Clean, quiet BK in Remington where I had my first Impossible Burger a few years ago (you never forget your first!), and after driving home from work decided to have my second with some fries. Still good! Enjoyed the quiet save for the moody, old-school garage-style club(?) music playing and some fun or odd vids and commercials playing on the BK-curated TV screen. Service was low key and fast, as I was the only one here! But then people started to fill in for the same reason I did. Nothing much to see or do except watch the cars drive by. However, if you start walking in one of two directions, you will wind up either in Remington or Hampden, if you're not careful! Just kidding! You'll be OK. read more

I haven't been to a Burger King in a long time and I decided to give it a try. The service was very good. The staff was overwhelmed by the drive thru business. I still received reasonably quick service and with a smile. I am however disappointed in the quality of the original chicken sandwich. It was clod and had no taste. It seemed to have been sitting for quite a while before I got it. I asked for pickles and was charged .20 cents for 4 little pickle slices. I do have to say the fries were "HOT", the way I like them. I won't order the chicken sandwich again, if I return. read more

All I wanted was a Whopper® and I even complimented the clerk on her nails. But she short-changed me $3 and when I mentioned it, she said "my bad" and sauntered off. I complained to a staff member who was checking out for his break, and he shrugged. At which point she returned with a guy to open the register. She said "What are you getting so upset about?" I told her I couldn't tell she was going to give me my change. She said "I had to go get him to open the drawer!" I guess the guy was a manager but he didn't say anything. They both made me feel like a pest. And then they delayed my sandwich. When it came up, she sent it back saying "you need to take the bacon off this because I accidentally included bacon and he didn't want bacon." (how would that even happen?) So other people in line were served ahead of me and when my food came back another clerk handed it to me without a word. I tried to complete the survey on the receipt, but for some reason it wouldn't work - on my phone OR on my desktop. Very curious. So here I am, suggesting you avoid this store. read more

The person taking my order had an attitude because I had a coupon. I told her how I wanted my Whopper and when I told her I had a coupon I guess she deleted the first and just put up a standard burger. No big deal I could pick off what I didn't want. Neither people at the window spoke to me as I paid or received my order. I bit into my whopper and it seemed a bit weird. I had to turn my light on to see what was up and I realized they gave me an impossible whopper. The drive thru attendant's register was incredibly slow. It was giving error messages. When card was finally swiped, it was declined. I asked to swipe again. It went thru. Ordered Original chicken sandwich with the following extras: onion, cheese, bacon. 1. How'd my sandwich go from $4 to $7? $3 more for a sprinkling of onions, a slice of (fake) American cheese and two strips of bacon? I'm sorry... did this become Ruth's Chris suddenly and I wasn't aware?!?! These markups are INSANE! Make it make sense people. CRIME! 2. Next, I get my sandwich and already know that I must check the sandwich bc they have a tendency to NOT include the extra toppings or remove what was requested. I open the bag a see round sandwich. Ummm the Original Chicken is an oblong /oval sandwich? What did they give me? I go back in the bag to grab the receipt to show them. Guess what? NO RECEIPT!! What in tha world? Vexed, I head inside. I explained that I must have gotten somebody else's sandwich because my sandwiches is a long sandwich. The response to that comes from a young lady whose back is to me while she is facing the kitchen. She never turned around to even acknowledge my existence. I asked her to repeat what she mumbled. 'We out of rolls for that sandwich'. Well, why didn't the person taking my order tell me that? Why didn't you, as Mgr, inform the order taker that the buns were out so she could inform the customers? CRIME!!! 3. Now that I know they simply switched buns, I ask for my receipt. Guess what Miss IDGAF Manager has to say? 'We ain't got no paper... so we ain't got no receipts'. I say, 'so how can I see the expensive breakdown you charged me for this sandwich'? She shrugs her shoulders and goes to the back. The workers look at me, eyes shifted & mouths dropped, as if they think I'm about to flip out. A sandwich isn't worth a flip out... so 'stunned' by her unprofessionalism, I simply leave. CRIME! CRIME! CRIME! Customer Tip: Burger King Corporate, train your managers accordingly. Update ur POS systems. Train ur employees how to properly code/ enter orders. All employees should be professional and pleasant but MOST OF ALL, the Manager should exemplify professionalism. NONE of that is currently in place at this BK location. read more

Not that one would expect great service from a Burger King, but the service here is just so appallingly bad sometimes that I wonder how they're still in business. This restaurant offers a great selection. Definitely agree with other's recommendations to get the whopper. It's not a big mac, sure, but assuming you got the standard whopper, you'll still be ok. if you see people in the drive through, that means this location is probably open, which is a good thing. the first few bites of the whopper are the most difficult. in this particular experience, gravity and exertion conjured steady burning in my legs and blood pounding in my ears. i welcomed this pain, however, which doubled as a purification. it masked a deeper pain, not the kind which stabs, but the kind that aches. a pain of the heart. a dull pang fueled by difficult circumstances and unfulfilled dreams. this whopper reinforced the idea that if you cannot take solace in the arms of the one you love, burger king offers secondary solace. read more

Have been living in the area for a long time but never checked the place out until recently... due to the fact that it's located in a sketchy neighborhood Wow, I was pleasantly surprised. The first couple times I visited the place was very bright and clean, while the service was friendly and prompt. Got my Whoopers with no mayo. Everything was smooth. Guess my expectation for this joint was very, very low. Wish I could have given it 5 stars, but this one time they overcharged me on my order and when I asked for my refund, they didn't comp me with a side of fries or cinnobon AND still shortchanged me :( read more

If I could give this BK no stars and still write a review I would. Their customer service is the worst! I tried ordering at their speaker, no one answered for 3-5 minutes, even after me saying hello... I pull around to the first window, the cashier tells me she can't take my order at the first window, that I need to ride back around and sit in the long ass drive through line to place an order at the speaker. Umm I just sat there for 5 minutes and no one responded! So I pull to the second window and ask for a manager, she comes and tells me she doesn't have a headset and can't take my order! What?!?!? Incredibly horrible service/experience. Took 13 mins to get my order and it was wrong. I waited so long, the order was no longer on the board, so I was asked for my receipt to determine what the order was. Custom Bacon Cheese Whopper made WRONG TWICE. Receipt clearly says only mustard. 1st time it had everything on it and 2nd time had ketchup. Allergic to tomatoes and ketchup. 3 cooks and nobody can make a burger as ordered. Apparently, I CAN NOT have it MY WAY. The manager was all over the place. My advice, MANAGE. If necessary, retrain or terminate. The team is ruining your business. My mom & I toke my children to Burger King on 29th Street this morning (trying to kill time until Open Swim @ 33rd) a young man (Lord knows I want to call him something else) that works there starts filming me as I walk thru the door, I'm not sure why but I then hear bits and pieces like d*mn she big and other rude remarks. Nice location, interior was clean, roomy, and glass windows added dimension. The outside is also clean and well kept. They have rose bushes. Food was good, tasted like standard BK food. They have changed their fish sandwich from a round sandwich to a long sub. I liked the round bread better. There was reasonable tartar sauce but only two small pieces of pickle. Please add more pickle. Staff was courteous and friendly. Went for fries mainly and will be going again :) read more

If they offered FREE food for the YEAR I will never stop there again!! With at least a staff of 8 visible, it took 22 minutes for 2 Whoppers no pickles heavy onions with 2 onion rings. And I wasn't the only one waiting. MESSED UP MY ORDER FOR THE LAST TIME! gave me a whopper Jr (1$)when I ordered a triple A1 steak burger (8$) and of course I realized on 83.

I ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger, and sat down after giving them my name. I waited for about 10-15 minutes until I went back up, and found out that they had given my order to someone else. I waited for them to make it again, and after sitting back down I realized they only gave me one patty. I tell them, and they give me another burger, this time, with no bacon. At this point I didn't want to go back up because I was afraid I'd get back an order I wouldn't want to eat. I never expect much from a fast food place, but can I at least get what I paid for? read more
