Similarly, the rice and the beans were bland. If they just added some seasoning, I would have loved everything. But I did like it enough to make a return trip eventually. We sat at the table closest to the hostess stand and I couldn't help but notice him speaking and being kind to everyone else who was not black that he sat. The bright spot is there is a very young man who works at the stand checking people out who was an absolute doll and I could tell he was kind of overcompensating for his colleagues rudeness. Perfect blend of vinegar infused with the pork and the coleslaw took me to the moon. The chicken wings were fresh, hot, and their mumbling sauce was relatively good.
