few other customers had to wait until someone acknowledged us which did not happen so we essentially had to flag the cashier down to check in about our food. At that point I just grabbed my bag which clearly had my name on it and left the store. When I got outside I realize that the order was wrong, so I unfortunately had to go back into the restaurant. It took another 5 to 10 minutes to get acknowledged, and have them correct my order. Ultimately it was still wrong, but I was so frustrated I left with the food they gave me. I will gladly drive 15 to 20 minutes to the next closest McDonald's for all future trips because it is insane how lazy and incompetent the staff are. Do better. read more

This was the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had to date. I ordered a McDouble, french fries, and chicken nuggets. Firstly, I received no sauce for the nuggets. I thought this would be the only issue I would have. I was so wrong. The food was freezing cold after I waited quite a long time for the order. There was absolutely no condiments or toppings on the McDouble, (I ordered it the regular way) and the cheese was completely unmelted. The bread was so stiff. On 10/15 I visited the dining room with the intent of purchasing a gift card for Boss's Day. I stood at the counter several minutes without being acknowledged. I had to address the employee. I asked if they had gift cards? She turned to the manager who said they did not. I could try Newton, which is a franchise, they were Corporate. I'm not sure why that would be important to me. Well hello my carnal cravings...... So I don't eat fast food often but today was a rough day at work and I didn't feel like cooking. The recently just rebuilt this location and I must say that I just went thru drive thru but they have done an awesome job. They have created the new two lane order system to make things flow much quicker and the individuals taking the order, money and handing out the orders were so polite and friendly. I will definitely be back when I am having another fast food attack.My filet of fish was made almost commercial quality like and the fries were hot and salted perfect. FINALLY they rebuilt it with separate entrance in and exit lanes for turning left or right. This was a huge problem with the old McD's and hindered the flow of traffic coming in and out. That was the smartest thing they have done with the rebuild. On my next visit I may take a stroll inside to see what the new digs look like. read more

Went to this McDonald's and first things first I think it would be good etiquette to repeat the Order before people pay for it right? That didn't happen in this case but since we had 3 ice creams , a sundae, and a code for FREE fries the about $5 seemed reasonable. Paid and pulled up to find that they were giving us the wrong stuff and thus we paid for the wrong order. Manager tried to fix it and made us pay an EXTRA $3. Now I'm not a big math person but 3 ice creams and a sundae (fries free with deal) should amount to like $5 not the$8 we paid. when we tried to explain it to the manager she got an attitude and said we were wrong and when we said it wasn't worth it it's just $3 she stood there saying no you made me stop to explain so you're gonna listen.
