I received a notification that the order placed was ready for pick up and proceeded to the store. The doors were locked but staff were still in the kitchen. I proceeded through the drive through. They asked If they could help me and I explained that I was there to pick up the order which was suppose to be ready. They then said they were closed even though google and uber eats said they were open. I pulled into the first available parking space to file a complaint about my experience and they called the cops to tell me to leave. So instead of a simple internal complaint it is now public. read more

If you're visiting from out of town and want something familiar go somewhere else. Every surface was sticky, to include to ordering counter. Floor was sticky. Trash on the floor. Staff rude, but that's normal in fast food in 2023. Police Officer was on duty inside, but was on his phone the entire time vice being alert and observant. A homeless gentleman walked in the grab some water; he was very polite and I wished the manager would give him a job. You could tell the location had been renovated, but no up keep. read more

I had the unfortunate incident at this Wendy's location. I waited in line at the Wendy's drive-thru for over thirty minutes. Out of frustration due to the length of time in line at the Wendy's drive-thru, I decided to leave. I observed a security officer speaking to the occupants of a vehicle at the cashier's window. I am disappointed that I couldn't order my dinner at the Wendy's location. Wendy's Corporate Office should consider looking at the Managerial/Staffing issues at this location. read more

Literally got there at 10pm..... the workers didn't answer when I pulled into the drive through.... So after waiting 10 minutes just to see if they closed earlier than the hours stated online & there were three people just looking at the me through the glass.... And to top it off, they all ran away from view.... Poor workers, poor customer service (none) this is a terrible a** place... don't even bother. First, they don't have the value menu. I mean how do you not? Second, if you are white, be prepared to wait a LONG time.
