The store is filthy and disgusting, the floors are nasty and there is stuff all over the workstations. I placed an online order. Got to the location and there was only one employee working who wasn't even in uniform. There was also another customer waiting who had to place their order at the register because both iPads were "down". The employee started working on my order and then stopped to help the other customer who decided to pay with cash. The employee took the cash from the customer with gloves on and then went back to making orders with the same gloves on. Then one of the cookies wasn't finished and the employee didn't even know where the icing was. I thought this Crumbl was doing better but clearly not. It's disgusting and I will never return. They would be better off closing this location

One of the worst Crumbl locations! The parking lot is extremely crowded with very limited parking in front of the store. So you'll need to park and make your way through all the vehicles to go inside. They rarely have all of their cookies in stock on the ordering app, and the cookies are not cooked well at all. I ordered the cookies & cream cookie today and got home to open it and find that the cookie was completely burnt. I would definitely recommend you skip this location and visit a different one somewhere else.

The new Crumbl Cookies located in the Waldorf Park Center is a perfect addition to the sinful treat options for SoMD treat lovers. This location recently opened, so there was a line that extended outside. No worries, the CC crew handled this quickly and respectfully. Speaking of the crew, each member was polite and CC appears to be a fun place to work. This cookie shop was very clean and orders are handled via self serve tablets. Cookies are made to order and orders take just a few minutes. So here's the "skinny", If you like cookies or have a sweet tooth, Crumbl is a good option. Checkout the photos.

So happy for have Crumbl in Charles County. We were driving all the way ro Anne Arundel Co. The staff here is always friendly and knowledgeable. Cookies are always fresh. Store is always clean.

This is what it was supposed to look like: not what I received.

Lemon glaze cookie! I am extremely disappointed in the cookies I received. I went earlier in the week and had an amazing experience. The cookie matched the advertising. Yet today, I return order the same cookie and notice when I got to the car and noticed the cookie lacked the glaze or lemon. So I return to the store and explain to the staff my concern. The young man took the cookies back as he agreed then came back and said oh it has the glaze. I show him the display and the cookies I received the other day. He basically said it, is what it is. So I called the store to speak to alleged manager. She said to bring them back tomorrow because they all look like the ones given.

You already know. I'm a recovering carboholic. I have a love-love relationship with carbs(not really a love-hate). But I digress. I have seen the Crumbl sign but I really did not know much about it. My Boss gave me a gift card for Christmas so I finally decided to go by and check it. First impression is that it is a very popular place. The shop is not very large but there is a line inside. You can order online or in store. The young Lady at the front was very nice as I was a first timer. I decided to go with the Snickerdoodle cookie. The cookies are huge! The place is very, bright, clean and very white. As I I understand it, they have five or six choices for cookies that change weekly. I decided to try the Snickerdoodle. Now, I can see what the fuss is about. The cookie was delicious, soft and tasty. Big enough to share with my Daughter and 2 small Grandsons. This is going to be a real problem because now I want to try them all! Yall pray for me because I have to pace myself. Okay Crumbl. I like‍.

Always great for any occasions, service quick and polite. Cookies are the best in town

Cookie I ordered and wasn't available! Haven't received refund yet !

This is one of the worst crumbl locations. It is 15mins from my house and I rather drive 30-45min to another location if I want to get crumbl! I frequent crumble to take cookies in to the office/work This location always and I mean always run out of something every single week . Either production is slow or they just flat out don't have it. Customer service is lacking you have get the staffs attention in order for them to acknowledge you . I put my order in online went to pick it up I get there and they tell me they don't have 4 out of 6 cookies I ordered. Fine , So I ask for a refund the young lady informed that she is unable to do a refund and she would have to send a text message and a picture to her manager. I didn't feel like going back and forth! Please tell me way staff members are unable to preform refunds and there was no manager or supervisor or team lead there to do so? I have yet to receive my refund so this location has charged me for something I never received!

Inside of the establishment, there are drinks, pastries, and snacks. The building itself is also pretty big, so nobody is on top of each other. There is plenty of space for everyone. I unintentionally waited last minute to order a ton of food (enough for 15) for an International Galantines event I was invited to attend. Not only was I impressed by the fact that they said yes to my order, but it was done on time, stayed hot throughout the 45 min drive, and tasted soooo delicious !!!! I ordered 12 chicken, and 12 cheese tamales; and 24 empanadas. My food was the first to disappear and the ladies kept mentioning how good it was! So grateful to have authentic food nearby. I will definitely be back!

I know enough Spanish to speak to a 4 year old, so I was way out of my league! I noticed upon arrival that they have some baked good, grocery goods, and apparently hot dishes given there were a few tables where people were actively eating. I just kind of strolled around for a minute looking lost. There is no one readily available to help people like me with the deer-in-headlights look. I had hoped to try an empanadas but it seemed intimidating so I strolled over to the shelves where there were various breads, pastries and cookies. I was still a bit lost because I first saw people with trays and grabbing breads but I thought they might be employees. But after wandering in another circle I noticed a lady grabbing a tray and tongs. I then saw the little sign that said to use the trays and tongs for the baked goods. I then followed the lady and managed to grab a few items. I had hoped for some cupcakes or donuts but saw neither. I did however get a cheese danish, a couple of cookies and a couple of breads. The items I got were pretty good and the bread was fairly soft. I certainly wasn't disappointed in any of the items I grabbed, I only wished there were a few other sweet items and a better system to better understand how best to navigate the store. But all things considered, the baked goods were good enough that I may very well be back to sample other items.

But I finally made it! I ordered a chicken Philly with onions, sweet peppers, and mayo. I've tried a Philly cheesesteak in Philadelphia several times before and wanted to see how this compared. The portion size was huge. Definitely enough for two meals. The meat was also thoroughly seasoned, but a little dry. Not a lot of cheese, which was disappointing. I was looking for the ooey gooey cheesy cheesesteak that I've seen on tv and food shows so many times before. This wasn't it. But it wasn't bad. Be prepared for long lines and long wait times. I really like the pager system he has, which allows you to wait in your car until your food is ready. He also has a variety of toppings including mayo, mustard, ketchup, onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms and more. I'd go back, but next time I would like to try the water ice. I was torn between giving 3 or 4 stars and decided to go with 4 due to the large portion size and taste of the food. I think it makes a difference if you don't have a reference point for Philly cheesesteaks. Without comparing it to what I tried before it was pretty good.

Huge shoutout to Kevin and Josiah for making our visit such a great experience

A very disappointing experience…read more Last night, September 28, at 9:45 p.m., I arrived to purchase a couple of Cold Stone's signature creations. Unfortunately, and much to my surprise, the young man informed me that they were no longer mixing ice cream. He explained that I could purchase a flavor and that he could place the mix-ins in a separate cup. At that point, I realized that everything had already been dismantled and put away. This was disheartening... disheartening because the staff appeared to have closed up shop prematurely; disheartening because of the time, gas, and effort wasted trying to patronize a local favorite; and disheartening because it only takes one instance of poor customer service for customers like me to stop considering a store as a future option. If customer dissatisfaction continues at our local businesses, those businesses will lose customers, eventually close, and our community will ultimately lose options. To that end, as I resorted to purchasing ice cream from the nearby Safeway, two other young women stopped to ask about my experience at Cold Stone. They then shared that they had been turned away altogether. I hope management/ownership takes note and understands that low or nonexistent sales during the final hour of business at this location may have nothing to do with foot traffic. Instead, they may be the result of limited options, disregard for customers, and other questionable practices. Recommendation level: As it pertains to the final hour of business, proceed with caution!

Really delicious cupcakes!…read more I have seen several reviews of this place on my Instagram feed so I decided to check them out. The cupcakes are made to order, so go browse some of the other shops while you wait for your order to be finished. I came in the middle of the day, on a weekday, and my order was ready in about 10 minutes, as there were a few other orders in front of mine. The cupcakes are $6 to $7 a piece, depending on the flavor. I ordered the Butterfinger, lemon crunch banana pudding, and cinnabon flavored cupcakes. The cake itself was moist and spongy, just like a good cupcake should be. The frosting was perfectly sweetened with a generous amount of the respective namesake toppings. The cinnabon flavor even had a little mini cinnamon bun on top. If you're not paying by card, it might be a good idea to bring exact change. They didn't have exact change the day I visited and seemed to assume I wouldn't mind the difference, even though it was close to a dollar. I ended up leaving a few extra dollars, plus that change, as a tip, but if you prefer to receive your full change, it's something to keep in mind.
