Looking back, I probably should have left then, but I was hungry, so I stayed. Once seated, I asked for the crab dip, only to find out they no longer had it. I then ordered the lamb chops, which I had enjoyed during my previous two visits. This time, however, they came out extremely pink and undercooked. I was shocked. The waitress told me they "don't cook them well done," but offered to take them back and have them cooked a little longer. Unfortunately, when they returned, they were still pink/red and literally bleeding. The waitress then said she was going to get "Mama" from the back. I told her that wasn't necessary if the restaurant simply does not prepare lamb chops well done anymore. I was very disappointed and didn't realize things had changed over the last few months. My advice: don't share it--get your own slice. It was that good. The coffee was excellent as well and was the perfect way to finish the meal. We can't wait to return. The food here is consistently amazing, and the service is top-notch. What really stood out was the teamwork among the staff. You don't just have one server taking care of you.
