I read great reviews about the chain so decided to drive out of my way to try them. I used the app…read moreto speed up the process so I could make it to my next appointment on time. I arrived 11 minutes after the pickup time but could not find my order. I asked and found out the reason my order wasn't ready was because the cookie I ordered was not available. I had to settle for a cookie I didn't even want. The macaroni was completely overcooked and mushy. I threw most of this away. Oddly enough, Potbelly sent me a review request which I was happy to provide feedback with all of the above. That was 6 days ago. Part of the review process, they asked if they would be able to contact me to follow up regarding my feedback. I provided my contact info, but have never heard back. I guess they really don't care about customers either new or repeat. Their lack of feedback has solidified my view on my experience and I will not be back. Not even to redeem the free cookie they promised for my feedback or the free sandwich they promised for using the app.

Each year has been phenomenal service from beginning to end. From the placing of the order to me calling to verify, and then my picking it up, it's always been smooth, friendly, and professional. They helped me bring the food to my van. In addition to the great customer service, naturally the food was fantastic!!! Always top-notch sandwiches, salads, chips, and cookies as well as sides/toppings. Everyone that evening thoroughly enjoyed the food! I highly recommend the Towson location and certainly will use them again!!!

Update on Grubhub order... I normally rate Jersey Mike with…read more5 stars, but this order was not to my standards. I am very picky about my food and how it is handled. I think to help combat food contamination, the prep maker needs to clean off the knife every time they cut their subs. I had the Club sub, like always, but mine had some extra stuff that I didn't ask for like their was a piece of roast beef that happen to tag along with my sub which doesn't come with my sub, as well on the cut tip of the sandwich had the taste of hots, which I do not like and surprisingly I got a mouthful. Not good.

FYI, it is easier to enter from Joppa Road even though it has a Putty Hill Avenue address - it is across from where DSW shoes used to be. They have about 3 tables to eat in. Not knowing the drill, we had to figure out that you needed to go to the back of the store to order your food. They take your order. What was impressive was that the cold meats and cheeses were cut to order. The subs come in 3 sizes - mini, regular, and giant. You order by #. All subs are made to order. We had a #17 ($18.65), which was a Mike's Famous Philly that normally comes with grilled onions, peppers & white American cheese. We asked for ours to have just the meat, provolone and mayo. I wish I had thought to say light mayo, because it had way too much on the sub. The rolls were soft, but a lot of bread. The other sub we ordered was a #13 ($17.95) which was The Original Italian, which came with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni - then they added lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. This sub was loaded with meat and cheese. The subs are not inexpensive - the minis run about $7.45, regular $10.25, and giant $17.95 (depending on what sub you order). Don't be surprised to see when you check out there is a request for a tip!

Back at the Market again and trying another business! This time, I decided to check out BMore…read moreTwist. I love a fresh-baked soft pretzel, so I was excited to give this place a try. I'm a big fan of cinnamon raisin pretzels and was happy to see that theirs didn't come with extra cinnamon sugar on top. They do offer a separate cinnamon sugar pretzel for those who prefer that. The glaze on the cinnamon raisin pretzel was perfect for me. My husband tried the pecan caramel pretzel as well as an original, with a large orangeade. What I appreciated most about the cinnamon raisin pretzel was its freshness and the fact that it wasn't overly sweet. The original pretzel had just the right amount of salt, which was great. We didn't care for the pecan caramel pretzel much. The pecans were a bit too toasted and it lacked caramel. The orangeade was delicious! I'll definitely be returning because the service was great and the quality of the pretzels really stands out. The all-beef pretzel dog is next on my list!
