Had a Reuben sandwich at their stand at the Brew at the Zoo festival. It was marketed as "The Best Reuben Sandwich". I've had a lot of Reubens, and I have to say it was absolutely a top contender with great texture and flavor. The corned beef was sliced thin and was super tender and not too salty, the rye bread was toasted nicely, and the proportions of all ingredients made for a perfect flavor balance. That they were able to pull this off in a festival tent is remarkable. So kudos to them. The other food that was coming out also looked good. If I'm ever out in Dundalk I'll definitely be stopping by for another delicious Deli-ish Reuben. read more

This was my first time ordering from Deli-Ish and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. I've driven past this vendor multiple times in Dundalk, but never stopped in. So today I had a company luncheon and saw Deli-ish on the CaterNation sight. I looked over the menu and saw that they weren't too expensive, pretty much reasonable. Knowing I had Faculty with dietary needs, I reached out to a CaterNation agent if this vendor could alter any sandwich for a person who's gluten free and to my surprised they replied by saying the vendor could accommodate. A total WIN!! I placed my order for an arrival time of 1130 today ( 9/24/25), to my shocker they delivered the food 15 minutes earlier. Something I'm definitely not mad at. The delivery was helpful and very punctual. Another Win!! The lunch boxes were in a brown box (nothing special). On the inside they had the sandwich/wrap, a bag of kettle chips, and a little serving of coleslaw, with Mike's mustard and mayonnaise packets. The sandwich was HEFTY (in a good way) I ordered a roast beef and another coworker ordered a tuna wrap, which was also HEFTY. They were so hefty I couldn't finish it, I wrapped the remaining up for later. The roast beef was well done (I prefer medium), but I understand why it was well done, but it was still good. My coworker said her tuna was delicious and sweet. She said it tasted like they put sweet onions in the wrap and dill in the tuna salad. The kettle chips were good as always and cole slaw was okay not bland, but not sweet either. Again another win! Final verdict, I'll be ordering from them again!! read more

Deli-ish brought their truck to our church for a time of fellowship after our service. Service and menu were on point. Some ordered chicken tenders, Reuben's, Hot Dogs and I ordered their Classic NY Deli sandwich, with corned beef, pastrami, slaw , thousand island and Swiss cheese. I really enjoyed the flavor. We tried their food truck at an event in Anne Arundel County on a week night . We had the Classic New Yorkers and they were very good. The food trucks are a little pricier. We spent almost 40 bucks with one added French fry item. Only waited about 10 minutes. We had visited here once before and decided to enjoy a light meal there, mid-afternoon on a weekday. This restaurant was simply decorated, yet more than adequate. On the far side they were setting up boxed meals, a good way to promote their business. My husband had the corned beef on Rye, and all I wanted was some hot, fresh French fries. Both came out quickly.the sandwich was fresh, and the meat was very lean. A tasty one. My ff were cooked to order and more than enough for 2 adults. The reason for the 3 stars was because there were no prices listed anywhere that we could see. None on the board with all their offerings above the prep station. None at the cash register. All that came to our minds was: if you have to ask, you can't afford it. It was not a terrible shock when the young lady rang it up.$19.07. We still would like the knowledge of what they charge. What happened to this place? I entered an empty restaurant, placed am order for 1 Reuben sandwich. As I sat and waited I watched a few other people come in, the phone rang, it got busy. 20 minutes later I went to check on that Reuben. "It's coming" I'm told. Everyone else's food starts to come out. More orders processed, more food comes out, still no Reuben. Now late for my return to work I just asked for a refund. The cashier doesn't know how to process a refund. She gets some assistance and I get a "well it might show up Monday or Tuesday" and they go back to work. $19 wasted. 30 minutes gone, no lunch. Guess I'm done with Deli-ish. That's too bad. read more

Although there is plentiful meat the taste is similar to the Reuben available at some Giant Food stores. Also the bagged chips are cooked in lard. read more

This was our 4th time getting reuben's from this quiet hole in the wall, usually delicious but tonight it was awful, really awful! Burnt bread edges, corned beef rubbery and fatty, not appetizing at all. Maybe it's the dinner staff, maybe poor quality food, either way food is too expensive everywhere to waste your money here. Food compared to a fast food restaurant. The crabcake had a lot of bread in It and didn't have much flavor and the first one was burnt . The jalapeño poppers were the same thing you would get out of the regular frozen jalapeño popper. We also got something called the curly fryer that tasted a little better and it was more of a deli type sandwich. I gave it three stars for that sandwich. Favorites: Shrimp Salad Pilgrim (fall special) Buffalo Chicken Wrap Depending on who takes your order they get a little weird about modifications. Deli sides are not great... Everything I have tried here has been delicious! I love all the specials they come our with. This past time I got the crab and shrimp eggrolls to try before they are off the menu and they were better than I was expecting, the biggest problem was they were pretty dark so they could of been in the fryer less or cleaner oil. But the side are lost in quality " main example" Shrimp Mac and cheese over $5 for a small container of bland Mac and cheese with 4 shrimp that have a metal grill top taste that make the Mac taste like it. I have to admit, a NY-style deli is not what I would have expected to find in a mostly abandoned, dilapidated strip in Dundalk a couple of blocks off the water but here it was! The parking lot was one big pot hole and it looked like it was in the shell of an old corner store but the inside was quite modern and nice. It was very clean and had a lot of seating both at high tops and regular tables. It's counter service but they do bring your food to you. I had an excellent Reuben. This can be a messy, greasy sandwich but this one was neither. The bread was perfectly grilled, the sauerkraut was excellent and not too wet. The corned beef was flavorful yet lean. For the first time, I had a Reuben out that didn't fall apart as soon as I bit into it. The only odd detail is that my pickle came in a plastic baggie. Maybe they do mostly takeout. I thought the sandwich prices were good but they seemed a bit high for the area, which was mostly empty buildings. The location is also a bit of a hike from Baltimore City and County, probably due to being so close to the water, the route is pretty circuitous and there is no other reason to be in that area; the nearest small shopping center is a couple miles down the road. What I like best about this place is that it is out-of-place. I feel that the general Dundalk/Edgemere/Sparrows Point area has been uptrending and improving - and Deli-ish is helping to raise the tide. I was always curious about the food here, but until i was hungry and in the mood for a deli Reuben, AND spotted their sign---I caved to the temptation. The parking lot was full for Covid-Life - which is a great sign of something good. Inside, the facility was fresh, modern, clean and attractive. Lots of pictures and information about the proprietor. What I thought needed improvement was the value and speed. It took 15+ minutes to make a Reuben sandwich and there was only 2 customers in front of me, in line. I suspect they were in a rush to fill their catering order, which they were obviously working on that day. The sandwich came with a deli pickle and boutique kettle potato chips for $12ish. The corned beef was very thinly sliced (good) but not as stacked (bad) as I would have liked. For the money spent, it was a fair and reasonable value -- that left me still a little bit hungry for more. The quality and taste was well above average but I would not say that my socks were knocked off. My suggestion to the restaurant (if they read this), is to offer a near at-cost upgrade (so the customer doesn't feel like they're paying for two sandwiches). A big eater, such as myself, could get a sandwich with a dizzying stack of meat to increase the happiness--the bottom line profit margin (not percentage margin) would be the same but customer happiness would boost. I would try again but wouldn't go out of my way. read more

Discovered this place by way of Facebook. They tantalized my eyes and taste buds with their fall special "The Pilgrim Pride". If you're a turkey and stuffing person like myself then this sandwich is for you!!!!! The sandwich is composed of roast turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, all topped with hot gravy I'm excited just writing about it. The sandwich is a nice size and easily two servings if your not feeling greedy. I also grabbed a shrimp salad wrap (huge shrimp and seasoned just right). Was so excited to find this hidden spot and was delighted when I checked out their website, where they advertise that they sell their sandwich meats by the pound, and beef salami was included! It is not easy to find cured meats that are not pork, and I immediately drove over to get some. I ordered the president sandwich and asked about the beef salami. Unfortunately, the employee helping me had no idea what I was talking about and upon half-heartedly asking the other girls working up front with her, they said they didn't know what I was talking about and never had beef salami. Super disappointing!! I hope they'll start stocking this or update their website so other patrons don't make a wasted trip based on outdated or incorrect offerings listed. We were in the area two weeks in a row getting a used car and greatly enjoyed our takeout meal from this restaurant last week - my husband loved the mozzarella sticks and I enjoyed my Heritage Special (messy but delicious). Today though...not so much. It took at least five minutes of waiting at the register for anyone to acknowledge us. We ordered the mozzarella sticks again, and the Merritt Blvd Hit. After 15 minutes of waiting while other people came and went with their orders, they told us they didn't have any mozzarella sticks. There aren't a lot of vegetarian options, so my husband ended up with the kids grilled cheese. It took another 15 minutes before our food was finally ready, while multiple people came, ordered, and left. I definitely can't recommend the Merritt Blvd - it looked like someone had attempted to grill it but only on one side, so half of the sandwich was warm and half was cold. It only had a tiny bit of blue cheese and it was only at the bottom of the wrap, and there was only one small piece of tomato. I'd say our first visit was a 4 and this one was a zero, so I'll give them a two. We won't be back. read more

I just tried this place recommended by a coworker. I ordered a fried crab cake and a large chocolate chip cookie for deliver. It only took 20-25 minutes for delivery. The prices are a tad high but I don't mind paying more for better tasting food in this area. The crab cake was a generous portion filled with crab. The meal cake with homemade chips. I loved them. I appreciate the lack of salt so if you like salt you better ask for it. It also comes with a pickle. Once I gave a $3 tip the lunch was $19. For a crab cake, chips, pickle and cookie it wasn't cheap but it was delicious. The only issue I had was I asked for tarter sauce and I got none. I called and she said she'll tell the owner. Ordered two specials of hot roast beef tonight for myself and husband. Advertised with mashed potatoes. My husband picked up the order. No mashed potatoes, but fries. No gravy on the fries. For that matter, minimal gravy on hot roast beef. It was roast beef on top of two slices of dry bread. Also ordered two chocolate chip cookies. They were burnt on bottom and too hard to chew. Not pleased with food, at all. Messaged establishment. They apologized. Explained they sold a lot of specials and ran out of mashed potatoes. Was told we should have been told this upon ordering. We were not. They said we would be credited $6.00. We spent close to $17 with taxes. Guess that was a good trade for bad food. We give them lots of business. Recommend them to family and friends. My suggestion is to stop selling the special, instead of compromising the quality of the food. Will be awhile before we return again. read more

We've driven past this place before and finally decided to try it out. I'm giving it 3 stars just because food isnt always the only thing to judge on - you must feel welcome and comfortable in an atmosphere to willingly come back. The Pros: * clean, up to date environment * great food for being "just a lunch meat shop". We got 2 different sandwiches and fried pickles. The fried pickles were so delicious (no pun intended) * Fast food The cons: * my husband and i were the ONLY guests in this building when we walked in, with 3 employees standing at the front on their phones. We were not greated at all by any of them. * every time i tried to ask a question, the employees had to look up from their phones to answer them. They even stared into them WHILE i asked my questions. While the food was great, i was uncomfortable and unwelcomed the whole time we were there. It was an awkward event. read more

Cheesesteak is better than good, most things are above average. Haven't had anything GREAT yet; however, the place seems to do a whole lot very well. Absolutely worth the trip.
