Chipotle is kinda my vice. I used to eat it 3 times a week- and I got burritos everyyytime. Not healthy. I GET CARRIED AWAY GIVE ME A BREAK! But I've cut back. And now I go once a month and it's so delicious. I get the same thing everytime: Burrito, light white rice, black and pinto beans, light fajitas, pico de gallo, a little bit of hot, SOUR CREAM POCKET, corn, and guac. What can I say, I like full burritos?! Sometimes they break my burritos, and it's frustrating because they start over and waste everything inside, or they wrap it in another tortilla- but I won't eat it and tell them not to. The past few times they've done an amazing job. No leakage! The staff can be hot or cold depending on the day. I went the other night and every staff member was friendly and smiley- always feels good. And other days, sometimes they don't even look at me. The seating is limited when it's cold outside, sometimes there's no option to sit cause of how many people are there. The line can also be insanely long. It's a popular spot! read more

TOWSON LOCOATION ONLY- all is well as we walk through the door. We noticed there was a long line, but we didn't think anything about it. We all sat down at the table after getting our dinner and my friend noticed my quesadilla was not melted whatsoever. I was confused, but I thought it was totally fine. My other friend was extremely f-ed up due to the grease levels in her quesadilla. I also hate to even bring it up but there was a hair in my friends meal. She was absolutely disgusted, but the ridiculous Price levels made her keep eating cause she didn't want to waste her money. The grease was extremely ridiculous. It was dripping everywhere all over our pants and hands. Not to mention we had very expensive sweatshirts on that could've been ruined in the meal due to the level of extreme grease. I hate to write reviews about chipotle because we usually are chipotle lovers but due to the circumstances of the Towson location, we might have to take a break for a few minutes. Once we got into the car, my friend had to lay in the backseat and we had to blast Or nah to try to cure her sickness. My friend almost had to throw up out the window or in our old McDonald's bag. Me and my friends would consider ourselves chipotle addicts but after this experience, we will definitely be having to take a break. The comments shared personal work experiences of users who used to work at that establishment but quit due to unsanitary conditions (i.e. seeing mice) while prepping the food. God must be showing me a sign! It is become clear that these fast food establishments are not doing the bare minimum anymore. I am wondering do they care? Is it the pay that has them disgruntled? But it is obvious something is wrong. Since our last in house visit, nothing much has changed when it comes to cleanliness or customer service. I was trying to avoid any interaction by ordering online. None of the apps would let me order as a pickup, which was a first for me, but later found out you have to order exclusively through the Chipotle app. There was about small handful of customers in line. When waiting, one cashier was yelling at us, advising they were out chips and tomatoes. For me, a bad start, since that is my favorite on my burrito bowl. By the time I reached, the front, I ended up ordering still 2 burrito bowls. For me, I had the chicken, and hubby had the Carnita. I will spare you with some of lack of proper food handling and care practices, to say after seeing someone cough over the food, I was done! Thank God mine was already covered! There wasn't much to choose from as far as toppings go. The portion sizes, well are depleting. And I be darn if I am paying close to $4 for extra meat. Another sign, to cook at home. And I have replicated and made my own burrito bowls at home. Once I arrived home, we said grace and started to eat our meals. Hubby immediately was not happy to discover a bay leaf was left in his dish. For me the rice tasted undercooked and tasted like it was not fresh. Not having the tomato salsa made my meal feel incomplete and left a bad taste in my mouth and should've went with our first choice. I love Chipotle and their food so I am giving it a 2. We've been eating at this location for more than a dozen years and had experienced a few problems here and there. But last time was the worst. We ordered 9 bowls - 3 keto bowls and regular chicken rice bowls. Guess what, they forgot the salad in the keto bowls!!! I had to switch regular bowls to my keto friends and had to throw the other bowls. Went back to the store and cried out of anger because we made our way back to this store (we're out of the way) only for the guy to replace the 3 wrong orders with 1. I had to get furious because 6 meals in total were messed up. Two of us had to suffer eating the bowl, one didn't eat and two had to throw the non-keto ingredients like rice, corn... That was our "Christmas" lunch and it was a mess. I felt so terrible suggesting Chipotle lunch to my friends. Finally after crying my heart out (I wasn't really able to talk much and well because of the way they handled it), they asked if I wanted a refund for the whole order but I said only 3 orders were wrong (he refunded me for the 3) but in reality, it should have been 6 or for the trouble I should have said all but I wanted to be fair (Christmas and pandemic, hello!?). The guy seriously didn't seem to have a heart. Lol. Sounded so cold and he seem to not care at all. Not the kind that should be in hospitality service. NEVER order ahead here. The order will 100% be incorrect. The only way to get your order correct is if you wait in line and see them do it. Many employees are not friendly. This location has been like this for years. Frequently out of ingredients and items like cup lids, napkins, etc. Unfortunately, this is the closest to us and every time we go we regret it. Will have to start driving further to get the orders correct. They also don't answer their phone and when we tried to get a refund for our nearly 100% incorrect order (the last time we ordered ahead on the app) the pepper chat just gave us a coupon for 1 BOGO meal that expired in 30 days even though two meals were wrong. :-/ DO NOT recommend this location read more

There are 2 locations near me. It feels like choosing the lesser of the two evils. Tonight when we walked in, the first thing to see was all three trash cans overflowing. I thought maybe they didn't have enough employees, but by the time we got through the line, we realized that several had been on break. When they finished, they just kind of hung out in the back, ignoring the trash and dirty tables. We haven't eaten yet since we decided to just bring it home. They were out of steak, mild tomatoes. And the near-permanent sign on the door says they only accept credit cards or exact change. Please, if there's anyone reading this who oversees stores in this area, do more to make them pleasant. The location in Towson is always fresh. The customer service is great. They are kind and quick. I live in White Marsh, but the White Marsh Chipotle is never fresh and the place is dirty so I drive to Towson just for the better food and service. I prefer and recommend this location! read more

I come to this chipotle almost every other day because I work in the shopping center and never have I received such crappy service than today. The young black male at the beginning of the line taking my order was rude and when I ask for extra rice and chicken he made a smart remark underneath his breath and I said excuse me I didn't hear you speak up. He turns to the cook and makes another comment and they laugh. Then I over hear him talking about my fingernails so I address as I would anyone whom thinks it's okay to make gay jokes. I'm not shy nor am I a afraid to address ignorance. It's baffling to me why companies hire such unprofessional employees and then cry wolf when a customer complains about there service. We have stopped into this location twice after leaving the gym, and have had good customer service experiences both times. They are more generous with ingredients when filling the bowls than at other locations, which I can appreciate because I end up with enough for two meals. My only "complaint" is that the chips we got last night were SO SALTY I couldn't eat them. Unfortunately we took our order to go, so I didn't realize it until we were already home. May be worst chipotle location. Went first time, all getting kick out while standing at line around 6:30, one old lady who is swiping floor started yelling, "Line is closed, we don't have employee". Then I left. Went there 2nd time, there is a sign saying online order only. Then started online order.Per app says, order will be ready in by 6:50, went inside, there are 30/40 people waiting for their food. Waited 40 mins to get food. Lots of people are cancelling their order. There are five employee. Three are working on food, two behind moving like turtles doing nothing. And all are slow like super slow. Food is terrible. Ordered online. Chipotle website said my order will be ready at 7:20 pm. Showed up at chipotle at 7:20pm. I waited for an hour for my bowl and quesadilla. Got my food without chips and cheese queso in my order. Apparently they were out but I saw large bags of chips ready to go. So I insisted to have a bag of chips. This restaurant was so disorganized and dirty and OVERWHELMED. Everyone (20 customers) was there waiting for their food for as long as I was, some were there even longer, especially the orders that were done incorrectly- many including mine. Lots of dissatisfied customers on a Wednesday night. Wtf. Nothing was on their "pickup shelves", that's how behind they were. Never again. I would give it a ZERO star if possible. So disappointing... chipotle corporation and management may want to look at SUBWAYS AND PANERA's model. AND IMPROVE! Also their doors were locked so In order for me and others to get into the restaurant to pick up my food (or in our cases WAIT) , I had to bang on the glass for a disgruntled customer to let me in and then wait another hour for my food! Wait at the back of the line (15 people long) or call the 800 number for a refund. There is no 800 number. I order something simple as chips and guacamole and it was horrible. I remember when I use to eat them all the time it had texture and flavor. No it mimics the baby food that I give my food with leftover lettuce in it. The chips had no salt and no hint of lime like it use to. We ended up tossing $14 worth of food in the trash. Thinking maybe it was just this location we filed a complaint to get our money back. Then when I filed a complaint about it, they gave me the lesser value of what I spent.
