Walk up window with a small outdoor space to sit and eat. Menu is the basics of pit beef and other bbq meats you'd expect. The prices here are very reasonable and the portions are solid. The service here was friendly and welcoming. Ordering was simple enough. I got a turkey and pit beef sandwich and it was soo amazing. The pit beef was juicy and not dry at all, the turkey also well seasoned and juicy. Sandwich was a good size and filled me up. Will definitely be back when I have a pit beef craving and highly recommend especially over that other place down the road .

I explained what happened at CAVA, and that it would be incredible if 2 restaurants in this shopping center gets 1-star on Yelp because they denied me water (I saw this CAVA next door was only my 26th 1-star ever, so quite rare percentage wise, less than 4% of my Yelp reviews). And also said that in addition to the 1-star, you aren't getting a dime from me from the food you made. The cashier was smart and said that I could have a bottled water. However, if their normal policy is denying water, this is why they don't get 4 but 3-stars. Food was pretty good. I've had some better Peruvian chicken places, but it was solid, above average overall. Sides were solid too. Portion size of the chicken was kind of small too. Considering their normal policy is no courtesy cup of water but gave me the bottled water only because I threatened no business & bad Yelp review, they got my one pre-tax sale of about $15 (which should've been about $13 or so), but I wouldn't return here.

Charley's is a pretty good idea of a Philly cheese steak, in my opinion. Not the greatest, but good. I ordered online for pickup, and got a chicken cheese steak. Unfortunately, something I'd asked to be removed was on my sandwich, and something I'd asked for was missing. The cheese fries were good and had nothing wrong. I can't rate the service as I only picked up and that was fast. I would probably go back again, hoping they'd remove the peppers as asked.
