I ordered a regular Philly steak and added mushroom onion with the bread toasted on both sides of the buns. what I got was a soggy bread that was falling apart, It was Luke warm and had no taste. Growing up with family in Philly & visiting, I judge my cheesesteaks pretty hard... Jerry's was great! I got a regular Philly Cheesesteak, and it was comparable! Probably the closest thing to a really Philly one I've had! It only took a few minutes for them to get our order to us. I definitely want to also try the pizza next time! read more

Use to be a bunch of young kids working here they didn't care how they fixed your food Well now there are new owners that have purchased the restaurant the lady said that it's family that works there. we left MOD across the street cause after waiting for 15 minutes we still had not placed an order and probably 80% of the people still had not gotten food. We went to Jerrys, ordered a large meat lovers and were in and out in 10 minutes. Server even comped us a couple of brownies! read more

As far as the atmosphere, cleanliness, and quality, this is on par with the other Jerry's. However, it seems the small pizza is getting smaller and smaller. The reason for the 2 stars is the t.v. channel selection. I wanted to jam pencils into my ears. They chose a day-time talk show called "the real." The nonstop screaming/cheering was horrible. I just had to wolf down my pizza as fast as possible to get out of there. In a way, I guess it's good it was a smaller pizza. read more

This is not Jerry Sub anymore! I purchased a steak and cheese sub, wedge fries and a drink. The cup is unmarked and smaller then normal, the fries were pre measured is a grocery store plastic sandwich baggie, I watched the owner (older Woman) drop the bag on the Floor and still put them in the fryer!! After cooked again in unmarked bag and the sub was horrible!! No meat no meat and no meat!! Save your money and get a sub elsewhere. Ps the carpet, floor and bathrooms are disgusting!! ceilings around the air vents are dirty and black mold! read more

I order takeout regularly from them I call them directly and not through any app - I found it easier that way. Plus I like that they always have my previous order listed under my number because I usually order the same thing and don't need to go through the whole "toppings" for everyone's sub thing... Love that they offer gluten free bread. Gives those with allergies the opportunity to experience their subs. Way too greasy on the pizza. Too much grease, not enough flavor, pizza wasn't cut all the way through and hard to pull apart without ripping the pizza. This place was a disgusting mess. Ordered food for my family. The hamburger sub was clearly marked ketchup, mustard and pickles. What I got was gobs of mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, a dab of ketchup and a dab of mustard. The sub was just slapped together and when you picked it up lettuce and tomatoes were falling out. I first tried scraping everything off of the sub roll but it was too messy that I ended up using hamburger rolls that I had at home and remade the sandwich. The fries were sparse and cooked hard. The Italian sub was loaded with lettuce that overpowered the taste of the meat and the steak and cheese was unremarkable. I don't that I will be ordering from them again. read more

Initially we tried the pizza. Was less than impressive. Also didn't help that when we tried to order a Hawaiian type pizza for the kids the staff came back a bit rude with "We don't put fruit on our pizzas." Having never eaten at a Jerry's before, unsure if this is something that is universally known among those that frequent the establishment. Recently we decided to try again - but go for the subs this go around. I ordered a Pepperjack Cheesesteak sub. It was good, but there was a bit of inconsistency on the amount of meat put on the sandwich. My husband received far more on his than I did. The low ratio of meat caused there to be too much bun. We will try again. I am a strong believer in giving a restaurant another chance (unless it is just God-awful which this wasn't.) read more

The new owners are not to friendly. If you have a young child looking for work, this is not the place. They only allow working for cash. They will not set up for taxes to become an employee... when I asked about it, they stopped calling her to come to work... after 2 nights. A 1099 can be issued after making 600$, but that's not a way to start out for kids.. and if they got hurt, they are not responsible. I'll never give them my money again since they obviously do not know what a phone is. read more

Honestly I would prefer gas station food.. the fries had an awful odor and the pizza was undercooked. The cookies sold were bought from Safeway and sold for 3 dollars for 3 cookies. Like really?!? The mozzarella sticks weren't bad though. Also the cook had a very sour attitude although, The worker on the register was very professional. Food took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to us. This was 20 minutes past the approximate time quoted on the app. They forgot to pack the salad and the food was cold. When I nicely told the driver his response was to tell me a story about one of their drivers taking home a special bag to keep the food warm and being short this bag. He apologized and that was all. I am not impressed with their food delivery or customer service. My sister-in-law has gotten delicious cheesesteaks from them before. Maybe their food would be good if hot. We stopped here on the way to the bay, and really enjoyed the pizza! It arrived quickly and the crust was the perfect mix of crispy and chewy and was quite flavorful. There was a good ratio of toppings to cheese, with a generous amount of sauce. It was delicious with the free add-on banana peppers. Very satisfying! I will definitely go again. read more

I like the food but they truly take so long to make it. There have been three separate occasions where I have ordered a simple sandwich and it gets messed up. Last time we went, one of our subs was given to someone else and he ate it. 15 minutes go by and we go to ask and they say oh that man took it. Crazy. Jerry's was decent as far as fast food goes, we only ate there once, and had subs. The restaurant was clean, the food was good and hot, and we didn't wait too long for them to have it ready. I am sure we will stop in for another sub, next time the mood strikes. If I am pressed for time, and need some fast food, this isn't a bad choice. read more

I LOVE your food, but I continuously order the same veggie sandwich with no mushroom and almost every single time there's a handful of mushrooms on it. I'm seriously about to stop ordering because the sight and smell of mushrooms makes me gage. I hate picking off a large amount of mushrooms everytime I want a good vegetarian sub.
