I kept it basic and got my usual which was their version of a Meat lovers pizza, believe it was called meat me up. Mannnnn this was absolutely delicious. I got half the pizza drizzled in hot honey, and the other half drizzled in balsamic glaze. I favored the balsamic but both were so good. The toppings tasted premium to me and were plentiful. I ordered the burnbox and the seafood scampi today. The only issue I had with their purportedly "healthy " pizza is that it is super greasy. But besides that, they are also super delicious! I enjoyed the burnbox the best. It has a delicious spicy sauce that has a kick but not too much. It also has pepperoni and milder jalapeños. Flavor wise, it was one of the best pizzas I have tried. The seafood scampi was good in its own right. Not as good as the burnbox but I liked it too. It has a nice garlic sauce with shrimp and crab and tomatoes. At that point I was rather upset and then handed over the phone to my husband she then hung up the phone on him. I really feel that the 2 employees that I spoke with appeared to be under trained and unexperienced. Load up your pizza with toppings and make sure to hit it with the pesto sauce at the end. I'm highly disappointed in the wings. They were cold and extremely soft. They bake the wings instead of frying them. Also the buffalo sauce did not taste like buffalo at all. I know franks red hot from anywhere because I put that ish on everything. I ordered a pizza through the BurnBox app and not only was it not even started upon arrival 20 minutes later I still had to wait for customers in line ordering pizza there before mine was started. Brought issue to sales associate (Dom) and was informed this is the norm when they are backed up. There's a STACK of to-go pizzas and the staff is expected to just sort thru them when people come in. They need more training and probably a scannable code on the boxes to put orders together. Went to BB for the first time today and i must say it was VERY good. I was surprised there weren't more people there, but I attributed it to the weather being nice. The staff was cool, the facility was very clean. We ordered lemon pepper wings, the meat me up and alfredo's wife. Everything was tasty. AF was good, I added oregano and parmesan with garkic drizzle. Perfect. The MMU was superb. The crust on both wasnt too thick or thin. We ate there, because to me pizza is best right out of the oven. The wings were seasoned very well. I walked in around 6pm for pickup. There were People in line but not too busy. Picked up my order and was out in mere minutes. I ordered the Meat Me Up Pizza , Naked Wings and The Crab Overload Salad. One thing about me and pizza-we have a close kinship. I am not a pizza expert but I know what I like. My Brother worked at a pizza parlor for years when I was younger so I have sampled a wide variety of pizza's(Wait. This is probably where my carb addiction started). But I digress. Thr food was FANTABULOUS!!! This particular style of pizza is the kind that I love! To my surprise, the Naked Wings had just enough seasoning to tantalize my tastebuds(You know I love the seasonings!) I've passed by this establishment many times and decided to try them out. I've seen mixed reviews, but it's always good to make your own assessment. The ambiance is nice if you want to dine in. I ordered one of their special pizzas and some wings. The first time visiting, it wasn't bad, however, not that punch that would make me want to go back, unfortunately. The service was good, however, they only had one person doing all the tasks. My daughter enjoyed it, and wanted to try again. Second time around, it was a disaster. This time there were several workers. The problem started with the host. She didn't understand much English, so we repeatedly had to say the order, before another worker came over to take it. Then we ordered separately the same as before.. pizza and wings. Once my daughter's order was ready, she asked for ranch on her pizza. The container was pretty much empty, while the worker continued to try and drizzle the ranch, it burst on one side with a big clump of ranch. I guess he thought that was ok and acceptable?? At this time, she asked for a refund. Well to say, they ended up screwing that one up too. The cashier claimed he did a refund, but the receipt had my name?? When we paid separately. The only thing that took one star away was a couple of employees more interested in being on phones than attending to customers. I get it, it's hard finding good help. It's a shame the owners seem to put so much into making this establishment succeed, only to have some inattentive employees turn off customers. I stood at the register for a min and the young lady in front of it proceeded to turn her back to me and continue attending to her phone. She eventually walked off. They were pretty slow this night (I was the only customer when I came in) and overstaffed so it wasn't as though there was an excuse. I go sit down at one of the tables , because her reaction made me think I must need to pay when it comes out. Another employee calls my name from the ticket and I go up to the register to pay. I then inform her that I was ready to pay moments ago but her coworker turned away from me. I could tell she was trying to make up for it once I said something but geez. I won't say I will not return because that just wouldn't be fair to the business but maybe this can be constructive feedback. We ordered plain Jane ( cheese ) $9.95 and a meats pizza $12.95 Both are 11 inches we also ordered 16 wings Honey Lemon Pepper $22.95 Service was quick although based on the reviews we came expecting a wait.
