Great experience! Everytime I go the customer service is really good and the restaurant is clean even the bathrooms. I love the tea.

Stopped in after leaving the gym and returning an item at Marshall's. Been meaning to come in and grab a sandwich, and glad I did. Got the jalapeño turkey crunch and you have a choice of sides( chips, steamed broccoli, tomato and cucumber salad, potato salad). They were out of the cucumber and tomato salad, I opted for the potato salad. That Turkey sandwich was really good. The sliced Turkey was nice and fresh, with the avocado and jalapeños chips. I couldn't finish it all, took the rest home. The restaurant is nice and clean inside. You can Carryout or dine in. The staff was very polite and professional. Definitely will be my go to for a nice deli sandwich.

I agree with the mixed reviews here. A lot of potential but def needs some improvement is a reoccurring theme here. I came here for the first time on a Monday evening with a T-Mobile redemption I wanted to use. I got the Choose 2 and picked a half a sandwich and half a Spud. I customized both which was a nice feature. The potato was delicious, but that's pretty hard to mess up. They actually gave me a whole potato instead of half which was awesome! That kind of made up for the super small sandwich which didn't feel like half, more like a quarter. It was the McAllister club sandwich which was delicious but I only really got 2 or 3 bites since it was so small. I customized the potato to just get butter, cheese, salt & sour cream. The deli is super clean, bathrooms were clean. The meal would have been $11.69 without my redemption, the cookie was $2.32. Reasonably priced, reminds me of a mix between Panera & Subway. Parking can be tricky, there is street parking you can pay for or garage parking you can pay for. Not a lot of people were there at all but customer service was a bit slow. The cashier was really young and new so it took her a bit to get my order before the manager had to step in to finish the order. Personally I would recommend having someone new shadow until they get the hang of it, but she did alright. I got the chocolate chip cookie and a drink as well. The cookie was good! I like the decor but it felt a bit chaotic and disorganized, esp with a new person as the only cashier. The size of the sandwich was disappointing. Overall, I would come back and maybe order ahead.

Maryland finally has a McAlister's! Added bonus it's within walking distance of my work. Happy dance! There's a McAlister's near my mom in Knoxville, TN. So I am very familiar with the restaurant. The location here in Baltimore is new. Employees are so sweet. The menu is comparable to an upscale Panera. I much prefer McAlister's. By far! I love the choose two options. Salads, soups, sandwiches and spuds, aka baked potatoes. The spuds are always cooked perfectly. So many toppings options. The restaurant is clean, bright with some Baltimore touches. If you're downtown, give them a try.

Oh my goodness, I'm absolutely thrilled that McAlister's Deli has come to the Inner Harbor of Baltimore City! I can already see myself spending countless fall and winter days there or picking up dinner to go. As a Southerner, I have a special love for McAlister's menu, and I'm so excited to have it close by. The concept is a perfect fit for the Inner Harbor! I have so many favorite items on their menu, from the delicious Potato Spud Max to the McAlister's Club, and of course, the Nachos with Chili are to die for. The service was outstanding when I visited, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I'm looking forward to many more visits!

Food is good. Staff is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean. It's new to the harbor. The Spuds are good, the potato salad wasn't the best...too much creamy mayo, mac and cheese was watery but had ok flavor. All the sandwiches were good.

The staff was very welcoming, and the location seemed really clean. I chose the Ruben with mac and cheese. I have no complaints; it's not Attmans, but it wasn't bad.

Oleum can best be described as vegan, chef inspired, fine dining. I was absolutely floored by how…read moregood everything was. To start with, the menu is very creative. You aren't going to find black bean burgers and cauliflower wings here (not that there is anything wrong with those). Instead, you will find small plates like Cannellini and Pan (bread with white beans) and Batata Harra (spicy Lebanese potatoes). Soups like Roasted Pumpkin. Mains like Steak, roasted veggies and Polenta in gravy. Pizzas like Meat Lovers with vegan bacon, pepperoni, sausage and spicy Italian sausage. There is plenty more dishes I just named the ones we ended up ordering. My wife started with a mocktail that included coconut and was meant to taste like a Creamsicle popsicle. Incredibly, it did. I was intrigued by a number of lattes but considering it was night and I had already reached my coffee quota for the day, I abstained. After that, we ordered and received our small plates and soup. The Cannellini and Pan was incredible. I don't know how to describe the bread. It looked like pita but it didn't taste or feel like any pita I've had before. The beans were flavorful, with a hint of spice. Speaking of spice, the Batata Harra was very spicy. Good, but definitely not for someone who can't handle spice. The soup was good but didn't really blow me away like everything else. Next came our mains, Steak and Polenta and the Meat Lovers Pizza. A lot of the pizza meats and cheeses are made in house at Oleum giving this pizza a unique taste all to itself. The crust was great, the meats were good with a hint of spiciness and the cheese was not too much and flowed with the rest of the pizza. The steak was a locally made vegan steak that cut and looked like real steak (I didn't quite have the same texture as I remember actual steak). Paired with polenta, mushrooms and Brussels and topped with gravy, this dish was incredible. To end it all, I took a carrot cake to go. Also excellent. The wait staff was incredible. Two different servers and the owner stopped at our table to check on us. Oleum is not cheap. This meal, with tip, was close to $150 dollars. But the quality and taste (and amount of leftovers) made the price more palatable. Will definitely be back!

Upon my first…read morevisit, I ordered the kale ceasar salad and a butternut squash soup. 2nd visit was the breakfast burrito. Both times, the service was impeccable at the bar, and while being formally seated. As I'm not a vegan, I do frequent vegan places in hopes of finally transitioning, so I understand flavor profiles and what to expect/not expect. The salad dressing was a bit skimpy and the croutons were extremely hard. I asked for some honey to add to the sauciness of the dressing, which in hindsight, I should have just asked for more dressing. I've had vegan ceasar salad dressing before that somehow mimicked that anchovie-taste, which is what I expected here. For the soup, I had my mouth ready for a sweet savory taste, but instead it was salty savory which altogether changed my viewpoint on how this soup can be made. I asked for chili oil to give it a little pop. Onto the breakfast burrito - a sight to see! I'm not a breakfast burrito girl, but a friend let me taste her leftovers and I thought I HAD to have my own. At first bite, I can say it was a whole YES. My only ask was more seasoning, and to have cooked the tofu down just a bit more so it didn't give the consistency of a runny egg. I asked for sriracha, chili oil and ketchup to seal the deal. I highly suggest offering at least one of these sauces/oil as a free accoutrement, instead of charging per oz. Ambiance is always warm and inviting. The dark wood gives a homelike vibe and the music is on point. I will definitely be back for the breakfast burrito in hopes of more fun sauces on the side!

Fantastic First Visit to Honeygrow (Dock Street, Baltimore)…read more I stopped by Honeygrow on Dock Street in Baltimore on Friday, April 17th, 2026 around 5 p.m., and the entire experience was outstanding. I ordered a stir‑fry with brown rice, red curry, coconut tofu, kale, scallions, jalapeños, carrots, pineapple, chili flakes, cilantro, and the red coconut curry sauce -- plus an extra portion of the red cocoa base. It came to $17.43, including a dark cherry punch that was refreshing and not sugary at all. The food was incredibly delicious -- savory, balanced, and genuinely fulfilling. Every ingredient tasted fresh, and the flavors came together perfectly. Easily one of the best fast‑casual bowls I've had. The atmosphere was active and vibrant, with a clean, open cooking area where you can watch your meal being prepared. The entire facility felt well‑maintained and organized. Parking was surprisingly easy; I found a great spot right out front on the street and paid $2.75 for an hour, which was plenty of time to enjoy my meal. The weather was a beautiful 80°, and the whole area felt safe and peaceful -- a great day to be out and about. A special shout‑out to Craig, who made the visit even better. He walked me through the menu since it was my first time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt taken care of. Excellent customer service goes a long way, and he nailed it.
