Super poor service. Last time I will go. I asked for a Berry Berry Berry add bananas. I am a very clear speaker and the young lady, after telling her my order twice didnt get it so turned to a fellow associate for help. The young man asked what I wanted. I pointed to the menu next to my shoulder and lingered on it as I said what my order was again. Then the young man told her to go ahead. She wasn't very strong and as I ordered a medium I was taken aback when she put like a small.scoop on the ice tray. I saw another order being made and the guy was making a medium too. It was huge by comparison. I pointed this out and the girl told me that she had yet to smoosh hers down. I'm 6'3" and looking down she was way way off. She finished my order and saw i was not happy. Aside from that she didn't ask me about the container I wanted but I wanted a cone. She assumed and gave me a cup. Then I paid and took the cup but it was slopped all over the outside and I got crap all o er my hands. She didn't care. I know labor is hard to come by but this was above and beyond poor and also borderline incompetent. I am writing this from my car on a cool 54 degree evening in May at 7:30. So sad. One last thing. My daughter's favorite place for ice cream. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Parking is adequate but the lot can get kind of tight.

I've been enjoying cold stone since the store opened, but today 08/10 @9:00 pm the service was horrible. The lady in front of me that was waiting on a pick up received her bag and asked the young man for spoons and he told her they were out. They were not out because everyone else in line got a spoon. The young man had an attitude with the next customer also and just kind of threw the bag on the tray. After waiting in line for a while, I told the young lady I placed an online order for pick up @ 8:44 and she made the order and then handed me the ice cream as if I was eating it in the store...it was an order to go so my expectation was to have a lid on my ice cream and the waffle bowl on the side and in a bag, like I received it every other time. She wasn't rude or anything, but the atmosphere in the store was already negative..so I just left and truely regret giving a tip when I ordered it online. read more

Just got ice cream took a bit cause the girls had online orders and a guy just walked by without asking if I was helped. The girls seemed nice but I got home and tried it seemed like something was missing so I checked online and the guy forgot the fudge brownie in my ice cream. Sucks cause it was my favorite ice cream. read more

I have ordered here numerous times to be delivered and it's always wrong so my family and I decided to go in and give it a try. We ordered four different things, one was supposed to be in a waffle bowl and one in a cone, which I told them three different times. When we went to pay everything was in a regular bowl. I told the person at the register what the issue was and he stated well there's nothing I can do about it now. We will not be returning to the La Plata Cold Stone. read more

Excellent service and obviously the ice cream was amazing . We went at the busy time but the line went really fast since they're pretty efficient. Everyone seems to be well trained and smiling . Definitely recommend this location ! read more

Two friends and I decided to get ice cream after we got off work and while the ice cream was great the person working gave us so much attitude. Once she checked us out she didn't give us spoons so we waited until after she finished with the next guest. She then came over and said "what do you want? Spoons??" Every other time I've cam here the person working also seems like they have an attitude as well. read more
