This comment was unnecessary, offensive, and shocking to hear from someone representing a business. This was clearly poor customer service and a terrible reflection of this establishment. If you ever visit this McDonald's and are served by a young woman with multiple facial piercings, be prepared for disrespect and ignorance. Because of this incident, I canceled my order. Part of the review process, they asked if they would be able to contact me to follow up regarding my feedback. I provided my contact info, but have never heard back.
