It's chick fil a. You know what you're getting regarding food, so take it for what you will. I'm reviewing for the service and events. They have free kids nights on Wednesday evenings, and the staff is so nice and friendly. Who I assume is the organizer, she is always so committed to making the kids experience very fun. And the entire staff is the same. They have a play room, and it's always seemed as clean as it could be (with germy kids running around). Kids nights can get kind of crowded, but I've been during both really packed times, and much more reasonable nights. All other nights, there are plenty of tables available. Parking can be weird with the flow of the parking lot, but it's manageable. read more

Stopped for dinner tonight as it was close to my destination. I ordered the number 4 - Three strips, fries and a Sunjoy. I also also ordered a cookie. There was a kids event there with people drawing the kids. I thought it may take a while to get my food but it was not long at all. My food was good. The fries were perfect - Nice and hot. The strips - not so much. They were just ok. It was not enough to keep me away, so I will be back. Their menu headings were in English and Spanish for inclusivity. read more

The most conveniently, friendliest, quickest Chick-fil-A location. I typically order for curbside, and the staff and service are always perfect. Food comes out warm and flavorful. While drive through is long, it always seem to move quickly and efficiently. I tend to not eat inside, but anytime I've gone inside, it is clean and welcoming. Be prepared to wait if you go to this establishment. Apparently, delivery drivers take precedence over waiting customers. When I spoke up, the manager dismissed me and continued to assist driver. read more

So, I came to this location for the free Chick-fil-A sandwich they were offering for Veterans Day. I being a proud Army vet came in the store at 8:57 just to find out they stopped offering sandwiches at 8 pm. I asked to speak with a manager because the start and stop times are not visible to the average shopper and I was told I would have had to go to Facebook and it was posted under the stories. I thought maybe they would offer me something being that I frequent this location a few times a week and I didn't know they only showed appreciation for veterans during the hours of 10-8. Needless to say, I wasn't extended an offer nor was I going to ask. The manager seemed very uninterested in what I was saying so I didn't press the issue and left feeling kind of embarrassed. If your going to offer veterans something for appreciation we shouldn't have to beg for it. It's not like I was a day late. Anyway don't think I will be spending my money at this location anymore. Used to come here all the time after classes at Stevenson University. It has never failed me. Would go through the drive thru and they were always quick and efficient. Spicy chicken sandwich and fries were my go-to and it always hit. read more

The food is 98% consistent, which is amazing. It is rare that the food isn't the same or better that the last visit. However, morning staff isn't so consistent . There are a few employees who just seem to always be 'playing around' and not contributing (on personal calls, laughing/playing behind the counter). It would be different if customers weren't waiting in line or the drive-thru weren't jam packed. Management was made aware, but apparently the message has not been understood/delivered/taken seriously as the behavior has not changed. read more

Went through drive through ordered a chef salad. Got home and did not have all my trimmings in the bag but ok. Went back the next day through the drive through All I said was can you please don't forget my trimmings For my salad because they forgot last night ! This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location. I've never had any issues. The fries are always perfect. I'm always getting special free treats from the manager. The drive thru line moves fast no matter what. Saturday afternoon, 06/08/18, I got in the drive thru line for a nugget meal and a Cobb salad. I redeemed a treat for a free small White Peach Tea Lemonade. It was really good. Not too sweet but not sour or bland. Perfect mix of all the flavors. Chick-fi-la did not have clean counters so once I left the store the entire bottom of my bag was soaked in water. I didn't think anything of it until I got home and grabbed my bag from my car and while I was heading to my building the bottom fell open and everything fell out all over the floor because they couldn't clean up and got lazy minutes before closing. Rude customer service. I placed an order on the app for my dad. It was a bit lengthy (10 items ordered) and one sandwich was forgotten. It happens. I was upset and called to explain my situation. Veronica answered the phone. She said she would give me a credit for the sandwich the next time I was in that store... problem is that store is out of my realm of travel so it is unlikely I will be back there in the near future and by then I would forget. When I asked if she could refund my money she rudely said she was unable to refund it but could issue me a credit on my app...ok. That sucks cause I didn't get to eat but at least I could use it. When asked if that was ok, my response was "I guess it will have to be". She rudely hung up on me. I Will never return to this location!!!! This is the only fast food spot I'm willing to hit up in the Owings Mills area. Food is always hot, and the service is great. I think most of the employees there are college students at Stevenson University, who are always courteous. The only downside to this place is it's always busy as hell! The weekends are Ridicules here! But I'd rather have a busy establishment with fresh food being made, than a slow spot with cold old food. read more

This Chick-Fil-A is never, ever, ever without long lines, but on today I was able to pull right up to the drive through and place my order. This is my neighborhood location and they are good whether it be the drive through or going inside. I've done both and also have had the opportunity of eating outside in their patio area on a nice spring day. As their brand is known for the customer service is always pleasant and my order has never been wrong. I enjoy food here, and their recent addition of their Frosted Coffee makes me over the moon happy keep the good eats coming read more

Super duper busy tonight. Drive thru line was so long I opted to walk inside. I was greeted warmly and placed my order quickly. Thought it odd I had to wait 5 -7 mins for milkshakes. I don't know how they're made but would assume they would be handed off quicker. Super side is pleasantly delicious considering its Kale served at a fast food spot. Super side was handed to me nearly 5 minutes before shakes. read more

This location is crazy busy, whoa!!! Be aware. The drive thru is always super long. I have to say that they do an awesome job at tackling this long line. 4/3/14 It's Chick-fil-A!! They can do no wrong in my eyes! Lol! I use to work at Chick-fil-A in high school and still to this day I love their food and have never gotten tired of it! The drive thru staff is always so friendly, quick, and efficient! Even on the busiest of hours they make things flow quickly! I have never had a bad experience at any one that I have been to around the state and in the country in general. It never fails that some days that I want Chick-fil-A is on a Sunday and they are closed, but this was an awesome thing when I was in high school and gave me a known day off and I could go to church with my family! Worse chick fil a customer service I have ever experienced all my years dealing with multiple chick fil a!!! "Manager" was mad that I ordered lunch during breakfast like the app offers and first tried to lie to me and say they don't do that when I have done it many times lied and said she was getting the manger when I clearly see she was the manger or at least one of them, comes back like well you have to wait 10mins THATS FINE THATS CLEARLY WHAT THE APP SAID 15-20min wait I wouldn't have agreed to it if I wasn't willing to wait . Then had a attitude giving me my food. If the manager has that attitude I know for sure the employees do. I hate dealing with attitudes from people handling my food makes me automatically think you are tampering with my food I'm turnt off from my meal. read more

Consistently busy and that's why it's consistently fresh. The employees are very friendly, but seem to rush you to order and take your hind parts far away. That can be expected because business is booming. The prices are uppity compared to alot of other fast food chains, but at least they offer "real chicken". The waffle fries are the only reason I eat at Chick-Fil-a, where else do they serve these? I opt for the easy route out and get the chicken nuggets or what I've dubbed, "chicken balls". The mini sliders for breakfast were okay and the bread was soft, but not worth it. And where else is it okay to have chicken for breakfast? Great idea for chicken lovers!! The location is always packed, clean, fast, and customer service on point. There was a really nice girl that came from behind the counter to help me because she could tell I had not been there in a while. It had been a year. I guess it showed on my face . We talked and she walked me through the sauces with a sample of the ones she recommended. Again super nice . The restaurant was clean and bright. Some employees were cleaning and greeting customers as they entered. Keep up the great work. I can't wait to go home and indulge. And.... I had a birthday brownie waiting me ?! It takes a lot for me to return an item, because I don't believe in waste. I also used to be a waiter, so I know that it's hard when your tip is affected by the food. What did upset me was that all of the rolls were done with too little, and too wet, of rice. Every single roll opened up. The small Philly rolls I could hold together. The Wayne's roll completely fell apart, losing masago everywhere and making a mess of the soy sauce and the table. When the original cashier did come to check on me, I only had 2 pieces left of the Wayne's. If she had come over sooner, I may have returned it. She did apologize and ask if I wanted them to be redone. I said no, thank you (because you never know once they're upset), and instead asked for 2 dollars off of the total for the 14.95$ roll being less valuable than the 12.95$ lunch special. The other waiter dropped off the check without a word and walked away to wait for my card, without a discount . She ended up being the manager. She never apologized for the less than ideal experience, didn't mention that she knew about it until I asked her, and only said, "You chose to eat it anyways." She refused a 2 dollar discount. 2 dollars... for good customer service. I tipped the other cashier. I hope that she gets the 20% and the manager gets none of it. I'll never go back.

The food was not very seasoned, but I guess that's where the dipping sauce comes in to play. The food was rather expensive being $22 for a meal.
