I would leave 0 stars if possible. Cashier did not want to be there and seemed as if she was angry with me for ordering food. She missed a couple things off of our order that I repeated multiple times to make sure they were included. Workers are polite and welcoming. Went early in the morning and had fast service. I had the big box with a quesarito and 2 soft tacos supremes. It was very filling and fresh made. The quesarito is super cheesy and had a spicy kick 2 it. Something different I guess. Another time I went here it was about 3 om and started getting busy. My order came out in less than 5 minutes, but I did notice some people were left waiting for almost 15 minutes. That was a shame and I'm sure would ruin just about anyone's appetite as it is supposed to be fast food. As well, I order 3 soft taco supremes and once I sat down I noticed none of them had sour cream on them. It was a simple fix that they had no problem correcting. Glad I did check my food as I always do and luckily I didn't go thru the drive thru. I'll be back again though as long as my stomach allows me. read more

Sigh. Besides the fact that it is a) not very good for you and b) not very tasty in general, this is one of the main reasons why I don't do fast food. Somehow an order always gets screwed up. I stopped by here to grab a quick early lunch and hit the drive-thru. I ordered the Fresco Chicken Burrito, and I asked to add some of their reduced fat sour cream (for an additional charge). The person taking my order said it came with sour cream. Not wanting to tell someone how to do their job, I questioned him gently. I had looked online before stopping to see if the Fresco came with sour cream, and since it is a lower cal item it said it did not. When I inquired about it, all I heard was crickets through the speaker. Total silence. I repeated that all I wanted was to make sure that the burrito had the reduced fat sour cream. He said it came with sour cream, and did not ring it in to add it to the order. I knew this wasn't going to end well. I got up to the window, and I asked the cashier (whom may have also been the order taker) if the burrito did have sour cream on it. He said it did. I got back to my office, and what do you know? No sour cream. I tried to call the store but there was no answer. I filled out the online survey, hopefully someone in corporate will see it and contact the store. I wasn't charged for my request, and I know it sounds like I am making a big deal out of nothing, but that is not the point. I was treated as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I understand that most of the time it is young kids working in these places, but if someone questions you about an ingredient and you don't know, ask. This is the first time I've ever been here and was so dissatisfied. The line was wrapped around the corner when I got there. If I hadn't ordered with the app and set my pick up to drive through I would have cancelled it or went inside. I was waiting for 20-25 minutes. Literally the worst taco bell location I've ever been to. They made my order wrong when I went through the drive through, nbd. They probably misheard through the intercom maybe. So I go inside with my receipt and politely ask them to remake my order and reiterate what I want in person. The 2nd time they also made my order wrong. At this point I'm not going back a third time, so I'm like whatever I'll eat my nacho fries they threw all in the bag and realize they gave me one tiny pump of nacho cheese in the cup and left most of it empty. Not only did I get charged for three supreme tacos when that's not what I ordered or received, but the fries were thrown in the bag, almost no cheese sauce, order was made wrong TWICE and the 2nd time they gave me almost nothing on my tacos, like 4 pieces of chicken and a pinch of cheese and that's it and then had the balls to charge me for supremes. If you want fast food, do NOT go here. Consistently in the evenings, the drive thru takes 15-20 minutes to get through. I work nearby and love Taco Bell but the wait is just ridiculous. The people that work here are pretty incompetent. Food is frequently made wrong and they put beef instead of beans. When you're a vegetarian this is a big deal. Making this mistake once is understandable but it's been more than once. When you get nacho cheese, this cheap ass location fills up the container only half way. Also they can't do 2 transactions in the drive thru which is a complete lie cuz I've done this before at a Taco Bell location. This particular outlet has the worst service. Biggest blunder was when they put beef in my vegetarian order. Luckily i opened the taco before it ate it. Took it to the counter to them what happened, but nobody cared. The staff is extremely indifferent and doesn't bother much about your orders. I have got wrong orders before, but i ignored those. But adding beef to a vegetarian order and not even apologising was a bit over the top. Also never go to this outlet if there is a long line outside for 'drive through' because no matter when or how much you order, they WILL make you wait for a long time. My single taco order took 45 minutes. Taco bell gives preference to drive through orders, rather than people who personally order. Also they pretty much mess up online orders. So if you're a vegetarian, please always check your order before blindly biting into it. They might just disappoint you. read more

First of all Taco Bell' marketing is very good. I watch the commercial of the bi-racial couple eating and dipping their crunchwrap with some kind of sauce. I wanted to try one. I drove to the taco Bell, line was ten cars long, so I went in . I normally use my American express card ,as they give more points for using it at places like taco bell, and the transaction was declined. I tried twice ,same results. I asked the staffer who was taking my order if they no longer take American express and he said "yes". Lies. There was nothing wrong with my card. My impression: They are loosing money , so the first thing to go is paying American express for accepting their card. This has been the practice for other fast food businesses in the area. I used another card, and when i received my order, then was not given any dipping sauce. I was told that the packets by the napkins were the sauce for the meal?
