Late night service sucks. I stood there for about 10 min before I was even acknowledged, and I was only spoken to because I said " at what point will my order be taken. I tell her what I want and she completely messes up my order because she rushing so I had to have her make it over. I get y'all have online orders but if there 2 people working someone should work on online orders and the other help the customers standing infront of you AND PUT YOU GLOVES ON smh. Service here has gone downhill!! Order here a lot for convenience to my job and lunch schedule. Lately, my online orders were all wrong, but by the time I found out, it was too late, and the break was over. Ordered a Turkey and cheese sub was given Tuna and cheese with honey mustard. Allergic to tuna, so trash it went. Next time, I did get the Turkey, but they gave me turkey and bread with no condiments or sauce. The dry sandwich is not what I ordered, so trash it went. It's about what you expect. Ingredients are fresh and delicious. Staff are also accommodating and friendly. The inside makes me feel somewhat claustrophobic due to being partially underground, but otherwise everything is fine. My personal favorite is making a cheesesteak w/ artisanal bread. This store is honestly a lifesaver for any college students attending Johns Hopkins University due to it being one of the few places nearby that are open 24/7. Oh Subway, you entice me so with your siren song. This is the best Subway in Baltimore. I don't know why, but everything is fresher here than at other locations I have tried. Also, they have spinach, shredded carrot, and cucumbers, which many other Subway locations are sadly lacking. I can't speak for other states, but I can tell you that Maryland Subways are superior to those in TN because they have red hots instead of just banana peppers. It's the little things that make the difference. This location is on the corner of 32nd and St. Paul Streets, so it is big with Hopkins students. It is open 24 hours (important if you are jonesing for a sub at 4am after a night out), which is always a plus. Fast, and they never screw up your order. Empty right now. I went early in the morning about 7:30 am. It was snowing so no Johns Hopkins students. It was empty. Walked right in and was waited on. No problem. Quick, fast and friendly service. And the oven roasted chicken sub was delicious. read more

I used to frequent this subway often. Then, the food was always made fast and well. I recently returned here and they have new items on the menu and they are good. I have tried to avoid writing this review but enough is enough. The carelessness at this location is unbelievable. Ingredients tossed onto the sub any which way, not spread out evenly. The sub is half open and falling apart in the wrapper. It's just always a barely acceptable experience. The disposition of the staff comes off very unconcerned. This is one of the only 24 hour subways in the area, so I stop here after work which is usually around midnight or so. Maybe after a certain time the concern is turned down a notch, but honestly, that lack of integrity shouldn't be tolerated in any business. read more

This location is located near JHU, and Union Memorial Hospital. They're open until Midnight which works when you're running late for dinner and you want something quick. Meats and veggies are fresh, the only downfall is parking. Having to ride around to get a good parking space can be a nuisance, otherwise it's okay. read more

I go here a lot because it's open 24 hours and It's across the street from my job. That being said, I really have no complaints about the food and service. The employees are friendly and always welcoming, especially to the hospital staff. I would recommend the veggie pizza instead of a usual sub (for those not counting calories). I love this Subway. It's hard to walk by without going in because of the delicious smell outside. Mmmmm just thinking about it makes me hungry. The staff is so friendly and so patient, especially considering the typical clientele is a drunk or stoned college kid. I personally have been there on a weekend night stumbling around, at 4 am during the week when I'm pulling an all-nighter studying, and for lunch or dinner with friends. They're always respectful, and the food is always great. They've gotten to know my name, order, and boyfriend from my frequent visits, and they've even given me free subs, pizzas, and cookies! Staff is not that welcoming or friendly. Most times I have been here they are caring on conversations, providing bare minimum customer service... They are always out of the broccoli and cheese soup... However the restaurant is clean and I never have any issues with the food. read more
