So I'm giving this Wendy's 4 stars. Before I explain why it's safe to say that no Wendy's on the planet deserves 4 stars. Lets be honest, it's Wendy's. The reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because they gave me a free chicken sandwich. They were also open late when no one else was so I'm just really throwing them an alley oop. Considering this place is rated two stars hopefully this review helps them out. Like I said, no Wendy's deserves 4 stars, to be honest if you rate Wendy's more than 3 stars you should just throw your yelp in the trash. It's Wendy's, we know what to expect and it's never 4 stars. Genuinely the slowest fast food drive thru that I have ever been to, 10/10 do not waste your time at this Wendy's.

The inside is clean. However both service and the wait time is a hit or miss. I've met some extremely nice drive thru cashiers and then others not so much. The food is fine 85% of the time and they usually get the orders right. Most times expect a wait in the drive thru even if it is not crowded. read more

Really what more can I ask for? The price was right and the order was correct. The food isn't as good as a decent sit-down or even as Macca's or Subway, but it's quite good enough. I'd say 7 or 8 out of 10. The menu is quite varied and they keep it fresh. I appreciated their attempt at novelty with that Fuego burger deal. It just ended up tasting like Takis, but I love the creativity. That goes for the drinks, the Freestyle soft drink machine is great. The building itself is in a nice location, on a quiet grassy hill in the middle of suburbia. The restaurant is acceptably clean for a fast food restaurant and it's well-stocked. You'll have no problems getting napkins or ketchup packets probably. It's also nice and darkish inside, with very dim lighting. I've eaten there before and I found it pleasant. The staff tends to have a bit of attitude, but really, what do you expect? read more

Ordered through the app a little after 11pm (June 10, 2024) for drive through pickup. My food was hot but there was a huge bug on the lettuce when I opened the sandwich. Frustrated is an understatement. I ordered two #1 "double" burger meals -- one plain for my daughter, and one with no cheese because I'm lactose intolerant. I repeated my order to make sure there was no confusion. What I got? Two singles, both with cheese. The kicker -- my receipt clearly showed the correct order, so somewhere between the register and the kitchen, no one bothered to pay attention. This isn't just sloppy, it's careless. To top it off, the lettuce was nothing but the hard core with thick ribs -- the part nobody wants to bite into -- and the burger was drowning in mayo. On 6/24/2024 around 12:40pm I made an online order which consists of 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, fries, and a lemonade. After waiting in line for (20 mins) I finally got to front of the line to pick up my food. My order wasn't even close to being right. I ordered 2 meals. One burger and one chicken. I specifically asked for one sandwich to be made a certain way. The employee said, here is the sandwich you ordered made different. The other item came shortly after. I get home and realize that not only was my sandwich made wrong, I got 2 chicken sandwiches. Had a mobile order and when I went to pick it up from the drive through. Per provided instructions. I asked specifically for my mobile order and I was told I have yo park and come inside. Confused I do as I'm told and ask why I had to come inside. They said oops sorry I didn't know you wanted a mobile order. How can you go to a fast food joint for breakfast at 6:30 (that is supposed to open at 6:30) and they are not ready receive customers? Not sure what was happening in the drive thru line, but I thought the point of a fast food restaurant was for service to me fast. I sat in this line for over 30 mins for some nuggets & a burger. I ordered the new pub pretzel roll burger combo on the app. The interface was easy to use. I have learned the speed of this location is slow. So, since I live nearby, I fibbed and said I was there on the app when I was just leaving my house. This way the food is ready to go when I get here, not just getting started. When I arrived, they promptly waited on me, got my food from under the heat lamp, which was already bagged and sealed. I had the most frustrating experience at this location today. Ordered 2 breakfast meals that came absolutely cold, greasy and looked old. I complained and was asked by the manager if I wanted her to warm them up. I didn't pay 19 dollars to get reheated sandwiches. They gave me new ones that were as cold and greasy as the first ones. If I could rate this no stars I would, we ordered our food through the drive thru window upon getting to the window my boyfriend was searching for his wallet . The bitch in the window said " let me know if your gunna keep that order or cancel it and slammed the glass.
