Not sure if these are all high schoolers working, but they need to do better. The girl at the register wasn't bad but the others were just casually on their phone. I ordered a green smoothie and two pastries. The green smoothie I got was just full of ice pieces which made my smoothie not so smooth. The girl that made it was just sitting behind the girl on the register, and took forever to actually get up and make something so simple. Anywho I def won't be back here, but that prob explains why it was so empty. Likely in need of new management. I truly should've gotten my money back because it absolutely wasn't worth it read more

The ciabatta cheesesteak tastes very good - with a nice blend of steak, cheese and peppers. It may be my go-to choice from now on. The broccoli and cheddar soup was solid as well. The service could be improved however. Saying hello and thank you to the checkout guy meant nothing as he didn't acknowledge my greetings and treated as a mere transaction to vanquish as soon as possible. I also was a bit disappointed that all I ordered was the sandwich and, while they didn't ask me if I wanted a half or full sandwich or a combo, they went ahead and charged me for the large and combo. I also asked for a broccoli and cheddar soup with bread. I meant the bread bowl, but I guess I got what I asked for - a bowl of the soup in a container and a piece of bread. I wish they would clarify your order like so many places that care about the quality of the service they provide. read more

We normally have a great experience here. Not today. We walked in and it was a bit chaotic so I decided to use the app and place my order. I completed my order and was given a pickup time for 12:16. It was 12:01 when I ordered. We sat inside to wait. When the app notified me my order was ready I went to the rapid pickup wall and my order was not there. I asked the cashier he went to check the back and got a manager. The manager took over and went looking even asked me to check the board for my name. I let her know my order was ready at 12:16 and it was now 12:28. She said oh no, as another customer stated he just saw someone walk out with bags off the rapid wall, but he was "minding his business", ignorant to say the least. He should have definitely said something. The manager then proceeded to remake the order, hurriedly, although I appreciate her fast acting I don't like that my order was thrown together. This was an inconvenience but could be avoided if the rapid area was monitored. Shame on whoever walked out with other peoples orders. Although the restaurant was packed the ambiance was chill and clean. read more

This should be a better pricing on the two for two deals. Doesn't really explain it on the menu not happy with that.

First off the customer service at this location was outstanding and the new menu has many new items will make eating at Panera so much more enjoyable. Several new salads are great and prices are reasonable. Service on the drive thru could be faster. read more

Just left this establishment, which I will not return to. I rarely leave reviews and don't care to leave negative ones. After expressing my concern about the oatmeal and its preparation, chunks that had been broken and placed in the cup and dryness of it, which is the second time in a week. The manager "Tim" as he wanted me to know, defended it and made excuses opposed to attempting to rectify it. Let's say as a manager "Tim" is beyond unprofessional making himself a spectacle shouting "My name is Tim" while holding up to bottles of tea. I'd say avoid the new and shining building based on the service, quality and horrible management, he was a poor representation of the brand. read more

It's been YEARS since I've had Panera Bread. This was my first visit to this location and the menu had a lot more items than I remember from 10+ years ago. What we had: PEPPERONI FLATBREAD PIZZA - Bland. Oregano, basil and a crispier crust would've set this off. MACARONI AND CHEESE - Decent in a pinch. GODDESS COBB CHICKEN SALAD - Yummy. SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH - Not horrible, but I was hoping for much more flavor. POTATO CHIPS - I'm usually not a fan of kettle chips, but these were tolerable. OATMEAL RAISIN WITH BERRIES COOKIE - Delicious. My favorite part of the meal. CHARGED LEMONADE (2) - We tried all the flavors. Fruity and refreshing. The meal wasn't cheap. Notes: RESTROOM - Gross PARKING - Lot SERVICE - Polite OPTIONS - Plentiful PRICE - Pricey __ I eat. @f.hux I thrift. @DCthriftish read more

Panera Bread 3070 Technology Pl, Waldorf, MD 20603 I ordered a steak & cheese, 2 cookies, 2 soups, and turkey bravo sandwich. I call myself checking the bag. There was 1 hot sandwich and 1 cold 2 soups and 2 chips. I failed to check for cookies. I get home I eat the soup first. My wife asked, "They didn't give you the dip that usually comes with it". I said, "Well I don't use it anyway". The reason I didn't get the dip because they gave me the wrong sandwich and no cookies. I called and no answer. I drove all the way back pretty upset. I get there, the manager is at the register. I told him I don't know what sandwich this is, but it's not the steak & cheese. The manager took the sandwich and just walked to the back. I asked the cashier, "What's going on am I getting a new sandwich or what, he just walked away"? She said, "He told them to make you a new one". After my sandwich was cooked the cashier just handed me the bag". What kind of courtesy training are they teaching managers? There was no apology, no offering something courtesy for my inconvenience, no nothing, but take the sandwich and go. Customer Service has gone down the drain! I will not return, and I encourage everyone I know and reading this to go somewhere else. read more

here it is two years later and same result. I ordered a salad and sandwich two and a half weeks ago. Sandwich was awful and the salad had nothing but Lettuce stalk. No lettuce at all. I thought maybe I'd tried again and got a Greek salad and added chicken and lobster. Again, not one piece of lettuce and the salad was so watery!! I was there just a few days ago, and there was an employee whose name I do not know. She was servicing it, disabled woman who appeared to have multiple sclerosis and possibly other disabilities. She helped the lady to her table, filled the drinks for her, brought her her food, and asked if she needed help eating. This alone was enough for me to know that that employee needs to be praised for her amazing work ethic. read more

I ordered the Italiano. It was good but instead of black forest ham it needs cappacuolo and tomatoes. I had mine cold instead of hot.

The food was as expected as in any Panera. However, in the Waldorf store the menu for the lunch is on the other side and you cannot see it while you're ordering/paying at the breakfast side. So if you're trying to order a salad with your bagels, so you can eat Panera for the day. You can't see the menu when you're ordering. Why is this? The girl at the register trying to be fast since she was the only person on a register taking orders. When she realized I couldn't see the menu on the other side she made no offer to accommodate. So no salad was ordered for lunch. She took my pymt for the bagel only. The menu changes regularly and I needed to see a menu to decide. Was not getting back online. Do better Panera.... read more

Same customer was made feel that it was a nuisance for that employee to refill the coffee containers, like he wasnt hired to do said job.
