Really what more can I ask for? The price was right and the order was correct. The food isn't as good as a decent sit-down or even as Macca's or Subway, but it's quite good enough. I'd say 7 or 8 out of 10. The menu is quite varied and they keep it fresh. I appreciated their attempt at novelty with that Fuego burger deal. It just ended up tasting like Takis, but I love the creativity. That goes for the drinks, the Freestyle soft drink machine is great. The building itself is in a nice location, on a quiet grassy hill in the middle of suburbia. The restaurant is acceptably clean for a fast food restaurant and it's well-stocked. You'll have no problems getting napkins or ketchup packets probably. It's also nice and darkish inside, with very dim lighting. I've eaten there before and I found it pleasant. Frustrated is an understatement. I ordered two #1 "double" burger meals -- one plain for my daughter, and one with no cheese because I'm lactose intolerant. I repeated my order to make sure there was no confusion. What I got? Two singles, both with cheese. Had a mobile order and when I went to pick it up from the drive through. Per provided instructions. I asked specifically for my mobile order and I was told I have yo park and come inside. Confused I do as I'm told and ask why I had to come inside. They said oops sorry I didn't know you wanted a mobile order. So I'm giving this Wendy's 4 stars. Before I explain why it's safe to say that no Wendy's on the planet deserves 4 stars. Lets be honest, it's Wendy's. I ordered the new pub pretzel roll burger combo on the app. The interface was easy to use. I have learned the speed of this location is slow. So, since I live nearby, I fibbed and said I was there on the app when I was just leaving my house. This way the food is ready to go when I get here, not just getting started. When I arrived, they promptly waited on me, got my food from under the heat lamp, which was already bagged and sealed. Probably the slowest fast food place ever. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes for 2 cars. Painful, don't waste your time or money. Also, the person taking the order sounded constipated.After waiting so long, the order came out incorrect and they were out of what had been ordered. Once it was "corrected" we left and was lacking the lettuce, cheese, etc that was supposed to come on it. Everyone appears to just be standing around. The worker really didn't care, no acknowledgement that anything was wrong or that they wasted our time.
