The system went down so there was a bit of a wait. The manager took care of us. I always add some seasoning to my bowl to step it up. Overall it was good

    Our burritos were huge!

After the experience I had in Timonium, this location was a breath of fresh air. I can't say the place was spotless. It could have used a good sweep and mop. But the tables were all cleared and looked clean enough. Also, it was nice and spacious and not cluttered with boxes like the Timonium location. The girls there were friendly, happy and efficient. When there was someone at the counter they were there ready to work. Then in between customers they laughed and had a good time. Some people may frown on this because there were other things they could be doing. But I for one was happy to hear employees enjoying their job and one another's company. I will definitely return to this location. Way to go girls!

I'm pissed off while eating i pulled a long reddish hair out my mouth i have my hair cut short I'm very upset cause qdoba was my go too most of the time the staff are friendly but some rush you pertaining to making your food

This is always a good place to have Mexican food. One of the best place to check out if you re around Towson. You should use the Qdoba app to get points every time checkin so that you can redeem for food. And Qdoba gives you guacamole without paying extra money.

The best bowl you will eat!

If I could this this place 10 stars I would. This was my first time at Qdoba and you can imagine my surprise when I didn't have to pay extra for queso and guacamole, like what!!!! So obviously I'm thinking if you don't have extra if can't be good. Boy was I wrong! The queso was 2 times better than chipotle. The pickled onions were so good. The portions were enough for 2 meal. Everything was delicious, I had to push the bowl away from myself to stop eating so I'll have lunch for tomorrow. I will be back every Wednesday from now on!!!

    Apparently these are "nachos"

The past three times I have come to this location the service has been awful. The food was prepared poorly and the taste really showed.

I don't know who runs this place, but anyone who's fills an order for NACHOS and forgets the CHEESE needs a new job.

I got delivery and my order got to my door fairly quickly and food was still a good temp. I ordered the short rib tacos with a side of rice and chorizo pinto beans. It was bland and the two tacos for the price was not it, very small tacos with bland short rib. The salsas carried it and gave it flavor. The rice and beans: BLAND! Where is the flavor, how are chorizo pinto beans bland???? I see why the place has iffy reviews. Can't speak on the atmosphere or service because again it was delivery. I will pass on this place moving forward.

The service was very good, everyone that we interacted with was kind & helpful. The aesthetic is super cute. Online menu prices were a little different in the restaurant. My husband & I started with the chimichanga bites which were yummy & had chunks of shredded chicken! I had the chicken fajita nachos with a sangria margarita & a pomegranate margarita. I would recommend the nachos, keep in my extra condiments are an additional price, including jalapeños. My husband got the California burrito & enjoyed, along with the blue pacific drink & the Napoli (I think that was the name but it's the drink in the cactus glass).

We ordered the steak fajitas and the pork burrito. To our surprise, the meat was high quality and very delicious. However, the rice was disappointing--very dry. The pork burrito didn't come with black beans, so I had to order them on the side. It's odd that they don't include them with the burrito. The black beans also weren't blended, so they came out chunky. The service was top‑notch, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. The restroom was very clean but extremely cold due to the lack of heating--I can't imagine how customers tolerate the freezing toilet seats. Overall, we enjoyed our date.

The ordering process was seamless via Toast but the pickup experience didn't quite match. I waited at the counter for nearly 15min staring at my takeout bag on the back counter before anyone helped me. Thankfully the food made up for the frustrating wait! I ordered the cauliflower and potato burrito (smothered style) with a side of the roasted brussels sprouts. The sprouts were nicely roasted with a balanced tender but not mushy texture and simple salt and pepper seasoning. The burrito was absolutely elevated by the mole sauce, which was one of the best that I've tasted in a while. Rich, evolving, with a slow subtle spice. The burrito filling left a little to be desired--the cauliflower paired well with the potato, but I got barely any beans or salsa. Overall, hard to measure up to its sibling Clavel, but Nana seems to be holding its own as a tasty more casual offshoot that I'd happily revisit.

I've been to Nanas twice to see if I feel any different than the first time around but that has yet to happen. I love the decor and ambiance of Nanas which is warm and inviting. And the service has been great both times. But the tacos I feel lack in flavor. The chicken taco was just ok, and the al pastor I found to be mushy which was weird. However, the carne asada was pretty good, as well as the beans, though they could dial it back on the onions a bit. I also feel the price point for the size of the tacos is a bit much. Two tacos and an order of beans came to about $17 with the included gratuity they add. Needless to say I left and was still hungry. I think Nanas is in a good location to offer great tacos in the county area, and I'd love to frequent more often, but I'm still on the fence about the food. I do plan on going back to try one of their hot dogs because they sound pretty tasty.
