It's really hit or miss. Sometimes the burgers are spot on and awesome. Other times they smell and taste like chemicals. Sometimes the fries are bangin, sometimes they're too salty or gross to consume at all. At those inflated 5Guys prices, I expect the food to be consistent and you know, EDIBLE, every time. Food was good, as always. But the management of the restaurant continues to be a huge disappointment. Ordered online, confirmed arrival, then watched as customer after customer ordered at the counter and received their food first. Waited over 30 minutes after arriving. Terrible. Simply terrible. Burgers are top tier, milkshakes are amazing, fries (Cajun or regular) are delicious and fresh. Freestyle coke machine is a plus.

This was a good establishment, food came out fast and was not messed up. The place was clean and it gave that local 5 guys feel inside.

We eat here quit often. But we had the worst food in a long time. I only have to assume it was the people working there yesterday. The burgers were put together very sloppy. I asked for grilled peppers and onions and I got raw pepper and onions. Looks like they just through them on and wrapped. Same for my wife's burger - she didn't get exactly what she wanted for toppings and again it seems like it was thrown together. It was 2 simple burgers, not sure why it would have been hard. Also my kids got grilled cheeses and they even tasted different. The fries were super salty. I'm a fan of seasoning but that wasn't edible. Lastly the sodas were flat. My only guess was the machines weren't working properly. One machine did not work at all. There were no straws to top it off. Only gave one star because the man cleaning the floors and windows was really nice and friendly. Next time I'll go to McDonald's. read more

Tbh it's a hit or miss with this location in Calvert county. But let me tell u something this is the last straw when I got home and got my food my sandwich was out the aluminum foil and half my sandwich was at the bottom of the bag. This is acceptable. I then called the store some employee not the manger answered the phone acting like a manger and the puts me on hold. To speak with a manger. This location used to be A1 on point. I can't believe they can charge $5.69 for a regular fry and $2.99 for a medium drink( which looks like a small). Then $10.69 for a cheeseburger! On top of that I waited for 15 min plus after calling the order in. People coming off the street were getting their orders before mine. read more

If you are at all familiar with American fast-food burger joints, then you already know about Five Guys. It is arguably the top burger joint in the United States. The burgers are made to order and cooked fresh, and the french fries are hand-cut and fresh as well. Not to mention the fact that a single order of fries will feed about three people. This particular Five Guys is located in a crowded Shopping Center so parking can sometimes be difficult at peak hours. The staff is efficient and very friendly. The only reason this particular day they did not get 5 stars was due to a messy and dirty restroom. Probably hard to keep them clean during the busy lunch hour, but still that's what separates the five stars from the four stars, right? read more

Today, I ordered from this location (accidentally - totally my fault for not checking). Went to pick up from the location I thought I ordered from. Obviously, my order was not received. I call this location and tell them I'm 25 mins away and to donate the food since I won't be coming to get it. The manager calls back and said she'd called the location I was at and asked them to make the food. They did. Props to both locations! read more

This place is garbage for online ordering. The food is good, so we keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it's always a disaster. Our orders have routinely not been ready until at least 15 minutes after our scheduled pick-up time. Par for the course in Prince Frederick though. Last 2 orders was really bad, please check your bag before leaving the parking lot. They steady give out the wrong burger and sometimes your burgers are completely missing if you order more than 3. Due to Covid-19 I prefer not the check my food in the restaurant before leaving but now I must check in my car before leaving and yup that means moving the fries around to get to the burgers! read more

We ordered before we got there so our food could be ready soon and we could eat. We walked in 10 mins. later and they still hadn't put our burgers on the grill with only one customer there (wasn't busy at all). I had to tell the lady behind the counter there were no papertowels in the bathroom and to top it off the tables were dirty. All of them had crumbs, stains or peanut shells on them. I noticed the back of my chair was sticky when I pulled it out and my husband's shirt literally stuck to the back of his chair when he got up to get our order when it was done. Was not impressed with this 5 guys! We walk in the lAdy looked annoyed to wait on us, then took 10 minutes to order. Order was wrong we asked for it to be corrected and they gave us bacon in napkins. Bags of potatoes and oil sitting in dining room. On top of everything the floor was so slippery and oily. Not my cup of tea. Go to Annapolis or Edgewater so much better!!! read more

Five Guys is top notch fast-casual food, and this location is great. It's almost never that busy, so you get your food quickly. The staff is very friendly and it's always very clean. They always dump more fries in the bag as well, which is a plus. The food is, of course, fantastic. The burgers are delicious and cooked to perfection, and the fries are salty and not too greasy.
