The drinks came out quickly, but the food took over 45 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, much of it was cold--not even warm. The biggest issue, however, was the food itself. Everything was incredibly bland and lacked flavor. Mexican food is known for bold seasoning and vibrant flavors, but there was nothing memorable about any of the dishes we ordered. The service was equally disappointing. To top it off, gratuity is automatically added to the bill. While restaurants have the right to set their own policies, it certainly felt frustrating considering the level of service we received. My honest recommendation would be for Don Tigre to stick to what appears to be driving its popularity--the nightlife atmosphere, social media appeal, drinks, and appetizers. If you're looking for a place to have cocktails, take pictures, and enjoy the vibe, you may have a better experience than we did. However, the entrées were overpriced for the quality of the food, and the customer service did not justify the cost. Social media may bring people through the door, but good food and good service are what bring them back. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both. Long wait times, cold food, bland flavors, overpriced meals, and poor service made this a place I won't be returning to or recommending.

Burrito bowls were plentiful but were overcooked and lacked much flavor. Chips were ok- salsa was borderline jarred flavor. Mocajete presentation was interesting and portion was large enough for 2-3 people . Served in a large heavy stone bowl, the meat/shrimp were tasteless and shrimp were cheap precooked ones. Again gratuity added despite the dismal service. okay for a meh meal- keep your expectations on the lower side for overall food quality and service levels.

They were delicious; tasted like home The lengua was far and away the best I'd had in a while. I'll definitely be back!

That is always a favorite, and must order of mine. Service was ok but it was hard to order due to a language barrier and this location not having the Caesar wrap on their menu in person. However, the guys working were more than accommodating! The store was clean and filled with so much yummy smells in the air. The wrap was good! The big pita chips in it were definitely a highlight for me and the dressing was creamy and sweet. This mixed perfectly with the saltiness and spice of the grilled chicken. She never came back to check on us, she came back to refill our drinks, she never came back to see if we were enjoying our food and I had to ask 2 other servers if we could have napkins and refill. My friend requests to see the manager and he comes to the table. She explains that her guacamole wasn't to her liking. The guacamole wasn't fresh and it tasted like it was store bought. He blatantly tells her NO, that he will not take it off her bill and she explains that she wasn't happy but he shrugged his shoulders and walks away. At this point we decided that it was time to leave. We had to ask for to-go boxes and bags and napkins several times before requesting the check. It was clear that our satisfaction was not a priority that night and for that we will not return. We both noticed that the bathroom was unkempt and had a slight odor. Needless to say no tip was deserved so it wasn't left, so we paid our bill and left. If I could give -5 stars then that would be the rating. This experience was the pitts. Trifling and piss poor service! It was clear that we were not welcome at that establishment. The actions of the server said it all! Completely unacceptable and I do believe that it was a stereotypical experience because we were black.

Even though I didn't have any treats on this visit I will have to go back just for dessert. If you want to dine in there is a amalldining area. There is always a table available so don't be discouraged to stay for a bit. This place is very welcoming and gives the feeling of family dinner.

The ambiance was casual and laid back, perfect for a stop in to enjoy your food. The mile high nachos were good: loaded with chips, sauce and cheese and nicely toasted, just how I like it! All in all Nino Taco will continue to be my go-to Mexican spot when in the area.

The guac tasted like a processed store bought product and most definitely not fresh at all. Guacamole was the last thing that it tasted like, and the sour cream, beans and salsa were probably the decent parts of the entire thing. It was a large portion and I threw half of it away because it just was too much and not quality enough. I most definitely will not be returning anytime soon because little effort went into it . Her tone seemed rushed, and she didn't come across as very friendly or personable. There wasn't anyone else in the restaurant at the time, although I understand there may have been pickup or online orders that needed attention. Even with that in mind, I felt like I was being rushed through the ordering process rather than welcomed as a customer. One of the reasons I keep coming back to this location is because the staff is usually upbeat, engaging, and makes the experience enjoyable, so this visit stood out for the wrong reasons. I'm not saying she was rude, but there was definitely a lack of warmth and customer engagement. My suggestion would be to remind staff that while it's important to ask about add-ons, promotions, and other menu items, the delivery matters just as much. I also don't like when they take your order with gloves on. You have to pay close attention and make sure they change them, which should be a rule. Before you take an order discard gloves. Customers can tell when those questions are being asked because they're part of the job versus when they're being asked with genuine enthusiasm and good customer service. A positive attitude and friendly energy can make a big difference in the overall experience, and unfortunately, that seemed to be missing during this visit.

When I arrived I parked on the side of the building since they don't have any parking in front. There were not many people in line so I was able to place my order quickly. I just wanted a little cheeseburger a regular fries and a regular drink. Total came to a little bit more than twenty four dollars. I didn't remember how expensive it was. While waiting for my order to be ready I went over to fill my drink I noticed the floor was very slippery. It had been raining off and on all day so maybe that was why. Food tastes about average to any other 5 guys. Not sure if I will be back.
