She went out of her to welcome our friends from Japan, talked to them about how special Phillips is and recommended just the right dishes to them to maximize their visit to Phillips and Maryland. The staff was exceptional--attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming without ever being overbearing. They made us feel well taken care of throughout the entire meal. The interior was much larger than expected and was very clean and beautiful. From the food to the hospitality, Josefina exceeded every expectation.
