I don't think this is solely attributed to them being newly opened and garnering an overwhelming number of customers, as much as there appear to be lots of areas of opportunity for increased and improved training from the management who don't seem like they have a great handle on things, the front of the house that often aren't the friendliest and are easily confused with taking fairly simple and straight forward orders, and lastly the kitchen team making the food and drinks inconsistently. I hope things are smoothed out for them in a year or 2 but zaxbys is on the pricier side to have as many issues as Waldorf's location has been having.
