Came back again in Oct 2025 to get a sandwich. My dad ate here back in the 1950s so this is our go…read moreto spot for an Italian Sub. The sub is stuffed with good quality meats and cheese. Also tried the veggie panini and it was pretty darn tasty. Parking in the rear was full the night we stoped by but there were empty spaces in front along the street. I recognized that same guys working there as our stop a year ago so it's good to see the same people work there.

We visited a friend in Parkville yesterday. It had been a while since we saw her, so she ordered…read morepizza because she had a couple of free pies coming here way through their loyalty program. I had a slice of what was supposed to be black olive and green pepper (her daughter's favorite) but I'm pretty sure they used pickled jalapenos instead of green peppers. Normally I love pickled jalapenos, or jalapenos of any kind but these clashed with the olives, or something. Even her daughter thought that the flavor wasn't quite up to par. No wonder, pickled peppers taste nothing like green (bell) peppers. I also had a slice of bacon pizza, which looked covered in minced bacon, but also didn't hit for me the way a salty bacon pizza should. Jeremy stuck to the pepperoni and seemed satisfied with that. Though when he was told that he could have more, he did not have more. Personally I wouldn't return, but my friend really likes the food. She said that she's only ever had one bad sub from this place (it took me forever to figure out what the name of the place was because Palmisano's doesn't really roll off the tongue). Am I the only one who feels like if a place can't consistently provide delicious food, why bother? I rarely give second chances. There are far too many other take-out places to keep going back to one where you could possibly get something unsatisfactory.

I sat right in the parking lot , in my car and ate it. It was nice portions to be a kids meal. I finished everything but, my fries. Everything was delicious. I went with the cheeseburger and added bacon, plus all the toppings. It was flavorful and cooked just right. The fries came out hot and were well-seasoned. Plenty of parking. I walked in and had to wait since the person up front was handling phone orders. After maybe a few minutes a young lady appeared and asked if she could take my order. I ordered 2 breakfast platters, one with bacon and the other with sausage, but both with fried potatoes. Also it came with toast-butter and jelly. Once I got home, food was still hot and the portion size was to my liking. My husband and I enjoyed our platters. We might be back to try something different.

I then asked was the owner aware that she was closing 45 minutes early and she said it's just for today. Clearly didn't answer my question. However, when you get a good batch, the food here is great. My personal favorite is the fried chicken with Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. The portions are huge, and the prices are quite reasonable. The fried chicken is crispy and the Mac n cheese is perfect.

I normally visit Taste This' other location on 25th street, but that location is currently closed…read morefor repairs, so I ordered from the location on Harford Road. This location is much smaller than the other and parking isn't the greatest, but I ordered on Grubhub so it knew I would basically be in and out. When I arrived at the location, there were piles of snow on the sidewalk in front of the store. There was also a delivery van parked in front of the building. With so many patrons to in and out, navigating through all of the obstacles was a pain. A small but annoying inconvenience. When I walked into the building, I was surprised by how small it was inside. There were about four other patrons inside and more than five people working behind the counter. Definitely too many people in one location. But as I said, I ordered through Grubhub and was in and out. Taste This always serves massive amounts amounts of sides in their entrees, this trip was no exception. The sides are always seasoned perfectly and cooked well. The fried chicken had a great crunch, the turkey wings were falling off the bone and the salmon was cooked just right. My other issue were the buffalo wings. They fried the wings prior to tossing them in the sauce. They were soggy by the time I got them home which was unfortunate, because the flavor was excellent. All and all, large portions, good food, and friendly service.
