I eat their chicken nuggets I like their fries I like their burgers I like their new drinks

Food was cold and service was rude and the night shift worker ask me for 5 dollars after I payed for my meal. And then when sitting in my car he walked up to the window and looked at me and gave me a dirty look read more

I believe this McDonalds location is akin to the 'Island of Broken Toys'. This must be where the send everyone that absolutely fails customer service / cashier training. There is always an issue with this place. I don't know why, but the wait at this location is ALWAYS either feast or famine. 1) Either there is NO ONE on line and it still takes longer than It should to get service or 2) the line has quite a few cars, where a normal McDonalds could knock out in no time, and it takes FOR-EVER to get service. They continually 'hold on please' all anxious, as if there's a fire or theft happening. It's like the kitchen or the order taker gets frazzled/overwhelmed and the back up begins (or continues). It's always frustrating. But it's sooooo dayum convenient to me. Such a let down. On to my gripe with this place. On the $1/$2/$3 Menu, it clearly states that the 'Buttermilk Chicken' sandwich is $3.00. The cashier told me it is $5.09. I informed her that was NOT on the external menu so it should be honored. She told me, 'hey. It is what it is'. WHAAAAAT?!?! Cool.... I got you, Trick!!! I told her to forget the entire order. She said, 'Hold up! So u don't want ANYTHING u asked for'?!?! Me: 'Nope'. She sucked her teeth and disconnected. If what she said is true, Management really dropped the ball on this one and lost an order. Oh, and garnered this not so pleasant review. Ahh well... read more

McDonald's - Menu with incorrect pricing for food. - Fast Food Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Had a quick breakfast there but the service was very slow. Ordered for a burger with a raw patty. Combo meals was pretty pricey too. I'd say the customer service was slow. read more

I drove over here after being stuck in rush hour DC traffic I made an order and asked to use the bathroom and was told at 7:00pm EST the bathrooms are closed. Then to make matters worse they actually charged me for a paper bag for my food. As a visitor from another state I wouldn't come back to this establishment. The staff need to be trained in proper communication skills, and take a few sensitivity classes. I'm glad this was just a one time affair for me. But never again. read more

took to long for my fries, unprofessional, and it's hot no ac. im sick and TIRED today f mcdonald's popeyes would never disappoint, i do not recommend at all read more

If you're really hungry I would, but the food is always sloppy, burnt or too salty. When I say salty, that really isn't about the fries, the quarter pounder is not the same. Not sure why they can't take an extra few seconds to make sure the food is not everywhere before handing it to the customer!! read more

The customer service was slow, takes a long wait to served my food. Unfriendly staff. I asked for extra sauce but give a little. I had chicken nugget, burgers, and fries. Not too salty fries but a little dry. Got my burger with raw patty their quick to replace it. read more

Okay, I've had a lot of McDonald's in my day, and this was the best. Great customer service and really solid burgers. Thank you!!!

The customer service is lacking off, staff was not so friendly and inattentive. Served me a wrong order. The burger was so cold and chicken was so dry. read more

Really missed the mark on the "crispy" part of crispy chicken. I honestly wasn't sure if it was actually chicken...or even edible. Well, being off so much shouldn't be a surprise given that the order took 5x longer than the time I was given. We've all been to bad McDonald's but this one really did it for me. UPDATE: I'm guessing McDonald's floods the restaurant's Yelp Page with photos so real ones like mine go all the way to the end. read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

See all

Exceptional food and service. Visit several times a week and have never been disappointed.

- Enter the drive through at 5:02 with 3 cars ahead of me - Order a few minutes later - Get food about 5:40 - Get home a little after 6 and realize I am missing my buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. It's my fault, I should've checked... but still shouldn't have happened - Call McDonald's 4 or 5 times to let them know I will be returning for my sandwich but do not receive an answer. - Drive to McDonald's, arrive about 6:20, and tell cashier I am missing my sandwich. - It is 10 minutes til 7 and I'm just now walking out the door with my sandwich. 2 hours... for McDonald's. Unfortunately this is not the worst experience I've had at this restaurant. Although most fast food drive throughs in Baltimore lack even a small amount of motivation to ensure customers are given their orders quickly, this particular location is definitely one of the worst I've been to. Avoid this McDonald's if you can! read more

Drove through the drive through last night at 1245am. They only sold large combo meals. The young lady in the drive thru had the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. read more

I'd say the customer service was bad, but that assumes it even exists. I've never managed to pull up to the drive-through and immediately get service; 20 minutes of "hold on" is pretty much par for the course. The franchise owner ought to be humiliated by how poorly-run this joke is. read more

food uncooked I saw rats and hair in my food...........................................................................................................................and food was cold and workers slower than my classmates read more

Don't go here if you don't have 20-25 extra minutes. Slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I sat in the drive thru today for 18 minutes before I was able to pull out and leave WITHOUT my food. Ridiculous read more

If I could give less than one star I would. This McDonald's isn't the type of place you go inside and order. You are safer going through the drive through. Be mindful of your surroundings if you decide to come to this location. The wait time today was extremely long for some reason even though they had 3 people behind the counter. read more

I hope McDonald's can put some money into their workers education. If I'm going to be cussed out for ordering food, I would prefer if it was spoken with the correct pronunciation and by a woman with a higher reading level than a 7th grader. read more

Why have posted hours of closing at 12 am if you decide to close at 11 pm and only take door dash orders?

I'm at McDonald's for 2 fish filets. The girl repeatedly fucked up my order as I recited it to her. Finally, I get to the window and a girl hands me a full bag of food. I glance inside the bag and say, "this isn't mine." The girl turns around to confirm the order with her coworker. She turns back to me with the same full bag and says, "this IS yours." At this point, I'm thoroughly annoyed. I look at the girl with a straight face and say, "I had two fish fillets. That's all." Still not believing me, the girl says, "Can I see your receipt please?" I hand her my receipt, she confirms exactly wtf I told her and turns to me and says, "can you pull to the side and we'll bring out your order? Sorry for the confusion." They put a pie in my bag for the inconvenience. ‍ The food is always hot but never, ever fast. Yelpers, beware. read more

I don't even know how they stay open... I have been to this location 5 times in 3 months starting in January. Every time I go there has been a problem and I wasn't allowed to order. 3 times I've came thru and there are no cars in drive thru. I get to the speaker to order and only want a soda and a sandwich. Then I'm told they can't take orders. Only grub hub and Uber eats.... I can't order anything. The next 2 times there system is down for CC. Always something with this McDonald's. Worst customer service. Most trashiest, ghetto, ratchet management and staff... of course I'm talking about the ones I've got the pleasure to talk to on the speakers. TRASH!! read more

I do not know her name but she by far is the best employee this location has to offer. Her customer service was incredible. She handle both registers, one with cash only and the other with credit cards only. She made the drinks, expo the food and made sure each person had their own time and never was rush. Yesterday around 3pm was when the experience happened and she even ask was I in a fraternity. Again I never asked her name but she needs to be a strong person considered for management or higher. She had slight green and black hair and slim. Please train others to be like her! read more

got my food fast and perfect (chicken nuggets + fries). frosty machine was broken though

what a joke, girl at drive thru threw my change and ran into the kitchen, i told second drive thru of problem, girl said she would go and check the drawer,,, that was not the problem, the change was on the ground, and the big bad manager/owner dude came to my truck and told me to leave before he called the police!!!!! really I told him to call the police, hes gonna need them at sometime!!! and then i get home and my 2 mcdoubles have no cheese on either on,,, karma will catch up nd it will bbe sad!!! please boycott this place, they suck read more

Hide yo kids! Of course the staff is rude. Check yourself before walking in to this McDonald's location on North Ave. and be ready for anything. Just do it. Service is slow but they got shit to deal with. A lot. Restrooms are locked so you have to get someone's attention to unlock it for you and then let them know when you're out so they can lock it up again. Don't need anybody taking a heroin nap in there. Don't be surprised if someone asks you for change or food in this location. It happens a lot. Just handle your business and keep it moving. That being said the only thing in this location not fucked up is my order. They usually get it right and I'm outta there. Back out onto North Ave. to see what I can trade these for. "Man, I got these cheeseburgers!" read more

AVOID. First strike: The place smelled like pee. Second strike: Full of smelly hobos. Third strike: Poor customer service; they really just don't give a hoot about anything or anyone. Basically avoid this McDonald's at all cost. I waited in line for 15 minutes w/ 2 people in front of me, for my to be served food in filthy boxes. Calling the health department ASAP, and I advise you to do the same. read more

They can't be "fast" worth a *******. Avoid this place and its incompetence. And I have no problem getting begged for food by the homeless. I'm happy to help. But I can only afford to feed toxic food to so many people I don't know every visit. The bathroom toilet was backed up the last 2 times I was here. read more

The people that work at this McDonald's don't care about the clientele or if they serve them food. This place is a joke!

Rude staff. Would not accept CC today. You would think they would at least have a sign or tell before you order. Worst McDonalds ever. read more

At this point, we've been waiting 13 minutes for 2 McChx, a McDouble and medium fry. This is the slowest service ever. ----- A total of 20mims later, we have our food. Thankfully everything was warm. But the customer service and speed were horrible. When we got to the window, they weren't sure which order was ours but I'd rather they double check than charge me incorrectly, so I won't fault that. All in all, They need to hire more staff. And train the ones there. read more

Worst I mean WORST McDonald's I have been to in my life. So dysfunctional. Had to end up leaving without my order or I would have missed my bus. I understand it's not a fancy restaurant but come on! Worst egg McMuffin sandwich I've ever tasted from McDonald's. Stale bread and sloppy.

This is probably just about the most defunct McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. I arrived for breakfast this morning at 5:20 am and sat at the ordering screen for about 5 minutes. Then I pulled up to the drive thru and the employee inside shook her head at me and walked away, mcfrappe in hand. I waited. About 5 minutes later another employee walked up and looked over at me. I held up my hand as if to ask what was up and she told me they werent open without even opening the drive thru window. So I asked when they open and she held up 5 fingers. It was 5:30 at this point and she checked one of the touch screens, saw the time, walked away and didnt come back. I sat there for another 5 minutes and then drove away. What a waste of time. read more

I had to review this McDonalds because this is a contender for the worst McDonald's on the planet. You can come any hour of the day or night and there will be an hour wait for food, the kitchen will be in disarray, manager yelling at workers for screwing up orders, customers inside shaking their heads vowing this time is the last. Every.Single.Time. Scientists should study this train wreck. It's that nuts read more

I'm quite sure they only hire people with a 3rd grade education. No "fast food" restaurant should leave people in their drive-thru for 20 minutes + but I mean, since they're obviously working on half a brain, it's not surprising. The employees don't even know who customers can call to submit a complaint. Honestly, I'm not even sure they can tie their own shoes. Why would you give someone a milkshake on a 95 degree day, and then let them wait for 20 minutes while you try to figure out how to make food? read more

The worst FF ever, go somewhere else. Full of heroin addicts and beggars. They will sit at your table and stare at your food as you eat it. Management does nothing. Actually there is no management. All black staff, no diversity whatsoever. Filthy, disorganized and slow. And I need to emphasize SLOW very slow. So slow that it's almost unbelievable. Add to that complete apathy on part of the staff who don't give a flying F whether you get your food, how many are waiting whatever. Just don't go in at any time day or night. Keep moving. I am sure it will be closing soon. read more

I only go to McDonalds once every 3 blue moons. But I must say this is by far the slowest McDonalds I've ever been in. I've been in line for 10 minutes now. The same people in front of and behind me. The manager and cashier are just rude. Save yourself the time read more
